MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

Greetings Kin,

Tone 2 represents Duality. Tone 2 reflects the dual experience of our Human Nature and our Spirit’s Divine Nature. Inspired for a new climb of Spirit, on Tone 2 we discern our own possibilities to carry it out. Human’s way of Discernment is a comparison between one thing and another. The 2 is illustrated in the symmetry of our Design. Duality also describes the Human experiences of Darkness and Light. We manifest our Divine Will by observing all that is, and making a Discernment of what the Creator would have Intended To Be.

We are born creators. From the Wisdom of One thing, we hold a Power to Conceive something new.

Jaguar/IX is the Day Sign and nahaul of Spirit that leads a Divine Way of Light. The Jaguar holds the “earth magic” of Gratitude. Counting our own Blessings, our Faith is raised to Believing in the Love that created it all.

IX is a symbol of the Divine Feminine that holds the Power of Discernment and the Gift of Compassionate Love. Jaguar/IX is the shape-shifter, capable to cross the dimensions of Time and Space. Jaguar encourages us to consider a choice of Time and Place, walking below in the Beauty of Mother Earth, or up above in the realm of Sacred Light.

 

When Jaguar appears it is said to lead us on a journey to the East, a destination of Light. The Jaguar walks a path of stealth and resides in the shadows to guard the sacred sites and altars. The Jaguar/IX can share its power to invisibly shape-shift from our Human Nature to our Divine Nature.

The Jaguar holds Power in Invisibility. The Jaguar intends to lead us without being seen. A path we create for others to follow will shine its own Light through a Divine Choice to be Invisible. We know how badly Human likes to be Seen and Acknowledged. Tone 2 intends for us to conceive a Dream where our Light is hidden in shadows, so only the Light of a Divine Creator will be seen.

We’re starting over again on a new climb of Spirit. One Tone 2 we can feel that we are separated from the Whole. On Tone 2 we see how we’re different and compare our way to others. We consider how a Dream may be harder for us that it is for someone else. We compare the Inspiration of a Dream to the reality of our history, background and personal capabilities. All our calculations will depend on the Truth we claim as real. To the Jaguar, the realm of Spirit is the REAL world, and everything below is just an illusion. Jaguar believes in the reflection it sees on the water, as the Real world Above.

The Jaguar reminds us of the invisible path that shines our way. IX holds the Gratitude of Believing. The Jaguar knows that all the paths that are given were drawn by the Light. As we consider a new Dream, the Jaguar guides us to Believe and be grateful for the invisible path the Creator placed within.

The Jaguar resides in the North, the direction of Divine Wisdom and Consciousness of the Light. In the Element of Air, we are connected to one another through every Breath. The Element of Air is the realm Light where thoughts are connected by a Divine Discernment of the One that shines the Way. The Element of Air relates to all our faculties of Discernment. Air holds the Breath of Life and the Breath of Spirit of a Divine Creator to remind us we Breathe and are Breathed by Spirit. Our Life and Consciousness is dependent upon the Sacred Breath of Air. Jaguar reminds us to use our Sacred Breath to draw the Discernment of a Divine Spirit.

To all my relations, as we consider all the possibilities for a new Creation of Love that will reconnect the Hearts of the Whole, may we give thanks for the path that was given. Drawing upon the Sacred Breath, may we hold the gratitude for the invisible footprints that lead a way of Divinity. May we choose to be Invisible so all the credit will be given to a Light Above.

May we draw the Sacred Breath of Light. In the place between breaths, may we crystallize a Vision of the Jaguar’s footprints that will lead the way. On the out-breath, may we share our Gratitude for a path that doesn’t have to be visible for us to Know it is there.

May we call on the Consciousness of our own Spirit to make the Leap of Faith, grateful for a Transformation that will change our Faith to Believing. May we Offer our Self to the Light, through a Choice of Divine Will. May we believe in a Divine Creator who will guide a path that the Whole Family will recognize as the way to Life, Light, and Happiness.

We are Light, only Light, Eternal Light that becomes invisible the closer we reside to the Light of the One that shines for us all. On Jaguar/IX may we ask for a Blessing to all Mothers, Wives, Daughters, and Grandmothers – remembering ALL who have offered the Blessing of Compassionate Love.

A JOURNEY HOME:
I’ll be with you in Spirit as I make a visit home to celebrate my Dad’s 93rd birthday. Posts have been written and scheduled in advance. The Internet is not so reliable out on the farm, so please excuse my delay in responding to your comments over the weekend. I would welcome the Light of your prayers. The time becomes more precious with every visit.

A COMMITMENT TO GRATITUDE:

As we create a path to the altar, may we leave the Jaguar’s footprints of Light. May we begin the journey of every day, counting our Blessings for a Divine Light that will shine a way.

I’m grateful for the Divine Provision of Unconditional Love that guarantees we will always belong, so we would never be alone or separated from the Whole. May we believe there is Love all around us will shift from invisible to visible on every journey we make to the realm of Spirit.

2 Jaguar/IX (Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI)

Galactic Tone 2: Mysterious as the question ‘to be or not to be?” Two is the recognition of the separation of self from all else and the desire to be rejoined. Walking a balance while making choices of all kinds, light/dark, male/female, good/bad, Yin/Yang, is the energy of this number. Experiencing the differences between one and another is the use and purpose of this number.

Jaguar/IX: Born with a deep love of the Mother Earth, Jaguar or shaman is directly tied to the source of all Earth magic. They possess great power of intellect and strength or character through integrity. Jaguar energy is feminine in nature and is the ruling spirit of jungles, plains, and mountains. The spirit of Jaguar inhabits the Mayan temples and is called on to assist in spiritual as well as in material ways. Jaguar is also the god/goddess of gratefulness. Patience born of strength and skill can turn to pounce of quick decision and action. Both bold and stealthful, Jaguars do not often attack directly and communications from them usually contain some mystery. In the absence of integrity, Jaguars power corrupts becoming a search for wealth and fame.

Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI: Panther is symbolized by comets, meteors, shooting stars, fireballs, and magicians.  Meteors appearing around the middle of November are Heralds of the Coming of the Light, the Cherokee New Year. Panther is the Shadow of the Sphinx, Herald of the Dawn, guardian of the night when the sun is traveling through the underworld. Panthers have unlimited imaginations, visualizations, and are spellbinding speakers. The Cherokee Totem Jaguar is the guardian of the portals to other dimensions; shamanic abilities will open; multi-dimensional magic; healer, leader, way shower energy when used for spiritual growth.  Abuse would be for using this power for control or negative purposes; must find a powerful balance. Ix: The Kab’awil represents the heart of the planet, the female reproductive tract, the face of a jaguar and points east on the world map. Ix: woman, tiger. Conducive to pray for grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters and wives day. For wisdom at 4 Balances, cunning and protection of Mother Nature. To thank the Earth for sustenance. Ix is the native cunning, enterprising, vigorous, bold and realistic.
