THE TRECENA OF REED/BEN
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 10 holds the Intention of Manifestation. Dreams and Intentions become Real. Tone 10 offers the Evidence of Transformation as a New Light that illuminates the Darkness Below.
Tone 10 is said to present a challenge. We may face a familiar challenge and see our Self responding to it in an entirely new way. The Manifestation offered by Tone 10 is a Blessing that comes with a Responsibility. We have to claim the Truth to manifest the Reality. Through the Consciousness to Claim it, the Wisdom of the Experience will be claimed as our Common Sense… a Divine Truth without further questions.
Wind/IK is the Breath of Life and Breath of Spirit. The Element of Air is Humanity’s Common Field of Communion. Thoughts are Electrical Signals carried like Voices in the Wind that call us to follow a train of thought. The Elders taught us to Listen to the Voice of the Creator in the Wind. They said the Wind that holds the power to rustle the leaves and change the landscape of our life symbolizes the Power of the Creator’s Divine Thoughts to guide us in the right direction. Wind/IK is the Whirlwind of Life, the Breath of a Divine Promise of Love and Light.
10 Wind/IK offers the manifestation of the Truth of Divine Wisdom. Human is guided by a Spiritual Master within that is the Collective Wisdom of the Whole. The thoughts of the Whole are as near as the next breath drawn with a Divine Intention To Know. A Promise of Answered Prayers means the Genius of ALL Knowledge is as Near as a Choice to Ask for it.
We were lead by Reed/BEN to make a climb by Loving as we Intended to Do. We learned new Truth about our Human limitations. By the Zenith Light of Sun/AHAU we were given a day to see our Self without any shadows… as the Pure Spirit of a Divine Intention.
The Cherokee Whirlwind is the double-helix of smoke that carries our prayers to the Creator. The Whirlwind is symbolized as the 13th Dancer, the Ascended one Above that guides the 12 Below. Wind/IK holds the Creator’s Power to move us. Wind can offer a gentle push, or change the entire landscape of our lives. Wind/IK is a Power of Divine Guidance that can be Felt, Seen, and Heard to direct Human in a world of physicality.
To all my relations, may we use the Sacred Breath to draw Wind/IK’s Truth to Heart. May we Ask for the Wisdom our Human Mind wants to Believe and Know. When the Wind speaks to us may we stop and listen to a direction of our thoughts. Did the wind agree with a gentle breeze? Or did it give us a push to think in a different direction?
May we remember that for Truth to manifest as our Own Wisdom we must claim it as a Truth we See can stand on its own. It wasn’t just a truth of the moment, or a passing thought, but a Divine Truth that was Offered for ALL Time.
May we claim that wherever the Wind guides us is the Divine Place To Be.
in lak’ech, i am another you

NEW COMMITMENT TO GRATITUDE: 21 Day Ceremony, Day 9
I’m grateful that God will share all the Wisdom we ask to Know.
New Moon in Scorpio: October 27-28, 2019
Scorpio relates to death, change, closure, endings, intimacy, trust, truth, power and control. There is the potential for a fresh start and also the signal of an ending. For a door to open, another must close. Dark fears brewing beneath the surface are raised to be changed by the Light.
Scorpio is both the lightest light and the darkest dark; a mysterious essence is a symbol of death, transformation, and intense rebirth. Electric Uranus is the planet of chaos, rebellion, and unexpected change and shocking news. The two will oppose one another in the 4th degree in the 4th uinal of the Tzolk’in.
The darkness of the Moon will deliver us into the trecena of the Transformer/CIMI, the Sign of a Major Life Change manifested by the Death of the Old and the Birth of the New.

10 Wind/IK (Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA)
Galactic Tone 10: Manifestation. What were once intentions or ideas, hopes or fears become physically present with the energy of Ten. What is focused upon with attention and intention becomes real with Ten. Ten is a powerful energy that carries a great responsibility.
Wind/IK: Breath of Spirit, breath of life. Winds embody the power of dissemination and planting of good seeds or ideas. Dreamers and planners with powerful imaginations, Wind persons make great orators and they spread the word of spiritual inspiration as it is carried by the wind. Wind is the power behind the movement of natural cycles such as weather, erosion, and cultural change. As the wind, these persons are extremely changeable and adaptable. They may appear inconsistent or fickle to others. Wind can be destructive to self and others by putting on airs. When Winds strut and boast, expanding on facts and accomplishments, they are building the dark clouds of trouble that may become hurricanes.
Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA: Whirlwind’s symbol is a double spiral helix in rising smoke. Wind brings energy for an Inquiring mind, learning and wisdom. In Cherokee, the constellations are represented by 12 birds (dancers), the 13th bird is the Whirlwind, the lead dancer. This reflects the whirling of life. Wind is the breath of the Universe (matching the Mayan symbol) channel of communication and carries the Sacred Smoke to the Great Spirit (Source- Hunab Ku in Mayan); matches the pulse of the breath of the Cosmos.

By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
