5 Wisdom / CIB – Road to a New Destiny: Day 5 of 13

5 Wisdom / CIB

Greetings Kin,

Tone 5 offers an Empowerment. As the Center of the cube, 5 is the intelligent, organizing force, which manages communication, materials, knowledge and application. Tone 5 empowers our Consciousness for any application of knowledge and experience.

Wisdom/CIB represents the mind in its Highest State of Consciousness and symbolizes the Old Ones who have gone before. The glyph illustrates the mind emanating the rays of Consciousness and Forgiveness. CIB teaches us to make Wise Choices – to thing things through. The “Key to the Kingdom” will be the Wisdom to Forgive.

CIB resides in the South, the direction of our Relationships with one another and with the Natural World. The only way to maintain Right Relationships in a family is through Forgiveness.

The Cherokee Day Sign is the Owl, holding the wisdom and talents of all the great hunters – “the cunning of a fox, the tenacity of a bulldog and strength of a bear.” Human holds the talents of all the nahauls in Spirit. No gift that was given was denied to Human. All the gifts seen in the living things around us, were there for us to see. The Wise thing to do is to pay attention.

The Owl is a symbol of Wisdom for its Eyes. Owl add the ability to see in the Dark to the Vision of the Eagle. One of Owl’s characteristics is the way it turns its head around to see what is behind, and what lies ahead. Owl is the Mystic Ferryman who guides Earthlings on the return path to the stars holding the torch aloft. The Owl is seen by some as a symbol of death. Whenever something dies, something new is born.

The Owl teaches us of the archeological treasure we hold in the Wisdom of all our Experience. Words of Wisdom that were repeated often by the Elders was, “The Answer is in the Question.” It was among the early frustrating responses you’d hear when you ask the Elders for a discernment of Wisdom. When we want answers, we naturally look to someone we think is Wiser for the Discernment. It is VERY WISE to ask questions. It’s even Wiser when we Know the only answers that matter are based on our own Truth.

We weren’t meant to be followers. We are given all the talents and skills of the nahauls so we could lead our own way. We’re supposed to draw the Wisdom of our Elders, and the Wisdom of our Experience to arrive at our own Truth. We do it, regardless of the Answers we receive.

When was the last time you asked someone how to do something? How many times did you do what they suggested, exactly? When I ask someone how I should do something, I invariably have another idea. Then, I have to find a polite way to refuse the advice I was given. I’ve come up with a new strategy. First, I Consciously ask for recommendations. If I ask the server for a recommendation on the menu, it means I’m willing to try whatever they suggest. If I’m going to ask someone how to do something, I’ll ask if they have any experience and ask them their way of going about it. People love to explain how they figured something out. Both sides are happy when you make the same choices or not.

“The Answer is in the Question.” The reason the Elders always gave that same answer was because the Whole Point of Consciousness is to use our own mind. We can learn that all the Answers we need are within. We don’t have to be as “smart” as someone else to accomplish the same thing. Like the Elders say, “There are many ways to accomplish the same thing.” We may not be as “smart” when we start out, but with the Intention to Apply what we Know, we are always “smart enough” to make the Wisest Decision for where we are right now. We can have Faith that what we Know is everything we need to Know. We’re given Wisdom and Truth exactly when its needed.

We see the same thing in schools – this week. We want the degree, but it’s a real inconvenience to do the homework. 🙂 All you need to do is look at the Wisdom of the Education that is “mastered” when we receive a Dream we never invested with our own Wisdom. The Life of Harmony and Equity requires equal investments to share Joy of our Accomplishments together. We have to live a life that’s “fair” to each other to maintain Right Relationship with one another.

