Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI: Panther is symbolized by comets, meteors, shooting stars, fireballs, and magicians.  Meteors appearing around the middle of November are Heralds of the Coming of the Light, the Cherokee New Year. Panther is the Shadow of the Sphinx, Herald of the Dawn, guardian of the night when the sun is traveling through the underworld. 

When the Heart of Sky speaks, beauty always follows. I can’t help but wonder about the profound effects of faith, when our earliest ancestors saw these Signs Above.

A Divine Creator captures our attention through signs and synchronicity. Every offering of Love is saved by the Highest One to be seen when the Time is right. A Legion of Light offers a Hand through the collective wisdom of every Human Being who ascended before. A Divine Creator intended to know the experience of Love as it was carried out Above, and Below.

I was blessed on the Mayan New Year (8 B’aatz, Monkey/CHUEN) to find a letter in the mail with the message to “Believe in Miracles.” I considered it a Sign of Synchronicity on the Day ordered as the Initiation for the Mayan daykeeper, to make a new dedication to a Mission to Count the Days and to Create love in the world. I didn’t open the envelope for the solicitation I expected to find on the inside.

When I finally did on February 13, 2023 (9 Dog/OC), I discovered a gift inside. On the same day I received an unexpected deposit to my bank account, a final reconcilement from an old account. I still don’t understand the reason for the blessing, except that it was marked by the Day that I first prayed to Saint Jude.

Saint Jude was the Apostle known to be the Miracle Worker for Lost Causes. He’s helped me believe in the Creator’s promise for a Divine Provision that covers every Human limitation.

St. Jude was martyred. Some say he was beaten to death and beheaded, or hacked to death, which is why he is often depicted with a club or axe. (Google)

St. Jude is the Patron Saint of Hope and impossible causes and one of Jesus’ original twelve Apostles. He preached the Gospel with great passion, often in the most difficult circumstances. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, he made profound differences in people’s lives as he offered them the Word of God.

Perhaps the most nationally recognized devotee of Saint Jude during the last half of the 20th century was Danny Thomas. Thomas’ “big gift” to St. Jude included devotion through the National Shrine of St. Jude and the Claretians in Chicago, and ultimately the world-famous St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Through the signs of synchronicity, I’ve felt the Power of Saint Jude’s promise for miracles in my life.  As the Sacred Exchange I share the offering with you.

During the Time of Lent we are called to remember the Truth of God’s Divine Provision in our Life. We are called to make a leap of faith.
