And Rinpoche whispered: Old seeds of light are true diamonds. Old masters speak a metaphoric language. Words make a story. The story is a seed of light. When you have forgotten the words you will understand the real meaning of the story.
Not by Works, but Only by Grace
Romans 3:10 KJV
10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Romans 11:8 KJV
8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
God’s Word is written in the Human Seed. Our limitations are part of the Divine Design. We sense the Truth, but we can’t remember. The Lord of Creation intended for us to learn that by Grace Alone are we saved, and that the Lord is the Only Way to realize our Highest Hopes and Aspirations.

KAN, the Yucatec symbol of the Seed, represents the Invincible Identity written in the Seed. The Seed knows the way to the Light.
We are saved by Faith. Faith must come first in God’s Divine Design.
Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Humans were created equal in their limitations, so no one claim an advantage. Each was given the power to live in Harmony and Equity. On Seed/KAN our eyes are opened to Know Thyself. It’s Time to make a thorough inspection of our self. Seed/KAN holds Position 4, the Intention of Stability.
The 4th Step in 12-Step addiction recovery programs is to “Take a thorough and moral inventory.” It begins with a list of our resentments — the cause of the dis-ease of addiction. Our addiction is the means to forget the pain. Only when we’re willing to see both sides clearly can we be set free.
We were born free of any obligation to serve another. No one else knows the facts of our life.
When we see evil in another, it’s only because we know it so well. The “moral” part of the inventory requires us to see that in every case we are guilty of the same thing by thought, word, or deed. The Day of the Lord is the final inventory.
Romans 14:11 KJV
“For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.”
There can be no Faith, after we know the Truth. We have to turn to the Lord before our final breath.
Numbers are signs that follow a Divine Order. The 7th hour is the Time that precedes the Zenith Hour. The end of every climb of Faith we can see “all that is” and “all that is not” the Truth. 7 Seed/KAN is the Perfect Time to see who we are.
When we know the Lord we have a Reason to Forgive. The Lord promised a provision for every Human limitation. What is impossible for us to forgive, God will forgive when we Ask.
Luke 23:34 NIV
34 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”
Asking God to forgive is the proof that we are willing. We have to forgive our self too. A foundation of Humility leads to Divine Justice. We are empowered by the Willingness to forgive. Humility leads to the Position 5 of Empowerment.
The 5th Step of the 12 Steps is to, “Admit to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.” We have to face the Truth before God and Man. God loves us as we are. Humans may not forgive, just the way we couldn’t forgive, before. Through our willingness, Unconditional Love will find its way.

No one else has the right or power to convict our Heart. Only through a personal confession are we healed. No one else can take away our right to choose our own Salvation. Only then will our Name be written in the Book of Life.
1 Corinthians 13:12 KJV
12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
1 Corinthians 2:9 KJV
9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
Love, in lak’ech, i am another you

PRAYERS FROM THE FOURTH WATCH – PROPHETIC PRAYERS DECLARING GOD’S WORD
The next time you’re drawn to Pray, refer to the 8 Watches by the Time of Day, AFTER. The Bible refers to Watchers from Above (‘iyr in Hebrew) in Daniel 4:13, 17, 23. We’re called to our prayers by high-ranking angelic beings sent from heaven to observe and execute divine decrees. You may find synchronicity in the Time when you look, after your prayers.
THE EIGHT WATCHES
Night Watch
- First Watch: 6 pm – 9 pm – Contemplation and laying foundations in prayer.
- Second Watch: 9 pm – 12 am – Intercessory prayer for protection of ourselves and those around us
- Third Watch: 12 am – 3 am – Spiritual warfare (We are covered by the blood of Jesus.)
- Fourth Watch: 3 am – 6 am – Prophetic prayer because you are commanding your morning with prophetic decrees and declaring God’s word
Day Watch
- Fifth Watch: 6 am – 9 am – Petitions. Ask for strength and surrender. Ask for the Holy Spirit to help you before you start your day
- Sixth Watch: 9 am – 12 pm – Thanksgiving prayer (on behalf of the whole)
- Seventh Watch : 12 pm – 3 pm – This is the seventh watch of rest. 7 Biblically represents that. This is a time to seek God in the secret place
- Eighth Watch: 3 pm – 6 pm – This is the eight and final watch of the night and a time for prayer for revival and renewal. Symbolically, Christ died at 3 pm.
THE TRECENA OF FLINT/ETZNAB: TRUTH THAT SETS US FREE

The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.
It only takes 13 days to see how a Divine Intention set at the beginning, always end with the Truth of Answered Prayers. You only have to track your thoughts to stay on course. Often the matters on your mind follow the divine order of Time as the meaning of every Day.
Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th seasons to the end of the Tzolk’in round.
1 Flint/ETZNAB is the 4nd trecena of the 2nd season of the Tzolk’in round, found at the end of Volume 1. The meaning of time is revealed by the thoughts on your mind.
NOTE: Tone 1 reflects the 1st Light of Divine Inspiration for this chapter of Time. If you forget where you are, return to Tone 1 to see the “First Light” of Divine Inspiration.
7 Seed/KAN (Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA) – Day 7 of 13 in the trecena of 1 Flint/ETZNAB
Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), who’s wisdom and Tzolk’in date calculator is preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 7: Reflective. Seven stands as a mirror to divide light and dark and to reflect all that is and is not. Seven is associated with the source of creation and the flow of Divine Will. With a keen sense of ethics, Seven establishes purpose to current and future goals.
Seed/KAN: Family, sexual activity and the magic of germination are the characteristics of this sun sign. Natural net workers, Seed people strive to free themselves and others from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Abundance is gathered by Seeds as if with a cast net. Seed persons are public defenders who work toward uniting community by discovering hidden traps and secret influences of others. To generate true abundance, Seed must learn to appreciate all gifts and lessons received and conduct profound investigations into its self. In the absence of gratefulness and the courage to face oneself, Seed finds itself in less than less fertile environments.
A GOOD DAY TO: Plant, make new contacts and re-connect with others.
Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA: Fertility and pro-creation from generation to generation. The word dragon means ”eye, to look at, to see clearly”. In China ley lines are called “dragon lines”; orgone energy, pyramid power, or magnetic force. Pyramids and kivas are collector portals for this energy, known as vortexes. Dragon energy beats a path everywhere, stirring things up with a big stick in tune with the beat of the drum, heartbeat of the Earth.
[Text in italics was the primary source of inspiration for my journal. These are the sources that started my journey and they are the reference for interpretation each day. By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
