MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 11 brings the Intention of Resolution and the Clarity to discern a new way forward. Tone 11 is dynamic energy that facilitates change, simplification, and improvement.
The Jaguar/IX trecena is a “dark” cycle, meaning an application of inspiration for the purpose of generating the Wisdom of a personal experience.
We can compare “dark” cycles as the lab class that follows a science lecture. Divine Inspiration provides the theory of Truth, and Experience manifests the Wisdom of Truth. Together they manifest Believing.
The application guided by the Jaguar/IX trecena is to see our way beyond the realm of dimension to the shape-shifting properties of our Consciousness. Our Higher Self holds the Authority, when the Lower Self Chooses to Bend to it. What we can’t do for our Self, a Divine Spirit will manifest on our behalf.
The Transformation phase of the trecena is the Divine Process of comprehension. We are elevated to a Higher Consciousness by Divine Intervention. Tone 11 is the day the shaman climbs to the Highest Altar with an Offering. Through an Offering of our Willingness, we are Atoned with the Creator, and can see things from a Divine Perspective. The Inspiration of Tone 11 completes the Transformation of Faith to Believing.
Seed/KAN represents the Miracle of Who We Are. The Maya drew their comparison between Human and the Corn. Both shared the same gestation cycle. In the corn they saw a Time for every Purpose. They saw the Truth of Cause and Effect. They saw the Creator’s intention to Multiply Life to Abundance. They recognized the Miracle of the Seed, that all things were Known at the Heart of the Seed to recreate itself, with the potential of producing a stronger seed through each new generation.
Seed resides in the South, the Direction of our Relationships with one another and the Natural world. The Wisdom of Seed can help us claim the Higher Ground of Right Relationships so we can exist side-by-side in harmony.
Seed/KAN represents family, sexual activity, and the magic of germination. Seed brings the energy to free us from debt or our oppressive patterns of the past. Seed represents the Force Within the Seed that holds all wisdom of itself. Given the right conditions, a Seed will fulfill its purpose.
The Cherokee Day Sign is the Dragon, the symbol of Enlightenment and Illumination. It relates to the “dragon lines” or ley-lines on Mother Earth, an Unseen Force of Higher Vibration. We are Beings of Vibration. We learned that the Vibration of “pure love” is the Frequency of Vibration that draws all lower vibrations into sympathy. The Vibration of who we are was created by the One Divine Mind of Consciousness in the Intention of Unconditional Love. We will become what a Divine Creator intended us to be.
The Dragon marks a day of “seeing clearly.” This is a day when realizing the Truth about our Self will offer clarity about the Creator’s plan for us.
Those born as Seed are defenders of the people and are capable to navigate around and through obstacles. Seed holds potential to clear karma and release us from past debts. Knowing our Self and what we need to grow is a Gift of KAN that offers the Sacred Choice to draw boundaries and say “no.” Seed seeks the direction of nourishing relationships and experiences. Seed helps us Believe in our Self.
Seed/KAN is capable to see the potential obstacles. Those circumstances that impose injustice are easy to see when the behavior is aggressive. With clear vision, we might also see the toll of being an emotional caretaker for someone who “needs” us, beyond the well-being of our own boundaries.
I always thought being a “caretaker” was an honorable thing. It was only through the insight of a counselor that I was told otherwise. Caretaking can send the message, “You can’t do this without my help.” When we give to a negative source of energy, it draws us toward negativity. We are more inclined to respond to it in a negative way, such as Conditional Love – thinking the “other” owes us something for ALL we’ve done. We Honor who we are by planting our Seed where it will receive the best nourishment to Grow into the Independent Stars we were ALL meant to be.
Seed/KAN helps us find the place where we can live in the Truth of our Authenticity. We are called to “Know Thy Self” and make the choices that support who we are. From the principle of “As Above, So Below” we learn our reality is created from what we imagine. Seed calls us to separate ourselves from circumstances that draw us into negativity. It’s our right and responsibility to claim our own fertile soil.
