The journal for the Offering/MULUC trecena is dedicated to Ian Xel Lungold. This is the Galactic Week of Ian’s Destiny Kin, 12 Sun/AHAU. Ian will be honored on my trip to the Yucatan over the Day of the Dead observances in gratitude for my first introduction to the Mayan Calendar. Ian’s Destiny was to share the Light of Illumination (Sun/AHAU) for Divine Understanding (Tone 12). Thank you Ian!

Tone 9 is the Peak Tone that Completes a Transformation. Tone 9 offers the Intention of Patience to see the Bigger Picture. A Transformation of Spirit is completed through a Realization of Higher Purpose.

CABAN raises our Consciousness to the Movement of Mother Earth that Creates Time through which we could have a dynamic experience of the Creator’s Love. Through the movement of Mother Earth we can experience the Dawn, the Sunrise that brings Light to the Darkness.

Earth/CABAN is the Day Sign of Mother Earth. The K’iche Maya call it Noj, the Day Sign of Knowledge. Mother Earth is the Source of everything Human knows.

Noj is revered as a Sacred Word, meaning all the capabilities of the Human Mind. Noj is Human’s means of Movement with a Divine Meaning and Purpose. Noj is the Force that influences us to move by Divine Intention and Be Seen in the Identity of our Spirit.

The Cherokee Day Sign, the Heron, is a nuhaul of Movement, living a life of perpetual migration. The Heron is the symbol of the Phoenix that rises from the ashes of its past. The Aztec Sign the Ollin, marks the center of the Aztec calendar and the 20 positions of the all-in-one. The Face at the center of the Ollin is K’inich Ahau, the Sun shining the Light of Illumination.

Today is a day to make our own Choices. The Aztec call it a lucky day for the “active principle” and an unlucky day for the “passive principle.” Choose a direction and move with purpose in your own Truth.

Mother Earth needs the Healing of our Love. Love is a Force that Heals Anything. We aren’t the only ones who are struggling. Mother Earth Feels the Heart of the Whole. She’s the closest and best place to give all our Healing Love, to help replenish the supply she is perpetually paying forward.

To all my relations, may we pay a Conscious Visit to Mother Earth. May we get as close as we can to her vibrations of Love. May we Honor her with our Gratitude for a lifetime of Love and Beauty she offers to every generation. May we count the ways she blesses us, knowing Love is the only thing of our own that we can bring that she didn’t already give to us. May we rest in her arms and count blessings to her that we’ve never told her before.

9 Earth/CABAN (Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI)

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine, plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.

Earth/Caban: Earth/Caban: Keeper of the garden of Earth. Profound synchronistic connections to Earth’s natural cycles and energies provide power of creations and memories of ancient wisdom. Earth persons help dispel bad intentions, habits and ideas. This makes them very good counselors and masters of all arts. Studious and intelligent, Earth persons endeavor to bring a flow of natural order to all aspects of life. Being connected to the dynamic forces of nature, Earth persons need much liberty to facilitate their expression of migration or the sending of long distance communications such as the whales, elephants, birds and many other creatures. Sometimes Earth’s delicate sensitivities are upset resulting in quakes of emotion even the display of volcanic temper.

Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI: Sign of movement, of perpetual motion, recycling, regeneration; environmentalists fighting for the underdog. Heron is mentally alert, rational, yet opinionated; has a great faith in people and in the divine plan, holding the magic of ministry, medicine, marketing and matchmaking; healing abilities, especially with crystals; negotiation and mediation energy. Heron is symbolized by Deneb, located in the Northern Cross beside the Milky Way. “The Northern Cross is the Tree of Life, Beside the Milky Way River & Perched atop is Guwi’ sguwi, the Cherokee Heron Spirit Bird, comparable to the Egyptian Phoenix. One Myth has it that a Beautiful Young Maiden (the Heron Spirit Bird) fell from the Tree of Life in the Sky Vault, & Found no Place to Land on the Primordial Sea. Turtle came to the Surface of the Water & gave her a Place to Land.
