Effects After An Eruption
SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 03/31/2026
HOW SOLAR FLARES CAN DIM THE SUN: Solar flares are explosions of electromagnetic radiation that temporarily brighten the sun. However, yesterday’s X1.5-class solar flare did the opposite. The explosion caused an area around the blast site to become darker, shown here in an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) movie from NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory:
“This is a nice example of ‘EUV dimming,'” says Sam Freeland of the Lockheed Martin Solar and Astrophysics Laboratory, who made the movie. “It happens when an explosion on the sun produces a CME.”
Where did all the bright stuff go? It left the sun. Glowing-hot plasma around the exploding sunspot joined a CME (coronal mass ejection) and departed, leaving only darkness behind. Image right, is what the actual CME looked like.
Space weather forecasters look for EUV dimming immediately after any strong flare to see if a CME might be coming. Hours later, coronagraph images typically confirm their first guess. Darkness tells the tale.
STRONG GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH: Strong G3-class geomagnetic storms are possible later today, March 31st, when a CME is expected to graze Earth. It was launched by yesterday’s X1.5-class solar flare.
NOAA and NASA models disagree on the timing and severity of the impact, so there is uncertainty in the forecast. If the CME arrives on time, NASA’s Artemis II Moon rocket could launch into a geomagnetic storm on April 1st. Despite the potential for ‘strong’ storming, this space weather event is far from extreme and should not endanger the mission.

Mayan Calendar Time and Synchronicity
I’m feeling a little dim after a dental appointment yesterday that extracted some teeth compromised by metal fillings, PLUS fillings and a temporary crown, to be fixed next time. I’ve been off track this week, stressing over the 3+ hours I would be sitting in the dentist’s chair, AND THE SHOTS. All went well, but there were some zingers all around! It’s bound to be a good thing, once the holes in my head are healed. The BEST news is my front teeth are fixed as good as new.
I had to repost my “second clutch” of two posts to get things back in order. (The first notice on the Eagles wasn’t complete, in case you read the first draft posted. Then, when it was corrected, I realized I was overwriting the post that came before.) Maybe that’s a good sign for the Eagles – that the 2nd batch of 2 eggs is set to hatch, invasions are behind them, and they each have a strong “front tooth” to break the shell.
Today IS the Day of “pure luck” – if we keep our thoughts trained on a Bright future. What we can’t do, the Holy Spirit can handle, even if it hurts a little.

The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.
Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th to the end of the Tzolk’in round.
1 Transformer/CIMI begins the 2nd Season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 1. We are empowered to discern the Meaning of Time by the Truth and the Way of the Savior.
3 Star/LAMAT (Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA) – Day 3 of 13 of the 1 Transformer/CIMI trecena.

Galactic Tone 3: Action. Three is basic movement and communication, which begins as a vibration. Three energy is very eloquent in all types of self-expression. Communication is how Three establishes a point of agreement between any point “A” and any point “B”. Three persons are rhythmic to the core and are often restless, as motion is their nature. By working closely with the energy of Three, any person becomes more able to predict motions of all kinds.
Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. As each sun in the sky, Star persons shine equally in all directions. This natural tendency of harmony and balance can become compulsion, motivating Star to be too agreeable and too generous, rejected gifts cause fear and resentment. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.
A GOOD DAY TO: Ask for Abundance in all Relations.
Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA: Symbol-Venus, The Morning Star cycle of 260 days and Evening Star cycle of another 260 days, inspired the 13 numbers, 20 Day sign Sacred Calendar. Rabbit is the Trickster of Cherokee culture, matching the Coyote in other nations. The personification of Light and New Life, Sunrise, the scion (a first-generation descendant) of the Moon-Father of earth children, the Rabbit is fertility, be fruitful and multiply. Represents softness, gentleness and vulnerability. LAMAT– Totem Rabbit. Energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. This person is overflowing with love energy in all areas of life. Spiritual growth is natural and with ease due to the unconditional love energy that flows.
The “Moon-Father” is the Mother God known as the Heart of Sky.
