9 Seed / KAN – Inheritance of Wisdom: Day 9 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

9 Seed / KAN

Greetings Kin,

Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.” ~ Robert Louis Stevenson

Peak Tone 9 holds the Intention to complete the Transformation to a Higher State of Consciousness. Tone 9 calls for Patience to see the Bigger Picture. Our plans and patterns of movement are completed to define the Wisdom of our Experience.

Tone 9 intends for us to see our Truth from a Higher Perspective. Tone 9 transforms our experience through a Deeper Understanding.

The Wisdom/CIB trecena of Higher Learning is guiding us to see how our Spiritual Gift of Creation will manifest a Higher Meaning for Being.

Seed/KAN holds the identity of family, sexual activity, and the magic of germination. The Seed gathers what is needed, generating abundance as if cast by a net. The Seed has the power to overcome obstacles, extending to us the power to free our Self from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Through a new pattern of movement, the Wisdom/CIB trecena is helping us to focus beyond the obstacles and reach for the Light.

The Cherokee Day Sign is the Dragon, the Magic inside the Seed and the Consciousness of Knowing that we will become what we are Designed to Be. Tone 9 can help us see the Power that lies within to generate true abundance. We are guided by Seed to make a profound investigation into our Self.

Tone 9 offers an important Spiritual Tool. Tone 9 encourages us to grasp the Inspiration we are given and look beyond the surface to the meaning and purpose. Our creation may be manifesting in unexpected ways.

9 Seed/KAN will complete a deeper understanding of Creation that can change our mind about our Power to Create. Looking into the Seed as a symbol of our Self, we will complete the Wisdom of our Transformation.

We are generating Wisdom through a pattern of movement. Like a Seed of Corn, we were created to Create Abundance. It’s what we were designed to do. The Seed was born Knowing its way to the Light.  Through this Truth we can believe that for all the darkness around us, we will always Know the way home. We are more than enough.

We are learning to walk as Creators. In the beginning, we only focus on our feet and the Intention of putting one foot in front of another. Our primary Intention is just to keep from falling down. As walking is accomplished, we suddenly realize a new freedom. Our Consciousness shifts from the obstacles to the freedom to explore. We were learning unconsciously through a pattern of movement.

In my first years on the Medicine Circle path, I felt as if I were going through the motions without the Consciousness of anything that was happening in Spirit. We were doing what we were told to do, guided by the Intentions of the Elders. Only those who had gone before, knew where the steps were leading us.

The Cherokee Dragon is the Spark of Divine Consciousness inside the Seed. Down through history, the Dragon has been a symbol of the Illumination of Consciousness. Dragon energy is a Sense of Knowing. Defining the ley lines on Mother Earth, “dragon lines” emanate a Higher Vibration. We may not have the physical sense of discernment, though these vibrations are an influence to our Being.

The Dragon holds the Gift of “Seeing Clearly.” The Dragon’s vision is drawn through a sense of Vibration and Frequency. A snake navigates by a “vision” of feeling the vibrations of Earth. It Knows the exact proximity of its prey through the vibration of movement. Movement creates vibration. Our movement toward Divine Intention creates a Higher Vibration of Movement.

Through Higher Vibration we expand our Spiritual Discernment. Human sight is a discernment of the vibration of Light. The colors we are capable to see are limited to the frequency of vibration we are physically capable to discern. As our minds are transformed to a Higher State of Consciousness, the more we are capable to see.

Our own past is a treasure and nothing was lost. We can still draw Wisdom and Love from the experience. Before, we only saw it in black and white. Now we can see it in color.

Our Consciousness is the tool through which the Creator would share the Truth of Divine Wisdom. Tone 9 encourages us to look more deeply at all the aspects of our Creation, the cause and effect, the meaning and purpose, and the “moral to our story.”

The path to Creation is a journey of mystery. Would we have it any other way? The clues were planted within us from the beginning. We were born to be Drawn to Love. The obstacles on our path are a Human illusion of worldly entanglements.

Today we can see the Wonder in Who we Are the same as the Miracle of the Seed. Some seeds are so small they can barely be seen. Seed helps us Know that there is a Sacred Purpose we were meant to fulfill, the Dreams we naturally Love the Most.

To all my relations, may we do a thorough investigation into our Self. May we investigate our own special talents and the interests we’re drawn to. May we disentangle our self from the Dreams the world would impose on us to Dream in the direction of our Own Way.  May we imagine how our life might be. We are not trying to Be Something new, but to Remember who we already are. We are already destined to discover the wings we were already born with are the one’s we’ll use to fly.

9 Seed/KAN (Cherokee, Dragon/ UKTE’NA   O’STO)

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine, plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.

Seed/KAN: Family, sexual activity and the magic of germination are the characteristics of this sun sign. Natural net workers, Seed people strive to free themselves and others from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Abundance is gathered by Seeds as if with a cast net. Seed persons are public defenders who work toward uniting community by discovering hidden traps and secret influences of others. To generate true abundance, Seed must learn to appreciate all gifts and lessons received and conduct profound investigations into its self. In the absence of gratefulness and the courage to face oneself, Seed finds itself in less than less fertile environments.

Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA   O’STO: Dragon’s symbol is Draco winding between the Little Dipper and Big Dipper. Dragon is the Corn Spirit, symbol of dual personality of Corn Mother and Maiden. Fertility and pro-creation from generation to generation. The word dragon means ” eye, to look at, to see clearly”.  Spirit brings energy of Lawgiver, Justice, vigilance and protective, loyal unto death. Ley lines in China are “dragon lines”, energy is sometimes called “orgone energy”, pyramid power or magnetic force. Pyramids and kivas are collector portals for this energy, known as vortexes. Dragon energy beats a path everywhere, stirring things up with a big stick in tune with the beat of the drum, heartbeat of the Earth.

UPDATE ON A LIFE DREAM: OCTOBER IS HERE

Chichen Itza (El Castillo calendar pyramid)

The reality of the journey has set in with the arrival of October. The jaguar has already begun my journey into the unknown. I’ve already imagined myself before the stairs of El Castillo pyramid making my offering of Sacred Ceremony and the prayers I will share for all of us.

Those that have been there before have reminded me I’m going to a tropical jungle, where real jaguars walk in stealth.

Quetzal

The Quetzal bird is revered by the Maya “god of the air” and a symbol of “goodness and light.”

I hadn’t thought much about the possibility of seeing or hearing a Quetzal bird or a Yucatan Spider Monkey. The timing close to November should offer a slight drop from the highest temperatures, and a little more potential for rain.

I’ve already followed a jaguar’s path to Ek’ Balam, imaging a place that might present itself to leave an offering for Ian Lungold. I’ve imagined the connection that could be made there.

I’ve climbed a few steps, resting near the bottom to see how I am capable to accomplish the task if I take it a few steps at a time.

I’ve already looked back from the future, from a dream I once thought could never come true for me.

I can see that a Miracle still lies beyond the Dream. I still can’t imagine what it could be. My Intention is to honor every moment and surprise in the experience as a path that was laid before me as the Divine Justice for a Deeply Held Dream of Consciousness. You have been a part of making my dream come true. much love, in lak’ech, Debra https://www.gofundme.com/life-dream-a-pilgrimage-of-spirit
