MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
4 Deer/MANIK established Stability for our Intention by raising our Consciousness to the Provision of our Spiritual Tools. Our Mission is a journey. We were given the Tools to arrive at the destination. MANIK shared the Truth that a Tool is created for every Human limitation.
Tone 5 holds the Intention of Empowerment. Tone 5 represents the center of the cube, the central organizing point for the management and application of resources of Spirit.
Our Power to Create is Passionate Love. Everything that is created began with a Reason. Our Power for Creation is the sum of all the Reasons we dreamed of the Possibility. We can create for a lot of reasons. Love is the Most Powerful Reason… an Intention of Authority.
Star/LAMAT is the Identity of Human’s Divine Meaning and Purpose. We were created to be a Personification of the Creator’s Light. The Sun is our brightest Star, and we are made of Stars. We are Empowered by a Divine Identity and a very Divine Reason for Being.
Star/LAMAT is a symbol of Venus that shines as both the Morning and Evening Star, in cycles that correspond with Human’s cycle of 260-days of creation. Human was created to be the Light on Mother Earth. In our cycle of Light, we walk close together with the Creator. In the Creative Void, we shine our own Light of Creation in the Darkness of our Dreams. We move back and forth through Darkness and Light, yet always held in our journey with the Sun.
The Star identifies Human as the Scion of the Creator, the firstborn. We inherited our Spark of the Creator’s Consciousness, the all-in-one. Deer/MANIK demonstrated how to be connected to our own Source of Primal Love. Today we can see we Inherited the Intentions of Love. Love is what we were intended to Grow Up To Be. Love would always be the Easiest thing To Be. When we realize this Power of Love, we Know how everything we set out to do for the Divine Intention of Love is based on a Primal Instinct that is capable to Rise to its Own Occasion.
The only way we Won’t Rise is by holding our Self Down. We attach our Self to the gravity of worldly perceptions that rise from the Ego. These are the attachments we hold to things happening a certain way – our Human Control issues. The Ego’s primal instinct is to be afraid of what is unknown. We’ve now grown beyond that to a Spiritual Maturity that knows better. We Ascended with a Truth that what is yet to be Known holds EVERY POSSIBILITY. We were given the Hand to reach into our Dream and Grasp our own Creation, when the Other Hand has grasped Hold of the Power of the Creator’s Love.
The Cherokee Day Sign is the Rabbit, which is also known as LAMAT’s totem nahaul. The Rabbit is the cauldron of Creation, manifested from the Overflow of Love. Days marked by the Rabbit hold the energies for “instant manifestation.” Our Dreams are always “instantly manifested” in the realm of Spirit. As Creators, they are manifested through the Relationship that Connects Heaven and Earth. We Create when we hold an “object of our affection” for the Application of our Love.
Star/LAMAT is said to be a day of “pure luck” when whatever thoughts we focus on will be Multiplied to Abundance. The most Empowering Thoughts we can hold are all the Reasons our Dream IS an object of our affection. We can create anything when we are enamored with it. When we’re attracted by Love, we want to know everything there is to know about it. Finding out becomes a Primal Instinct when we fall in Love. We’ve already seen an ending we Dream of. We want to know all the signs that say it’s possible, that this is the One. To create Love, we have to Believe it is possible. Star/LAMAT helps us see that its possible. As we look at all our Spiritual Gifts and Resources, and all the ways they could be applied to a purpose of Creation, we can Know that we were Created for all the Possibilities. The Creator’s dream began from imagining the Possibilities that Human would create. The Creator gave us the Tools AND the Know-How of a Divine Consciousness.
LAMAT can be a jumpy day. With such an abundant opportunity at Hand, our only limit will be our “feared end.” It’s a day to stay on track with our “object of affection.” Adore that and forget everything else. My personal strategy is to ask for Divine Intervention in my morning prayers. We can use the Magic of Gratitude to Give Thanks for the Authority of the Creator’s Reason to create us.
LAMAT shares the Intention for Human was to shine its Light Equally, all around. When a Star’s Light is turned inward, it implodes into itself. Creating Love must always be a Giving thing. To keep our Balance, we can’t lean to one side or the other. LAMAT can help us see where we are giving one more or less Love than another. When we make the Creator’s Love the Object of our Affection, when we want to Know everything there is about that, we will know the Power of a Divine reason To Be.
