Greetings Kin,

The next 13 days…

We begin a new cycle of Transformation under Storm/CAUAC. Storm brings the energy of Lightning and the potential for Ecstatic Experience. Just as Earth is regenerated through the force of lightening, so will our Spirits be renewed through an electric charge of “lightening in the blood.”

On Tone 3 we may feel our first shift of energy as we move from the 4th uinal (column) of Stability to the 5th uinal of Empowerment. The energy of a new season will begin to pick up steam.

Storm/CAUAC is the Day Sign that calls us home to a sanctuary within. From the Center of our Own Universe we can witness Storm’s Beauty as Freedom of Movement. We begin from an Ascension that swept away burdens of our past.  We are Free to see the Vision of the Future.

Among the patterns of the Tzolk’in is the sequence of “Light” and “Dark.” Each day follows this pattern. “Light” days (represented by Red and Blue Day Signs) carry the Energy of Inspiration. “Dark” days (represented by White and Yellow Day Signs) represent the Energy of Application.These same characteristics apply to larger cycles, creating Light and Dark trecenas. Our pattern of transformation follows a binary pattern of “learning” and “doing.” This was the Way designed by the Creator for Human to transform Knowledge into Personal Wisdom.

As a Blue Day Sign, Storm/CAUAC will lead a trecena of “Light.” A New Dream begins in Full-Force today. The Tone 1 of Unity brings Divine Inspiration for a new Intention. Blue is the color that touches our Emotions. A Breakthrough will come through our Feelings and Senses. We must be Free and Open to new ideas. Storm’s movement can quickly change our direction.

Storm/CAUAC bestirs our “blood to speak” through an Electrical Charge.  7 Serpent/CHICCHAN waits at the top of the pyramid with a gift of “lightning in the blood.” Serpent is the catalyst that “lights the fuse.” And, it’s a Portal Day, an opening to other dimensions as a thinning of the veil. Another Portal opens with 10 Star/LAMAT to magnify a manifestation to abundance. These are powerful energies working together in Peak Position.

The correspondent Cherokee Day Sign, the Redbird, is represented by Alcyone, acknowledged as the Central Sun of the Universe, the Heart of Heaven. Redbird is the daughter of the Sun Spirit, sign of Fire, and Sun’s alter ego on Earth. Lightning was seen as the visible evidence of Redbird Spirit in the Sky. We will walk the path of Redbird as Children of the Sun.

To all my relations, may we make a Commitment worthy of the Blessing we hope to receive. May our Hearts be Open to Incoming Light and the Promise of a Hallelujah!

1 Storm/CAUAC (Cherokee, Redbird/TOTSU’HWA)

Galactic Tone 1:  Unity. One is the beginning of all things, the first, the whole and the all in one. One’s are assertive and self-guided and give a good push to whatever project they are associated with. One persons work best when meeting a challenge. Do not expect One-persons to be attentive to details or to put the finishing touches on things.

Storm/Cauac: Day of the blessing of rain, giver of all life and lightening, a gift of nitrogen to Mother Earth and ozone to Father Sky. Cauac is also associated with the moon and the cycles of the moon, which are the meter of the feminine aspect of creation. The essence of Storm is the feeling of unity, security and warmth experienced in the home while the tempest of trouble rages in the world outside. Perpetually youthful, Storms exist to experience the ecstasy of freedom. They have the great capacity to both learn and teach. Their constant quest for novel experiences often leads to difficult tests and storms of emotion. Looking at these difficulties for the lessons they indeed are, will enrich our lives rather than destroy. Cauac individuals teach much through their electricity of being. Lightning energizes earth, this same energy energizes humans. Divine connections can be accessed.

Cherokee, Redbird/TOTSU’HWA: Redbird’s symbol is Alcyone of the Pleiades Star in constellation Taurus.  Alcyone is the Central Sun of the Universe, heart of heaven. Lightning is the visible evidence of the presence of Redbird Spirit in the Sky, daughter of the Sun Spirit, sign of Fire, Sun’s alter ego on Earth. Redbird is a feminine sign; the hand that rocks the cradle. The symbol of nurturing, the lightning nurtures and energizes, with energy for zest, curiosity, imagination, and ideas. Lightning adds spiritual force to the human by way of “lightning of the blood” of a healer, directly body to body vibration. The key to spiritual communication and access to the wisdom of the Ancestors lies in the ability to bestir the blood to speak. Sacred stones such as flint, obsidian, crystal are created by lightning striking the ground.
