4 Reed/BEN
Greetings Beloved Kin,
Reed/BEN is the Guiding Light of family and home. The glyph illustrates the 2 channels of Light that shine from Above upon an altar where we Kneel in Humility. The 2 channels of the Light are the Direct view of the Sun that’s too bright to see, and the Moon’s reflection of the same Light on a smaller scale.
Both Lights are equal when we consider the scale of light that human eyes are capable to see. What we don’t know is just as important as what we “think we know.” There’s a good reason for the Mystery. “Not Knowing” is the only way for a “Mystery to be revealed.”
Tone 4 raises an Intention of Stability. We can stand on the Discernment of our own Truth when we give equal consideration for a Higher Truth we’ll know in Time. If there’s more we need to know, the Creator’s Light can reach us at an alter in a Sanctuary within.
We were Offered a Choice to live without regrets. There’s no harm in not “knowing better” when we admit the Truth and Ask to Know.

The Full Flower Moon isn’t a one-day event. The effects carry on to its last quarter. Our eyes are opened for a Revelation of before and after. It’s wise to guard the treasure until there’s Time to know what it means.
The Full Flower Moon is Time ordered for planting Corn, the Seed that shares Human’s creation cycle. The Sun’s Maximum Light is affecting us all, at once. Time reveals the Answer to our Prayers.
We’re drawn to kneel at an altar, surrendered to God’s Time. “Revelations of Light” depend on Not Knowing until the moment the Light breaks from Above. We can bring an Offering of Gratitude for everything we know, and an Offering of Humility for everything we don’t know.
The Full Flower Moon’s Light is still near the beginning of its full effect. The Supermoon expands the Light we can see.
When either the New Moon or Full Moon phase occurs near perigee (within 90% of its closest approach to Earth in a given orbit), the Moon subtends its largest apparent diameter as seen from Earth. This phenomenon, technically referred to as a perigee syzygy or perigee New/Full Moon, is commonly known as a supermoon. (Source: Google search, “moon in perigee”)
syz·y·gy /ˈsizijē/ (noun)
1 (astronomy) a conjunction or opposition, especially of the moon with the sun; “the planets were aligned in syzygy”
2 a pair of connected or corresponding things.
It’s Human Nature to want to teach the children everything we know. The Highest Truth we can share is that we’re all learning together, and sooner or later, we’re all bound to fail. Faith in our own prayers is our best approach. The Magic happens while we’re counting our blessings.
May we give thanks there is a Time for everything and our Day will come, and there’s a Day for every one.
in lak’ech, i’m another you

I’m grateful we can count on all things being in Divine Order.

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide Page for the “Tzolk’in Field Guide: A Daily Practice for Personal Discernment.” My gift for the Tzolk’in round offers an overview for each 13-day trecena and the aspects of each day of the Tzolk’in round. The page also offers a link to resources for your own practice of counting the days to conceive your own discernment of the Meaning of Time.
NEW SEASON – VOLUME 2: Tzolk’in Seasons 3 and 4 (PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 20, 2020)
NOTE: You can also look at dates from a different direction. What is the Destiny Kin number of your day sign’s 3rd tone? You may have overlooked a life-changing day. Use the Kin Calculator offered on the Daykeeper’s Resource Page for a date six years before or after. If you are just starting to count the days and don’t have a journal from the last round, when something major happens in your life you can look to see if there was a major event on that same date before. You can also look for Signs in the “distance of time” – the number of days between one day and another, from the Time and Date Calculator linked on the resources page. Example – 33 days is a symbol of a day that you actualize the Truth from the beginning date.
4 Reed/BEN (Cherokee, Reed I’hya) – Day 4 of 13 of the 1 Dog/OC trecena
Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 4: Stability; the cube is most stable of all forms and establishes volume by definition of height, length, depth and breadth; 4 directions establish orientation. The energy of 4 sets the parameters, which establish the freedoms and barriers needed to create a game, work, or relationship.
Reed/BEN: Reed persons are the spiritual essence, protectors and guiding light for family and home. They are competent speakers who will take up a cause. Very tough and analytical, Reeds endeavor to bring peace, harmony, and order to all of their relations. Reeds are blessed with great skill at negotiations and consoling which are very often put to the test. Although Reeds need a log of appreciation, many have a marriage or business problems because of inflexible views and high expectations, which erode affinity. The lesson of Reed is to be like a garden hose, not a steel pipe.
A GOOD DAY TO: Bless and repair the home.
Cherokee Cherokee, Reed I’hya: Symbol-Reed is the Earth, reflection of the Star Chaga of Pollux. Reed made up the Magician Twins who led the journey to bring back to life the daughter of the Sun. The Casket is Gemini. Energy for Intellectual minds, creation, re-creation, new directions, breaking the ties that bind. A trailblazer and leader. From the East, direction of success and happiness, no matter what route is taken, always ending up in the Light.
