Road to Destiny: The Meaning of Life (11 Wind/IK)

The Question as Old as Time

What are we living for?

Since the Dawn of our Awakening we’ve been reaching to know. Who are we living to please? Who were we meant to be, and will we find a single One to understand a Dream we held in our Heart from the beginning?

We travel many roads before our Journey through Time is over. One lifetime experience led to another that started from a new beginning all over again.  They were all changes on a scale of life and death. Family was our first reason to be until we stepped into a New Life of our own.

In a New Life we were guided to live for the next generation, until they claimed a New Life of their own.

The Gloria Patri

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, World without end. Amen.

The Glory Be Prayer

The “Glory Be” prayer, also known as the Doxology, is the opening prayer of every Christian tradition I’ve known. “Doxology” is defined as a liturgical form of expression of praise to God. It is the first prayer recited when everyone has taken their place, and the candles are burning on the altar. By Catholic tradition, the short form, “Glory be to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Amen” is the prayer recited while making the Sign of the Cross.

One Divine Reason for living that will always be, is for the Lord of our Creation. We can spend a lifetime searching. The One that Loved us from the beginning will always be. God is the Only One who will always understand how we feel and everything we long to know about the reason for us to be.

The Meaning of Time by the Mayan Calendar

Greetings Beloved Kin,

11 Wind / IK

Wind/IK represents the Sovereign Word of God that the Maya expressed as a Power as Mighty as a Hurricane (Huracán). The Cherokee referred to it as the Whirlwind of Life, visible as the double-helix in the smoke that rose from their prayers.

The Power of the Word is Doubled in the Year of Jubilee. By Mayan Time the Power of the Word is Doubled in the Solar Year, 1 Wind/IK. Wind is the Breath of Life and the Breath of Spirit… the Word Spoken as an Act of God.

A Relationship with God changes the landscape of our life. Time defined by Wind/IK are often times of chaos that disrupt an existing order of thoughts. God destroys everything that was a familiar way of living, when it’s Time for us to create the New Life that was meant to be in the Here and Now.

Anyone who has experienced the total destruction of a life by an Act of God begins with the same question. When we see the life we’ve built fall to pieces, the questions that come to mind are, “Where will we go? What will we do? How will we live again?”

Tone 11 represents the Truth of God that Resolves the Question. God always knows. The Truth is shared in the Word that God spoke in the beginning that would carry on through every generation to the end.

The Maya tradition for the 11th Day is to climb to the Highest Altar with an Offering to the Lord of all. The Highest Offering is Faith in the Truth of God that we were reaching to know. When the Truth is Resolved by the Holy of Holies, we know what to do and where to go to realize the Life that God intended to be.

Chaos is the Sign of a major transformation in progress. To create a New Life in Spirit, we have to leave an old life in the world behind. God knows how hard it is to let go. God promises a Divine Provision for every Human limitation.

Matthew 4:4 NIV
4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

We can spend a lifetime running around in circles to please the world, just to realize there’s no way to accomplish the end. No one sees who we are, and no one will ever understand the Truth our Heart longs to know. We were created for something and Only God knows the Divine Meaning for us to be.

After Moses, it was Joshua who led the Israelites into the Promised Land and to take possession of it. Joshua was the leader who renewed the Mosaic covenant with God. The Mosaic Covenant, also known as the Sinaitic Covenant, is a pivotal agreement of God’s Word, established after the Exodus from Egypt. Entry to the Promised Land was conditional. The blessing was tied to obedience to God’s law, which included the Ten Commandments and the Laws given to Moses at Mount Sinai.

Caleb of the tribe of Judah, along with Joshua, was one of the only two men from the generation that left Egypt who were allowed to enter the Promised Land. They were resolved to follow and to fulfill God’s Laws.

Exodus 20:1-3 NIV – The First Law
The Ten Commandments
20 And God spoke all these words:
2 “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
3 “You shall have no other gods before me.

Jesus brought Light to the Word of the Old Testament in the Greatest Commandment of the New Testament. And, Jesus shared the Way.

Matthew 22:36-40 NIV
36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Time to Resolve God’s Truth and the Way

Matthew 7:1-14 NIV – Judging Others
7 “Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

6 “Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.

Ask, Seek, Knock
7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

9 “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11 If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! 12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

The Narrow and Wide Gates
13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

We are slaves to the world no more when we choose to Live for the Lord. The Truth was Resolved by the First Law and by the Promise of God’s Word.

Joshua 24:15 NIV
15 But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

Isaiah 43:1-7 KJV
…I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

PRAYERS FROM THE FOURTH WATCH

Matthew 24:42-44 NIV
42 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.

11 Wind/IK (Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA) – Day 11  of 13 of the 1 Road/EB Trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold, 12 Sun/AHAU, who’s wisdom and Free Tzolk’in Calculator is preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 11: Resolution; 11 assists every new thing to find its place in the universe in the process of ‘fitting in.’ some modifications must occur. Eleven is the energy of dynamic actions facilitating change, simplification and improvement.

Wind/IK: Breath of Spirit, breath of life. Winds embody the power of dissemination and planting of good seeds or ideas. Dreamers and planners with powerful imaginations, Wind persons make great orators and they spread the word of spiritual inspiration as it is carried by the wind. Wind is the power behind the movement of natural cycles such as weather, erosion, and cultural change. As the wind, these persons are extremely changeable and adaptable. They may appear inconsistent or fickle to others. Wind can be destructive to self and others by putting on airs. When Winds strut and boast, expanding on facts and accomplishments, they are building the dark clouds of trouble that may become hurricanes.

A GOOD DAY TO: Send Communications of all kinds. (And, a good day to raise our Voice in prayer.)

Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA: Whirlwind’s symbol is a double spiral helix in rising smoke. Wind brings energy for an Inquiring mind, learning and wisdom. In Cherokee, the constellations are represented by 12 birds (dancers), the 13th bird is the Whirlwind, the lead dancer. This reflects the whirling of life. Wind is the breath of the Universe (matching the Mayan symbol) channel of communication and carries the Sacred Smoke to the Great Spirit (Source- Hunab Ku in Mayan); matches the pulse of the breath of the Cosmos.
