12 Seed / KAN
Greetings Beloved Kin,
Tone 12 is a day of Understanding. We comprehend Truth when we collect all the pieces and parts into a meaningful whole. We recognize pieces of Truth from the beginning, but the Truth takes Time to see. A single experience feels random. A pattern of experiences is another story. The “ah ha” moment is never the first time we knew.
11 Deer is the leading energy for this solar year, a nuhaul/essence/totem of Vigilant Consciousness. The Deer stands still in silence, looking in all directions at once. Using the gift of peripheral vision, like a pilot, the Deer holds consciousness to see Movement. When the Deer springs forward, there’s still plenty of time to get away. They move at the first sign of danger.
Seed/KAN is that capability we hold by Divine Design to know from a single movement everything that’s going on around us. KAN is referred to as a “little dragon” that helps us see clearly by a feeling that comes with a spark of friction, or a “wind at our back” that propels the flow.
Friction is beyond the flows on a path of least resistance. Any experience outside the flow, requires an effort by intention. You CAN read between the lines, when an experience pushes your buttons.
Seed/KAN is the symbol of Human’s Divine Design. Our capabilities far exceed the application of our own natural resources. A Seed needs the right conditions to grow. Happiness is the sense of well-being that we can choose everything we need. Residing in the South, KAN relates to our relationships with one another and with the Natural world. Seed/KAN shares the perspective to clearly see our self. We are drawn to a thorough inspection of who we are and who we are reaching to be.
MASTER NUMBER 44:
Seed/KAN holds position 4 and 12 Seed/KAN resides in the 4th uinal. 12 is a symbol that multiplies 4 x 3 to add an exponential power of Divine Trinity. “Number 4 resonates with the vibrations of the Archangels, practicality and responsibility, productivity, illumination and initiation, building solid foundations, stability and ability, honesty and inner-wisdom, determination and endurance, hard work and progress. Number 4 also represents our passion and drive and encourages us to work harmoniously yet diligently to achieve our goals and aspirations. Number 4 is also the number that represents the four elements of Air, Fire, Water and Earth, and the four sacred directions, North, South, East and West. With three 4’s appearing, the influences and energies of the number 4 are magnified and enhanced. Angel Number 444 asks that you pay attention to your intuition and inner-wisdom as your connection with your angels and the angelic realm is very strong at this time. You are encouraged to continue on your current path as your drive and determination will lead to success and fulfilment.” Source: Sacred Scribes
Master Number 44 is the Master Healer number, rarely seen and significant when we are drawn to the consciousness to see it. 44 relates to our God-given means to Heal Our Self. For every repetition of the number the gift is exponentially multiplied to abundance.
We are born with Divine Genius to know and understand the Truth. Our first hurdle is wanting to know. We have to be willing to see the Truth about our self, and how we create experiences in our life. The Elders say that the only way to higher consciousness is by “tracking the mind.”
When I first began tracking my thoughts I stopped losing my keys. Losing things was a chronic experience of depression. Dark thoughts take up valuable processing time and interrupt the flow of discernment. The pieces and parts remain random without the flow of consciousness that ties them together. The keys were important. And, there was a simple solution – an intention to always put them in one place. (That shows how much we are affected when our thoughts are scattered by doubts and fears.) What was cool was whether I left them in that place or not, I still remembered where they were supposed to go when I put them someplace else. So, I remembered where they were by that experience. It was a small experience on human’s scale of problems, but that one thing, changed many other things, because the application was so EASY.
We can trigger our own understanding through intentions of thought. We can also be triggered by the Creator’s spark that is connected within. We could see beauty in every moment. The Creator’s spark can stop us in our tracks at the beauty of a sunset.
Relationships can be the reason we don’t want to see the Truth. When we are dependent on another, we are vested to “go along.” We were intended to stand on our own two feet.