It’s natural to want to avoid the challenges and jump over the hard stuff, though its the challenges we all share that manifest the Gifts of Compassionate Love. We reach out in support of one another BECAUSE we know the common struggle.  We don’t understand when we haven’t suffered the same. This “perfect life” we all aspire to obtain, is only “perfect” through the eyes of the Ego. The greatest Wisdom we have to share with one another is the Wisdom of Experience. When someone turns to Grandpa and Grandma for their Wisdom of how they made it through college, what story would you want to share? When my parents share stories of their early life as newlyweds, they lived in a small one-room apartment eating beans from the can. That’s the kind of story we like to hear – because we can relate. “If they started out with nothing and were able to create a life, so could we.”

Our Experiences are the “gold” of all our Wisdom. Without Wisdom all the advice we have to share is a second-hand theory.

It’s funny how all the facts of a matter change with Consciousness. In the beginning, we’re too attached to the story to Know our Mind. We’re lost in all the details of “he said, she said.” We’ll never find the answers there. There are too many variables. The One Truth that holds the Answer is how we felt about it – how we perceived the experience. We have to look within for an answer than no one else can answer. The question of Forgiveness is the Key to the Kingdom. Whenever our Heart suffers, it’s a lack of Forgiveness. Our emotions won’t return the Truth, because they’re based on a false truth of inequity. We are always equal. What is presented to us as “injustice” will be made equal through Divine Justice.

When we have a hard time forgiving someone else, if we look closely at our thoughts, we think they’ve taken something that can never be set right. They either “took our self-confidence” by not acknowledging us as “equal.” So, now, we “can’t” because someone else thinks we “can’t.”  Because we see them standing in the way, we feared something would always stand in our way. We give others a great deal of Power over us, voluntarily – because it’s easier than thinking for our self. We have to Learn to Think for our Self and to do for our Self, without shifting the responsibility to someone else. We’re never Happy believing all our Power is somehow outside of our self, and it’s up to us to track down the right people at the right time. We weren’t meant to be dependent upon one another for our Truth and our own Direction. In fact anytime we “need” what someone else has, we’re focused on “Receiving” and not “Giving.” We could go back to our archeological treasures to the one we can’t forgive to find what we were looking to Receive. We’d find the Truth by looking at the Truth of our own Intention, and what we Gave Back.

We are all Humans with limitations. The Owl can share the Wisdom that this is the way things are all around. If we’re looking for Relationships where there will be no injustice, we’ll have to wait til we make our journey back to the stars. We’ll be Wiser still, when we can see that we are Half of every Human interaction we engage in. The only way to Love and Forgive one another is by starting out with that Intention made as a Choice. We can make that Choice, believing in Divine Justice, and by owning the Truth that for every conflict we have, at least half the time, we started it. We are ALL to blame. When we blame our Self first, we’ll have the presence of mind to go back and look at what WE could do differently.

We really can’t think well until we’ve forgiven. It takes Consciousness and Wisdom to forgive. When we haven’t forgiven, there’s no way to arrive at a Divine Discernment. How could we, looking for something that isn’t Fair, when “Fair” was the Highest Intention of the Creator. Without Forgiveness, our Discernment left out the Greatest Truth.

Tone 5 in the 5th uinal illustrates the Master Number 55. Number 55 amplifies and doubles the attributes of Number 5. Number 55 carries the vibrations of adventure and versatility, curiosity, facing challenges, learning life lessons through experience, auspicious opportunities, idealism and activity, making positive life choices and important changes. Angel Number 55 is a message from your angels that it is time to let go of the ‘old’ that is no longer positively serving you, and get ready for big changes to take place in your life. Release old doubts, fears and perceived obstacles and look forward to wonderful new opportunities.

5 Wisdom/CIB offers us the Empowerment of Consciousness to all the Truth and Spiritual Gifts of Knowing we hold within to make Wise Choices that will maintain Right Relationship with the Family, so Family can always be a Guiding Light. We are called to Forgive by the Wisdom of the Truth that Forgiveness is needed for the Salvation of the Whole. Forgiveness will be a Gift we want to Give, when we see it as Human’s Divine Return for the Creator’s Unconditional Love.