Seed/KAN calls our attention to who we were created to be. We are the Highest Seed Created. We were given powers beyond instinct to reach for the Light. We were given a Choice in the acceleration of our own Growth. Our Seed lies dormant until we make the Choice to Grow. We are an Imperishable Seed that will hold its Perfect Integrity until we make the Choice. It’s never too late to manifest the Love and Happiness that was meant to be our Experience of Life. A Divine Provision was made for every Human Seed to hold the Eternal Spark of the Power of Unconditional Love.
We can Unconditionally Love our Self. Even limitations have their own Divine Time and Endings. We could never “perfect” our Self with a list of Resolutions. Habits have been found to fall away when I’m preoccupied by something I Love. The Creator Knows what I Love and what I don’t Love. I can leave it in the Creator’s hands and just do the best I can.
To all my relations, may we turn our Consciousness to the Creator to Receive the Divine Discernment of the Miracle that we Are. A seed is a Humble thing that, on first inspection, doesn’t appear to have any power at all. It’s too small. Some hardly a speck. Yet a small seed can grow into something millions of times its original size. If we saw the math of Seed’s potential, we’d see the Miracle in the numbers alone.
May we contemplate ourselves as the Creator’s Seed, imperishable, holding the greatest potential of any creation. May we hold gratitude for the Plan that was Created for Us, and Know that our Choice to allow the Creator’s Will, guarantees the manifestation of the Creator’s Intention. May we use the Wisdom of this Experience and our Intellect to discern our best place to grow.
We don’t have to abandon anyone. Our Wisdom will offer a way to Resolve the Right Relationship. May we give thanks for the clearing of debts that means we are Free and Clear to follow our Truth. Owing nothing to anyone, may we cultivate the environment we dreamed about, if we could start our relationships all over again. May we be “caretakers of Self-Confidence.” May our Faith be turned into Believing we were Designed to Grow in the Image of the Creator, Divine Seeds, intended for a Life of Unconditional Love.
in lak’ech, i am another you,

A REVELATION OF IDENTITY: A friendly long distance acquaintance reconnected. Correspondence shared, “no wonder I was slowing down over the holiday, with my horrible circumstances of working all the time under such great adversity.” My ego was a little bruised by the self-help link. Then I realized that everything they knew about me, was exactly as I shared it several years ago. LOL I’m beginning to see material improvements, though I’m still in the same place, pretty much doing the same things. Only now, It feels like a charmed life. I wonder what new worlds you are living in. ~ Debra

11 Seed/KAN (Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA)
Galactic Tone 11: Resolution; 11 assists every new thing to find its place in the universe in the process of ‘fitting in.’ some modifications must occur. Eleven is the energy of dynamic actions facilitating change, simplification and improvement.
Seed/KAN: Family, sexual activity and the magic of germination are the characteristics of this sun sign. Natural net workers, Seed people strive to free themselves and others from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Abundance is gathered by Seeds as if with a cast net. Seed persons are public defenders who work toward uniting community by discovering hidden traps and secret influences of others. To generate true abundance, Seed must learn to appreciate all gifts and lessons received and conduct profound investigations into its self. In the absence of gratefulness and the courage to face oneself, Seed finds itself in less than less fertile environments.
Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA O’STO: Dragon’s symbol is Draco winding between the Little Dipper and Big Dipper. Dragon is the Corn Spirit, symbol of dual personality of Corn Mother and Maiden; fertility and pro-creation from generation to generation. The word dragon means “eye, to look at, to see clearly”. Spirit brings energy of Lawgiver, Justice, vigilance and protective, loyal unto death. Ley lines in China are “dragon lines”, energy is sometimes called “orgone energy”, pyramid power or magnetic force. Pyramids and kivas are collector portals for this energy, known as vortexes. Dragon energy beats a path everywhere, stirring things up with a big stick in tune with the beat of the drum, heartbeat of the Earth.
