GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH: A geomagnetic storm watch is in effect on Sept. 2nd as Earth passes through the wake of a CME that struck yesterday. Category G1 (Minor) storms are likely with a chance of escalating to category G3 (Strong). High-latitude sky watchers should remain alert for auroras.
CME IMPACT SPARKS PURPLE AURORAS IN THE USA: As predicted, a CME struck Earth’s magnetic field on Sept. 1st (2100 UTC). The impact was abrupt and strong, bringing solar winds faster than 600 km/s (1.3 million mph), and a G2-class geomagnetic storm. “The auroras were visible to the naked eye, but far better with a three second exposure,” says Glaser. “Clouds added to the effect.”
These are nitrogen auroras — that is, mostly purple. The same color was seen in New York. Ionized molecular nitrogen (N2+) is responsible for the blue-purple hue.

1 Flint/ETZNAB begins a new cycle of transformation based on Truth of our own experience. Flint represents unexpected Truth that reveals what was hidden or covered up. Like a bolt out of the blue, we see the Light that sweeps away the obstacles we faced and turns static thoughts into the dynamic Truth that empowers change.
The Intention for this cycle is to Choose the thoughts we allow to enter our body of thoughts. The world’s beauty is only an illusion. We already know it’s the Truth. This is a cycle for silent reflection. Don’t occupy your thoughts with “what you’d really like to say.” In silence, the Truth is written on our face.
Flint’s Truth cuts to the heart of a matter. Flint opens doors to an Abundant Life of our choice. In the Jewish month of Elul, the “King is in the Field.” It represents closer proximity to the Source of the Laws of geomagnetic attraction. “Who do we think we are?” The thoughts we reject don’t reflect who we are. In the Mirror reflection, we can see our Self by all the “things we are not.” The 13-days of Flint are forecast as stormy weather outside, peace beyond all understanding inside, and Signs from Above.

Galactic Tone 1: Unity. One is the beginning of all things, the first, the whole and the all in one. One’s are assertive and self-guided and give a good push to whatever project they are associated with. One persons work best when meeting a challenge. Do not expect One-persons to be attentive to details or to put the finishing touches on things.
Flint/ETZNAB: Mirror of reality. As a struck flint, these persons are the divine sparks of intelligence. Flint’s innate abilities are utilized to discriminate emotions from fact. Flint persons stand tireless to protect, defend, or cure others by personal sacrifice. By courageously wielding the sword of truth, falsehoods are cut away. Flints, it was said, can receive information on inter-personal troubles or evil plots of others by reflecting in an obsidian mirror. Their valiant service as warriors of the truth must be impeccable or they will experience sufferings of accidents, misunderstandings and gossip.
A GOOD DAY TO: Spend time in reflection and introspection.
Cherokee, Flint/DAWI’SGALA: Opener of the Way, a creator, innovator, stretches the mind to outside limits of capabilities. Changes the static to the dynamic. Brings about change, often through separation and destruction. Beams the Stellar Ray of Truth to Earth as a crystal sword cast down along the path of a lightning flash. Flint is the transformer that brings things to a head and wipes the slate clean.
