Jackie and Shadow: Fledge Watch
Eaglets Sandy and Luna hatched on Easter, April 5, 2026. They successfully fledged on June 28 and June 29, 2026, about 12 weeks later. Sandy went first after her little brother knocked her off balance. It was a shocking descent but she was good after a little rest with Jacking watching over her. After a night alone in the nest, Luna launched and found his way to his Father’s a roosting tree.
Sandy and Luna are out in the wild, learning how to eat on a branch when Mom or Dad make deliveries. Fiona the flying squirrel is foraging in the nest while no one is home.

Good morning JW, Are you ready for the CIB trecena? Looks like just what we have been working and waiting for. I don’t know where I got the idea the next trecena was Kan, oh well. Anyway, Mayan Majix has wonderful articles on 1Cib. Be sure to have a look at Eagle Solomon’s blog..article #4. I love it that the winter ‘take’ includes a full summer visit complete with a summer solstice. Makes me feel right at home. So, I’m progressing out of CIB, carefully and mindfully, into the WORLD and class today. But, it’s still night with the possibility of more sleep, meanwhile I’ve fed the dogs a nourishing midnight meat snack, myself a bowl of rice cereal with maple syrup and cinnamon, burning some good resinous incense AND a perfumed oil candle to anchor and celebrate the purification and lifting of my karma! Thank you for the guidance and the reminder to revisit energies from last summer. I have linked trecena reports from Mayan Majix and the Mayan Calendar Portal, but will look for the Solomon’s blog you mention.
