THE TRECENA OF WIND/IK: THE TRUTH OF DIVINE WILL
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 6 hold the Peak Energy of Flow. Tone 6 represents the Momentum created by a rhythm and pattern of movement. Tone 6 offers a force of motivation as we begin to see the Truth of Cause and Effect.
Tone 6 is the Flow of Creation we establish by putting a “system” in place. With a rhythm and pattern we see greater possibilities. When we get into the flow, it becomes a challenge. How far, how fast, how how could I really go?
We have a Divine Reason to ask these questions at this Time and Place. We’re realizing what we could do with a Brand New Life. All the Ah-ha moments of the 12th uinal, is Divine Understanding being drawn together from all the pieces and parts of Our Experience. If we can sacrifice the life that didn’t work for us before, for the Life we were Promised, we could be the Savior to our Self. We are preparing to move into the cycle of Ascension. We’re realing the promise that we CAN start over again. With every new and higher Intention, we are holding our Self accountable to Higher Love. With every journey into the darkness and back around, the Light we Remember is brighter than before.
Tone 6 is the energy of a great athlete that has practiced all the steps. Seeing a Divine End in sight, the race to the end becomes an Expression of the Art. When we let go of what we don’t know as a “nothing matter” and engage everything we DO know, we could REALLY know what we could be.
Deer/MANIK shares a Power to turn away negativity through a Spiritual Gift of Vigilant Consciousness. The Deer is a nahaul of Beauty in Motion. The Deer has the stability to Stand on its own Truth with one foot to plant in each of the 4 directions. Deer/MANIK is the Day Sign of the Mayan priest who demonstrates the Divine Movement of Faith. Deer/MANIK represents the “Mission of Love,” one who dedicates themselves to follow a path to an altar, to carry out the rituals, prayers, and sacred ceremonies on behalf of the whole. Through the Momentum of its movement, the Deer holds a Power of Harmonic Resonance. The Frequency of Love draws lower Sounds into Harmony.
MANIK guides us to be a living demonstration of our Faith in the Integrity of Truth. Our highest example isn’t perfection, but where we go when we reach our own limitations. We are guided to a Life of Humility, Tolerance, Love, Forgiveness and Understanding… like it’s a Mission. We are changed when we dedicated our self and our time to a Divine Meaning and Purpose. We see a Divine Hand guiding our Life. When we’re dedicated to a path, we’ll REMEMBER all the Power of a Divine Hand Above.
Deer/MANIK is also known as Hand. The glyph illustrates a hand grasping a thread of Ether that completes a Divine Circuit of Love. The circle on the hand represents the vigilant eye of the Deer. The only way to hold Divine Power is to REMEMBER. REMEMBERING is the Divine Way. The Elders say, “It’s not whether you can. But, Will You Remember?
Deer/MANIK is the giver of Spiritual Tools. We are called to take up a staff to remember the foundation on which we stand. It can be a physical staff, or an imaginary one, that stands for the Promise of Divine Justice, shared in Harmony and Equity with the Whole. We can lean on whatever Truth that our Faith Feels the strongest to stand. The Deer guides us to stand silently on our Truth. The path of the mystic is about our own Spiritual Experience. It’s a path to FEEL the Truth. We can’t put Divine Feelings into words that anyone else is going to wholly understand until we’ve hand time to think about it and it becomes the Wisdom of Common Sense. With Common Sense we’ll know that Our Truth is only One Possibility, not the ONLY Way. MANIK is a living-witness of Faith. A way of living tells the story.
Of all the Spiritual Tools that MANIK can share, there’s One that covers every Human limitation. Our Faith can stand when MANIK demonstrates faith in a Divine Provision for everything. We can hold the power to turn away from our doubts and fears. We don’t have to learn EVERYTHING from the darkness. We learn a Divine Way, kneeling in humility at an altar where we Remember the One of Divine Authority.
MANIK holds the Element of Water that is used by the Mayan priest for Blessings, Initiations, Purification, and the Baptism of Spirit. MANIK is a Time and Place where we are meant to Believe in Divine Answers, and just keep turning to the Light.
To all my relations, may we keep turning to the Truth and the Light of the Creator’s Love. We don’t have to make anyone follow. Those that are in their perfect Time and Place to see, will see us Moved and Remember. The mystery within that leads us there, is a Dream they will want to Create for themselves.
May we give thanks for the Consciousness to Create a Story of our Life in circles. We don’t have to see it as one very very long journey. Through a Gift of Time and the Creator’s Miracles on every scale. Every day can begin a new life. Every moment holds the possibility for a Divine Creator to move us into our Divine Life. We only have to let go of OUR HUMAN Dream for a Paradise imagined up above. May we love Every Moment of the Way and imagine the Truth that will be drawn together from the experience.

6 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi)
Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.
Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.
Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi: Symbolized by Constellation Galagina, the Stag, known as Taurus, the Bull. It does not include the Pleiades and Hyades clusters which in Cherokee are viewed as separate. To feed, gatherers of food and supplies, they enjoy rituals, ceremonials, feasts, the souls of hospitality, sociability. Freedom versus security issues often inspire leadership and unique solutions. Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. Totem-Deer: A priest or shaman, a powerful person in general, to overwhelm an individual with one’s personal power, divination; inclined to become a teacher, healer, guru, civic leader, or politician. Ability to create harmonic resonance.
