MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
On Tone 13 we Ascend to a Higher Consciousness of Unconditional Love. Through the Wisdom of Experience we learned the challenges and opportunities to fulfill our Divine Meaning and Purpose. 13 is the number of Creation as the 7 days and 6 nights, and the symbol of a Covenant between the Above and the Below. In a Choice to Offer our Self to Serve the Intentions of Divine Will, the Creator promised that our Prayers for Help would be answered. Our Unlimited Power to Create the Experience of Love would be guaranteed by a Divine Intervention.
Wind/IK is the Breath of Life and the Breath of Spirit. The Cherokee Day Sign the Whirlwind represents the double-helix of smoke that rises on the Wind to carry our Prayers to the Creator. On 13 Wind/IK we Ascend with a Higher Consciousness that the Creator hears and responds to every prayer that calls for a Manifestation of Love. Our Human prayers for Love reflect the Divinity we share with the Creator, who Spoke the Intention of Love as Meaning and Purpose for a world Below. Our prayers of Love create the Harmony of Sound between the Above and Below that vibrate as the One Song of the Universe (uni-verse).
Human’s Highest Aspiration is to serve as the Creator’s Spoken Words of Love on Earth. Through Human, the Song of Unconditional Love could be heard and recognized by the world Below, as a gift that is beyond our Human capability to Give. In an Intention to share Love that doesn’t ask anything in return, we bear witness to the Divine Nature of Human, the evidence that we are guided by something greater than our Human instincts.
Tone 13 symbolizes our ability through Ritual and Sacred Ceremony to call on a Divine Source to intervene in Human affairs. Our ceremonies are Sacred as the expression of giving our full attention to a Communion with the Creator.
The Element of Air relates to all the faculties of the Mind. We are all connected as One in the Element of Air. Our Breath and the Breath of the Creator are united in every Breath. Breath is the first Sign of Life. Our bodies are Breathed to Life by the Creator. The Breath of our first prayer is the Sign of Life of the Spark of Divinity Within. Our Prayers are the Sacred Exchange of Acknowledgement of our own Consciousness of something greater than our Self.
The Dog/OC trecena has guided us to see how we might experience Life, following Dog’s example of Unconditional Love. Dog is fully Conscious of the Happiness associated with Unconditional Love, and the Abundance of the Opportunities to experience it. Dog is the protector and guard for a Love that was meant for ALL to share.
Dog/OC helped us to see the One Dream every Human shares, a Dream of Happiness, Harmony, and a Life that holds a Divine Meaning and Purpose. Every Human hopes to be remembered for something they left behind. Dog/OC helped us see that our Gifts of Love are Eternal, the One and Only Creation that will Last the test of Time.
Wind has the Power to change directions quickly. We are empowered to change our mind and head in a new direction. We can mark another milestone on our Road to Destiny, as a place where we made an important turn.
Wind/IK renews Life and Spirit through the Holy Breath that connects us all. The Whirlwind is the 13th Dancer, the leader of the 12 constellations. 13 is a symbol of the Ascended Masters and the Christ Spirit, the One that sacrifices itself to raise the Whole. As the direction North, IK connects us to the Source of Divine Wisdom.
The Whirlwind is the apex where Human is connected to Ascended Spirit. In our Tzolk’in Dance we spin around every four days in the rotation of the 4 directions. The trecena wave of energy carries us up and down. Our Human Spirit Dance is like a Spinning Helix between the Above and Below.
With the help of a Divine Agency, we’ve been raised up to see the potential for a Higher Climb. This is a day to celebrate the Truth of a new accomplishment that transformed our way of Being.
Today we can breath in the Love of the Creator. In the place between breaths, we can crystallize a World of Love that the Creator Intended. On the exhale, we can Breathe a new “I Am.”
The Dancer’s costume is designed to make visible the Unseen Power of the Wind. The ribbons and feathers reveal the Breath of the Creator that surrounds us in every step. Our Movement and Breath initiate the Sounds and Vibrations of the Intentions of their Meaning and Purpose. Through the Sacred Breath of our Prayers, we vibrate in sympathy with the Creator’s Intention of Creation.
This is a day to Celebrate the Divine Choice we made in an Aspiration that Love could be experienced by the Whole. We can celebrate a Truth we see in our Self that Human was created with the Power to rise above our own Human Nature. Engaged in an Intention of Love, we could identify our Self by our Divine Nature. The greatest gift we can give and receive was created as an equal opportunity for every Human. Our own contribution to the happiness of the Whole costs nothing to offer, requires no special skills to share, and eternally holds it’s value to reach the heart. Serving as the Human Hand of the Creator’s Love, our Life Story will be defined by Love. Our Love stored up will shine brighter than all the failed attempts in Human’s Intention to carry it out. Following a Meaning and Purpose to Love, our Divine Justice is that Love is what we will be remembered for.
To all my relations, may we celebrate a new way of Being. May we choose the world we Love and claim our new “I Am.” May our change be our own proof of even greater things to come. As we commit ourselves again to a new cycle of Spiritual Growth, may Unconditional Love be the Tool we carry on. May we offer Each Other the Love we Exchange with the Creator. May we Breathe and be Breathed by the Creator.
in lak’ech, i am another you,

13 Wind/IK (Cherokee Whirlwind Agalu’ga)
Galactic Tone 13: Ascension; Thirteen assists us to go to the next higher step, propels us to try something new or to try again. Thirteen energy takes us over the next mountain just to see what is there. Thirteen carries the last success to the newest effort. Thirteen is a number associated with the Ascended Masters, creation, expansion, and manifestation.
Wind/IK: Breath of spirit, breath of life. Winds embody the power of dissemination and planting of good seeds or ideas. They are dreamers and planners with powerful imaginations. Wind persons make great orators and they spread the word of spiritual inspiration as if carried by the wind. Wind is the power behind the movement of natural cycles such as weather, erosion, and cultural change. As the wind, these persons are extremely changeable and adaptable. They may appear inconsistent and fickle to others. Wind can be destructive to self and others by put on airs. When wind strut and boast, expanding on facts and accomplishments, they are building the dark clouds of trouble that may become hurricanes.
Cherokee, Whirlwind Agalu’ga: The Cherokee symbol of the whirlwind is a double spiral helix in rising smoke and related to the direction of the North. In Cherokee, the constellations are represented by 12 birds (dancers) and the 13th bird is the Whirlwind, the lead dancer.

By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources. UPDATE ON A LIFE DREAM:
On 4 Sun/AHAU I was able to make the reservations for the trip, arriving on October 28 as I had hoped to be there to celebrate Ian Lungold’s Mayan birthday, 12 Sun/AHAU, on October 31st along with the observance of the Day of the Dead. It felt important to the information I would share in my book. I’m grateful to be part of such a flow of Love, more necessary that money, for the realization of my dream. You are already the blessing of just being here. (But you could help me spread the word.) much love, in lak’ech, Debra https://www.gofundme.com/life-dream-a-pilgrimage-of-spirit

My 68th gregorian birthday is this week. I know what a healing it will be to see I’m just as capable as I have always been to charge off into the unknown for the experience. (Monkey must be talking.)
