Perspectives: Let us eat BREAD!

Greetings Kin,

bread-I’m choosing to say what’s on my mind these days. There WILL be a Daykeeper post in the morning, but for now – here goes.

I hear a lot of people mentioning shifts in their own energy – dizziness, tired, wired, off-balance, easily exhausted and distracted, to name a few adjectives. Similar symptoms sent me to bed at 5:05 PM last night, but then I found myself back up in the middle of the night.

I hadn’t taken time to eat dinner. I didn’t want a meal and I didn’t want an unhealthy snack. But there on the kitchen counter was a fresh loaf of French Bread – a splurge (bought while warm) from the grocery store. I love bread. Though, now we’re told we shouldn’t eat bread.

What I really loved about it last night was this feeling of comfort as a food that even a small portion can satisfy. As I looked at the brown shiny crust, it struck me as such a thing of beauty. How did bread, I wondered, suddenly become the scourge of all mankind?

The world concern that is most on my mind these days is the media, biased by the controlling interest who bought it with an agenda. When I heard Murdoch was buying FoxNews, I couldn’t help but look for Trump/Murdoch associations, and if you search, you WILL find them. Plus,  I’m still reeling to learn that the reason women started smoking in 1920’s was due to the manipulation of Human Nature by associating women’s smoking to “women’s liberation.” It was all a marketing scheme for the highest bidder, AND addictive substances were already considered good consumer products.

That was 1920. Public relations and media were just beginning to reach mass audience… nearly 100 years of new powers of persuasion would have been developed that only the richest can afford to dominate. We HAVE to accept that Human Engineering is a science that’s employed in our everyday lives.

One of the heartbreaking aspects of the refugee crisis is that it is an orchestrated displacement of people, and a means to someone’s end.  “Divide and Conquer” has been the hallmark of manipulation and hostile takeover since the feudal days. It’s a WELL understood aspect of Human Nature that when you isolate people from one another, their own people, culture, and language – they will be rendered more helpless and damaged.  This displacement creates a HUGE mental health crisis for millions of people. They’ve lost everything- their homes, communities, culture, and language. We are so naturally trusting it’s hard to believe such darkness could be intentional.

BUT, BACK TO BREAD…

Bread is a staple of so many cultures. Grasses, the source of grain, are the oldest living plants on the planet. The latest discovery of Seagrass goes back 200,000 years. Grain is our most ancient foodstuff. Because of this, Bread is a universally recognized symbol of nourishment and abundance. We carry the cellular memories of our ancestors that include their association and meaning drawn from symbols. “Give us this day our daily Bread,” is a symbol in the Lord’s Prayer, and Bread is the food consecrated as the body of Christ.

Am I the only one that finds it strange that suddenly we are being told to relate bread as something that is not good for us? What are the odds that after thousands of years, we, the elite scientists with less than 100 years of experience are just now capable of figuring this out for All of Mankind? (And if you think it must be true due to the medical establishment, read up on Rockefeller medicine.) Who really knows the truth?

The COMFORT and BLESSING of Bread is a recognized symbol of SURVIVAL for many. Does that “given” have to be jerked out from under us too? We can at least rely on “moderation in all things” – though, that could be next.

I came from the 50’s when they still talked about “truth in advertising.” This was actually a real thing and there were no ads with FAKE pictures of haggard women turning into beauty queens published for the latest beauty cream ad.  Now even the headlines are ads, and anchors and TV doctors are PRESENTERS of false advertising for Their Own Products.

“As perennial as the grass…” In this association “perennial” is defined as “lasting or existing for a long or apparently infinite time; enduring or continually recurring; synonyms: abiding, enduring, lasting, everlasting, perpetual, eternal, continuing, unending, unceasing, never-ending, endless, undying, ceaseless, persisting, permanent, constant, continual, unfailing, unchanging, never-changing.”

I’m just saying – have some bread, and think about it. Bless it for the nourishment of your body, soul and spirit, and it WILL bless you. If you can’t eat a piece of nice warm French Bread, I hope you can still eat some nice smelt bread – SOME kind of bread… and Give Thanks for the oldest means of survival God gave us.
