MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
On Peak Tone 7 we reach the summit of a new Spiritual Climb. At the top of the pyramid we emerge into the Light of Sun/AHAU. Our journey of darkness is over. Tone 7 brings a gift of reflection so we can see all that was hidden along the way. We have a 360 degree view and Light that illuminates the darkness and reveals what was hidden in plain sight.
Tone 7 offers an Intention of Reflection. This is a day to look back on the Fears we overcame, with the Light to see they were born of an illusion. Through reflection, we can see how we were able to move beyond our Fear.
Today, the Seed of our New Self finally emerges into the Light of the Sun. Sun/AHAU is the symbol of the Creator, the Divine Source of Light, Life, and Happiness. Sun/AHAU offers a Revelation of Spiritual Accomplishment.
PORTAL DAY: Element of Ether
Portal days thin the veil to Spiritual Dimensions. Our Gifts of Intuition and Knowing are magnified to heighten our Sense of their Realness. On 7 Sun/AHAU, a Portal magnifies our Connection to the Old Ones and their Ancient Wisdom. They walked this way before and know the significance of our latest effort. The Ancestors are Present to Acknowledge our Spiritual Accomplishment by a Divine Initiation.
The Jaguar/IX trecena is leading us on a journey through the Unseen World of Spirit. Our navigation required an application of our Imagination and Believing in our Dream. Each step was a Leap of Faith. Following the Jaguar, we are led through the Realm of Spirit where our Way of Seeing is Believing.
The Ascended Masters who accomplished the Highest States of Consciousness, did so through a Process of Initiation. The Ascended Masters are Spiritually Enlightened Beings who were first incarnated as ordinary Human Beings. They were said to ascend as Masters by undergoing a series of Spiritual Transformations. The Old Ones waited at the top of our pyramid to Receive Us for a new Initiation of Light.
Our Initiation was accomplished by establishing a rhythm and flow of movement that would become second nature. We opened the door to all possibility by aligning ourselves with Sacred Intention of Harmony and Equity. We imagined a Destination where the Happiness we Dream for ourselves could be a Blessing to the Whole. Focusing only on the Dream, we were learning to rely on our Divine Instincts and Intuition to lead us there. When we encountered obstacles or lost our sense of direction, we turned to our Faith in Divine Guidance.
Beginning a new round of the Tzolk’in, we entered a new major cycle of Transformation. Our Awareness is being drawn to a Dance between the Darkness and Light. Our encounters with Sun/AHAU mark a Milestone of Revelation. This is a day of a Spiritual Breakthrough. Sun brings the “light of day” to something that was right in front of us. We can discover the Light of our own Soul’s Purpose was Shining all along.
Portal Days reflect the Element of Ether, the Force of Life and Spirit. The veil is lifted so we can Know we are Eternal and One with Humanity, Raised Up in Spirit to Live in the Kingdom of the Creator. The Ascended Masters preserved the Way to Live in Heaven on Earth.
The Cherokee Day Sign for Sun is the Flower. “The face of the flower follows the Sun gathering the fire of creativity, illuminating harmony and balance, resonating peace and continuity within the human spirit. This is the Sign of the Chalice of the Infinite Caldron of Creation.”
7 Sun/AHAU completes the 1st Uinal of the Tzolk’in round. The 1st Uinal of a Spiritual Harvest of 260-days, represented the germination of a Seed of a new generation of our Self. Over the past 20 days our New Self was introduced to the aspects and character of the Creator. The Creator modeled our way to reach the Light through the 13 Sacred Intentions for manifesting Creation.
We are positioned to make a new assessment of where we are. We can see that through our Offering of Spirit to the Creator’s Plan, we will always end up in the Light.
The days ahead will offer a new and brighter light. The Sun is the abode of Great Spirit, they way station that relays messages and energy from the Ancestors. Like the face of the Flower/Gun’tsi, with each Initiation we learn the Way of following the Sun, gathering more of the Fire of Creativity that brings Purpose to our Life. Through a Continuity within the Human Spirit, we are drawn into sympathy with a Higher Vibration of Harmony and Balance that Ripples through the Whole.
As the Archetype of the Hero and Champion, AHAU draws from us the Best we have to Bring. AHAU is the Visionary who is Accomplished at All things. In the place of the Ancestors, Sun holds the sum of Universal Wisdom. Through Wise Judgement to lead and defend the People. The Sun Leads Us as a Spiritual Warrior to Rise and Shine again with the Light of Unconditional Love.
To all my relations, may we Honor the Ancestors who made sure that Human’s accumulation of Spiritual Wisdom would not be lost. Through the Inheritance of their Wisdom, we are capable to help raise the Whole of Humanity to Higher Ground. May we Know that They Celebrate Us, just as we Celebrate Them. May we Mark this Place as a Major Milestone of our own Initiation in Seeing the Light. May we hold a new Revelation of our Soul’s Purpose, and the Truth of our “Magic” and Power to Draw Heaven to Earth.

7 Sun/AHAU (Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK)
Galactic Tone 7: Reflective. Seven stands as a mirror to divide light and dark and to reflect all that is and is not. Seven is associated with the source of creation and the flow of Divine Will. With a keen sense of ethics, Seven establishes purpose to current and future goals.
Sun/AHAU: Day of the ancestors and connection to their guidance. The divine face of the sun – lord, musician, singer, dancer, and marksman. Suns are artistic, heroic athletes, visionaries with wise judgment who lead and defend the people. So much is expected from themselves and by other people that unfulfilled expectations are a certainty. An accumulation of these disappointments may lead Sun to evade responsibilities, not accept corrections and even build resentment and disdain towards others. Suns should simplify their lives to be able to rise and shine with unconditional love once again.
Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK: Symbol is the Sun, place of abode of Great Spirit. The Sun creates, nurtures and is the super communicator, the way station that relays messages and energy from other stars in the galaxy; provides energy for channeling information from the Ancestors; speaking the Living Language of Light, which ignites the consciousness in others. Gold is the color of courage and opportunity of wealth. Creative arts, master craftsman expressing divinity and wisdom through their creations. The face of the flower follows the Sun gathering the fire of creativity, illuminating harmony and balance, resonating peace and continuity within the human spirit. This is the Sign of the Chalice of the Infinite, Caldron of Creation.