To Shine the Brightest we have to Live for a Reason. Human was given the Divine Instinct to create a Life of Meaning and Purpose. Every Human Dreams of leaving a Divine Inheritance. We want to know our Life mattered enough to be remembered. We want ALL our Love to be remembered. In fact, our Experience of Unconditional Love is to be Seen and Acknowledged in our best Light. We all Dream of the Forgiveness of the Whole, that could See the Intention of Living to be More, and that our failures were the exception of what we Intended to Do.
The Light was Given for us to See and Acknowledge the Divine Intentions in all of us. The exceptions are the Human limitations. Knowing we were Loved enough to be made Divine, even as we were Human, is the Love we are all Looking to Receive. Connected to the Mind of Divinity, we’re turned around. Shining our own Light of Love, Giving, we will Receive.
Human will try to create love for many reasons. The Ego’s ways are out of Balance. We Give because we Want. Whenever there are expectations, our Love holds conditions. We can attach our Self to Human love, out of the fear, that what love we have might be all the love we can get. The Reasons we Love matter. The Love that shines as our Light is Love that doesn’t care what it receives. Divine Love always holds Happiness on both sides.
The best Love to create is in our Relationship with the Creator. Our Light will be Multiplied to Abundance, through creations we would Love to manifest. We Love our Dreams Unconditionally when we leave them in the Creator’s hands. When our Light is generated by Miracles of Creation, all kinds of Love will be attracted to us. Spirits already connected, will be drawn by the Power of the Overflow.
Star/LAMAT resides in the South, the direction of our Relationship with one another and the Natural world. Love is about Relationship. Focusing on the Love we can find out about each other, we’ll discover we all hold that same Light that is Hoping to be Seen and Acknowledged. Acknowledging the Light in ALL others, we’ll Know the Power of Divine Love is inherently part of each one of us. If we find it hard to Love what’s “grown to maturity” from an attachment to the world, we can remember the imperishable Seed of the Creator’s Dream… and a Seed Divinely Waiting for a Choice To Be Divine.
To all my relations, may we assign a Meaning and Purpose to Star/LAMAT as a Day to Count all our Blessings of Love. May we see how Love has been a real Power in our Life. Today we can remember all the times that Love has carried us through, and all the Provisions of Love that were created around us. May we give thanks for the Ties that Bind us to the Creator’s Love. May we see each day as the Sacred Event – the TIme and Place we were created to shine the Light of Love from our Darkness of the Unknown. May we Give Thanks that Divine Love is Eternal, so it could Only Multiply to Abundance.
May we dote on the Love of a Divine Creator who thought of everything we need and created every Provision. A Mind of Divinity created us to be Enough for a Divine Reason of Love. By Divine Design, we are always “enough” just as we are. We are the first descendant in line for a Divine Inheritance. May we Receive the Identity of the Name given to the First Born, the Creator’s NAME! “I Am.”

THE MAYAN NEW YEAR
In the Maya lands it’s tradition to carry out the 21 Days of Gratitude ceremony leading to the New Year on 8 Monkey/CHUEN (8 B’atz). This is the day for the dedication of the Daykeepers. I always make a mistake on this count. So, there won’t be a countdown, though I’m reminding myself about Gratitude for the rest of the way to the New Year.
GRATITUDE FOR THE DAY:
I’m grateful there are always too many blessings to count them all.

5 Star/LAMAT (Cherokee, Rabbit/(Star/LAMAT/ TAKATO’KA)
Galactic Tone 5: Empowerment. At the center of the cube we find Five. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. Fives are natural net workers who gather what is needed. These persons can probe directly to the core of any situation making them excellent investigators.
Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. As each sun in the sky, Star persons shine equally in all directions. This natural tendency of harmony and balance can become compulsion, motivating Star to be too agreeable and too generous, rejected gifts cause fear and resentment. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.
Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA: Symbol-Venus, The Morning Star cycle of 260 days and Evening Star cycle of another 260 days, inspired the 13 numbers, 20 Day sign Sacred Calendar. Rabbit is the Trickster of Cherokee culture, matching the Coyote in other nations. The personification of Light and New Life, Sunrise, the scion (a first-generation descendant) of the Moon-Father of earth children, the Rabbit is fertility, be fruitful and multiply. Represents softness, gentleness and vulnerability. LAMAT– Totem Rabbit. Energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. This person is overflowing with love energy in all areas of life. Spiritual growth is natural and with ease due to the unconditional love energy that flows.
