13 Sun / AHAU – Ascension: Day 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

13 Sun / AHAU

Greetings Kin,

13 Sun/AHAU marks our Ascension to a Higher level of Consciousness. The fruit of our own accomplishment is brought to Light. The Sun is the Source of Life, Light, and Happiness for the Whole. We are offered a Revelation that our Greatest Happiness is created from a Dream of Harmony and Equity. 13 Sun/AHAU shines Light on the Truth of our own Accomplishment over the larger cycle of the 260-day Tzolk’in round.

The transformations of each trecena helped us to see that every Dream we are inspired to create was Divinely Inspired by the Creator’s Dream for the Whole.

PORTAL DAY ON TONE 13: Element of Ether Portal days thin the veil to Spiritual Dimensions and elevate our Awareness to our own Spiritual Gifts. This thinning of the veil magnifies the realness of our Connection to the Ascended Masters. Their Highest Accomplishment also began from a place of the unknown. Through their willingness and intention to seek a Light that shone in the darkness, their own Light shines to us that the Creator intended us to reach our destination in the Light.

We are completing the 13th Uinal of Ascension on Tone 13 of Ascension, magnifying the power symbolized by this number. The Master Number 1313, doubles the inherent influence of the numbers 1 and 3. 1 is a symbol of our own initiative in creating our own experience. Number 3 resonates with growth, expansion and the principles of increase of our own self-expression and creativity. Number 3 is a symbol of the Divine Trinity, and also indicates the presence  of the Ascended Masters, who support our effort to manifest a Dream of Peace, Clarity and Love within.

13 is the number that draws us into a Divine Relationship with the Creator. Said to hold the power of theurgy, 13 offers Human the potential for a direct correspondence with the Creator. Our Sacred Rituals and Ceremony are a means through which we shine our Light of Consciousness to the Creator. Our own Light draws a blessing of Divine Intervention to our Human affairs on Earth. Sun/AHAU would shine light on the Truth that the Creator works with us and through us as the co-creators of a Divine Intention.

Sun/AHAU is the Day Sign of the Lord of Creation. AHAU is an heroic athlete – a champion, marksman, dancer – a Visionary Leader and a Defender of Wise Judgement who serves the Highest Good of All. As a Day Sign of the Ancestors, Sun/AHAU reminds us that No Human experience is forgotten, but is a source of Light for Divine Discernment by the Whole. Sun/AHAU marks the day of a new Illumination.

Sun/AHAU intends for us to see the Truth of Change. As I look back on the first round of my own journal, I noted my hope that the change I was experiencing was real. I was just beginning to see a new Light in myself, and wondered if it would last. So many times I thought things had finally turned around, only to be plunged again into my own darkness. I hoped and dreamed that this time was different. My Hope was the Seed for the beginning of a new journey that would start from higher ground.

As I sought to discern why this time could be different, I saw the Truth that my steps were finally leading in the same direction. I dared to celebrate the Truth that my change was real. I once saw fear as my perpetual proof of failure, as something I was unable to overcome. Today I recognize that fear has lost the Power of its Illusion in the Truth that it was meant to serve a Divine Purpose. I began to see that the fears raised to Light could be transformed into an experience of Divine Justice.

The Cherokee Day Sign for Sun/AHAU is Flower, whose face follows the path of the Sun in the sky. The Flower spends its day gathering the the Sun’s Light. Sun is the chalice of Infinite Creation, shining its Light on the Human Spirit in harmony and balance. Our Highest and most basic Truth is that we are each Loved the Same, Gifted the Same, and Promised the Same Happiness. We were meant to expand this Love by serving that same Divine Intention.

To all my relations, may Sun/AHAU reveal to our Heart the signs of change within our Self. May we affirm the signs of a new direction are True and ours to Celebrate. May we be aligned in a Truth that our Light will continue to be multiplied to abundance. May we Honor the Ancestors who preserved the Sacred Wisdom and Acknowledge that they made our Own Success Possible. May we look to our own future with faith that even brighter days lie ahead.

13 Sun/Ahau (Cherokee, Flower/Gun’tsi)

Galactic Tone 13: Ascension; Thirteen assists us to go to the next higher step, propels us to try something new or to try again. Thirteen energy takes us over the next mountain just to see what is there. Thirteen carries the last success to the newest effort. Thirteen is a number associated with the Ascended Masters, creation, expansion, and manifestation.

Sun/Ahau: Day of the ancestors and connection to their guidance. The divine face of the sun – lord, musician, singer, dancer, and marksman. Suns are artistic, heroic athletes, visionaries with wise judgement who lead and defend the people. So much is expected from themselves and by other people that unfulfilled expectations are a certainty. An accumulation of these disappointments may lead Sun to evade responsibilities, not accept corrections and even build resentment and disdain towards others. Suns should simplify their lives to be able to rise and shine with unconditional love once again.

Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK: Symbol is the Sun, place of abode of Great Spirit. The Sun creates, nurtures and is the super communicator, the way station that relays messages and energy from other stars in the galaxy; provides energy for channeling information from the Ancestors; speaking the Living Language of Light, which ignites the consciousness in others. Gold is the color of courage and opportunity of wealth. Creative arts, master craftsman expressing divinity and wisdom through their creations. The face of the flower follows the Sun gathering the fire of creativity, illuminating harmony and balance, resonating peace and continuity within the human spirit. This is the Sign of the Chalice of the Infinite, Caldron of Creation.

  1. wow, what a magical and inspiring, uplifting and powerful trecena! Ah mi Hermana, you are stepping through the portal – and a powerful portal it is right now in this eclipse season of the Lion. I, too, have bounced on the bottom wondering why my intentions and affirmations and dreams would continue to be thwarted – why? You said it well – and we have each had to address our own ‘monsters in the closet’ that were the trip wires causing us to fall down, again. the truth of our steps …leads us to the portal…without the fear, as itsy bitsy remnants it very well could be…shall we pass through on this auspicious sunny day with flowers all around? yes, we will ascend today beyond another phase and into the next, for there is always ‘the next one’. much love, aloha en lak’ech ~e

  2. A most Sacred day indeed….! Thank you for sharing these amazing details from the land of Mayab. And the reminder to Honor and Recognize our Ancestors and the Ancient Ones who went before us. When working with our “Truth of Change”, may we remember to call upon them to ‘ask’ for their help, and then Trust in our strength of “Adaptability”.

Your ‘real world’ insight is spot on! With you in the inside moment….