To all my relations, may we Give Thanks that everyone was blessed with the same Gifts of Knowing in the Heart. Wisdom requires more than head knowledge. The Wisdom that really matters is the Wisdom of the Heart. May we know that for every injustice, we learned something – we learned the Receiving end of the experience. Through Compassionate Love we can use that experience to spare our own injustice being imposed on someone else. May we Know we are Empowered by the Wisdom of all our experience – experience different than anyone else. So can we be a guiding Light. May we show tolerance for one another. Sometimes we have to tell the whole “he said, she said” to hear what we’re saying. We can offer a Loving Provision for all our ways of being. May we be grateful for Human’s unlimited resource of Wisdom made possible by thinking… thinking before we speak, and thinking before we do anything. May we seek to Understand, instead of being Understood. May we Forgive every Human for the Choices we make from Fear. May we Know that Love is the right Answer for everyone, because Love always holds the Truth.

“The Answer is in the Question.”
We ask the question because we already had an idea of our own answer.
It’s WHY we asked the question.

in lak’ech, i am another you

PS – My new glasses came today. It took a year or more to fully recover from cataract surgery, so this is the first clear vision in a decade. I give thanks for the Wisdom we have to correct our vision, and thanks for the privilege of such a Blessing.

5 Wisdom/CIB (Cherokee, Owl U’GUKU’)

Galactic Tone 5: Empowerment. At the center of the cube we find Five. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. Fives are natural net workers who gather what is needed. These persons can probe directly to the core of any situation making them excellent investigators.

Wisdom/CIB: The old ones. Wisdom of the ancients. Wisdom persons are aligned with the ancient memories that wait in the stone of temples and sacred sites all over the world. Wisdom people grow luck like a crop using a balance of prudence and tenacity. The tremendous inner strength of this sign enables silent introspection to discover areas of oneself that contain wisdom more valuable than any trove of archaeological treasure. Wisdom persons are valiant defenders of family and community. They may become hardened to life and sentiment turned cold. In these cases, they need much forgiveness for their uncaring errors. Periodically connecting with nature and or visiting sacred sites will bring great stability to wisdom persons. A good day to sit on a rock.

Cherokee, Owl U’GUKU’ : Symbol is the Owl is Arcturus, the brightest Star in the Constellation Bootes. The Cherokee Bear constellation (Ursa Major) includes the Big Dipper plus four stars in Bootes.  Owl is a hunter, who stands for the wisdom and ability of all great hunters, the cunning of a fox, the tenacity of a bulldog and strength of a bear. Energy for deep thinkers, strong-willed, rigid convictions, bold and authoritative.  Owl is the Mystic Ferryman who guides Earthlings on the return path to the stars holding the torch aloft.

  1. God made a provision for me in the moment I stated the Dream of my Intention. I only just realized how difficult it’s been to see what I’m doing… and how many long hours I spend every day trying to see the computer screen. I think I threw my shoulder out spending so many hours hunkered over to see what I was doing. God brought what I needed, exactly when I needed it… and the Miracle happened in the Perfect Time and Place to be seen as a Blessing of Divine Will. I pray new Owl eyes for you – something seen, than you didn’t realize you weren’t seeing. much love, and joy, in lak’ech, Debra

    • I’m happy to hear that you are seeing things more clearly! It reminds me of how I chose to stop wearing my glasses when they broke a few years ago…thinking that I could “will” my eyes to repair themselves…

Over a year later, I decided to get my eyes checked when I started a new job…finding the database information on the computer screen harder to read than in my previous job as a waiter, where the screen was filled with big icons for selecting different menu items…

After the exam…I found out that my eyesight had worsened during that period of time…NOT improved….as I’d convinced myself had happened! Alas…

What wisdom did I glean from that experience? I learned that my self-corrective powers are still in development! 😉

Sat NAM!, 9 Eagle! Have a peaceful and pleasant day!

      • Thanks Patrick – It reminds me of my first pair at 10 years old – I didn’t know you were supposed to see the individual leaves on trees unless you were holding one. LOL much love, in lak’ech, Debra