Seed/KAN offers the experience of “seeing clearly” what we like, or don’t like about an experience. Knowing thyself is simply an intention to understand what makes us happy, and know the right to choose it. KAN sets us free from obligations to others. Every Seed is born free of karma. Seeds grow up to be the caretakers of those who are disadvantaged and truly need a helping hand. It’s divine because they don’t feel they have to – a choice they are free to make.
The “little dragon” can help us to clearly see when it’s best to say “no.” We don’t have waste time defending the choice. If you have a hard time saying no, just plan to say no to everything. Then the Truth can be your answer – “I’m saying no to everything right now, for the time to discern my priorities.” Or, “I need more time to think about it.” If that’s not accepted as a reasonable answer, you’ll be GLAD you didn’t say yes.
What we think we deserve is what we receive. We attract all those “wrong people” when we are bending over backwards to please everyone. The Seed creates abundance “like casting a net.” The value of “no” is exponential to our own self-image. When we take care of our self, we’ll have more to offer to someone who truly deserves a helping hand.
We’re completing the 1st season of life and moving beyond childish ways to stand on our own two feet. We may not be full-grown yet, but we are taking on the leaves that we can identify who we will be, and know we’re in a good place to grow when we see trees around us that look the same. But, we still need our own space. “No” defines the boundaries for our own Time and Place. It’s a matter of life or death to the dream of who we want to be our own best friend.
Grown up, we won’t have to blame anyone else, when we choose something different. Making conscious choices is taking responsibility, the only way we learn from any experience. Knowing we can stand on our own dispels random doubts and fears.
As a Day Sign that relates to tangible truths that are personal, this is a day to take care of yourself. Give yourself a little more tender loving care. Knowing yourself is not “all in your head.” You can honor the pieces and parts of you. Hands are a good place to start. You might be amazed by what your little finger can do when it comes to carrying in the groceries. Give yourself a pat on the back and a hug. Hold your own hand and say thank you. Listen to what your body asks for and acknowledge the call when you serve yourself. We are walking miracles of Divine Design. That is always a beautiful Truth to remember.
To all my relations, may we all understand the power and authority we were given to make choices in the world. When we know we’ve taken the feelings of others into consideration, we know the Creator will be standing in our corner. And, miracles DO happen when we make the best choices for our self. That’s the best way to draw abundance that expands our capability to give something back… and through conscious choices, to a worthy end.
We don’t have to change anyone or anything to be happy, when we are taking care of our self. The time we set apart from others to stand on our own is a healing in itself. It’s easy to be happy when we give our self the right to say no. You don’t ever have to go along. “There’s something else I want to do,” can be a Divine reason to say no.
in lak’ech, I am another you

12 Seed/KAN (Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA)
Galactic Tone 12: Understanding. This number’s energy is a gift of great capability, of retrospection. It is this ability that allows Twelve to connect disassociated parts into a (new) functioning whole. The energy of Twelve is that which presents a new piece of understood information or accumulated experience to be applied.
Seed/KAN: Family, sexual activity and the magic of germination are the characteristics of this sun sign. Natural net workers, Seed people strive to free themselves and others from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Abundance is gathered by Seeds as if with a cast net. Seed persons are public defenders who work toward uniting community by discovering hidden traps and secret influences of others. To generate true abundance, Seed must learn to appreciate all gifts and lessons received and conduct profound investigations into its self. In the absence of gratefulness and the courage to face oneself, Seed finds itself in less than less fertile environments.
Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA: Dragon’s symbol is Draco winding between the Little Dipper and Big Dipper. Dragon is the Corn Spirit, symbol of dual personality of Corn Mother and Maiden. Fertility and pro-creation from generation to generation. The word dragon means ”eye, to look at, to see clearly”. Spirit brings energy of Lawgiver, Justice, vigilance and protective, loyal unto death. Ley lines in China are “dragon lines”, energy is sometimes called “orgone energy”, pyramid power or magnetic force. Pyramids and kivas are collector portals for this energy, known as vortexes. Dragon energy beats a path everywhere, stirring things up with a big stick in tune with the beat of the drum, heartbeat of the Earth.
