The Word: The Divine Return (6 Deer/MANIK)

Quickened by the Father’s Love

2 Timothy 4:1 KJV
4 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

The Deer is a symbol of the Shepherd of Unconditional Love that Guides, Guards and Protects the Whole in the Name of the Father. The Mission requires Vigilant Consciousness of the Truth. By the Law of Moses those found to be false prophets were put to death.

Isaiah, the Messianic Prophet that foretold the Christ, was put to death. Historical accounts say that while he was hidden in a tree he was sawed in half by order of the wicked King Manasseh. Isaiah’s death, and the deaths of the Prophets, were foretold in Hebrews 11.

Hebrews 11:37 KJV
37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;

Jesus was put to death by man, but was raised to life by the Father. By the Truth of the Word, no man can enforce the death of a Soul that is quickened by the Holy Spirit.

Mayan Calendar Time and Synchronicity

Deer/MANIK is the Name of the Mayan priest who Counts the Days, committed to a dedicated daily path to the altar. The Deer shares the way to stand in integrity of the Truth, by kneeling in Humility before the Father in confession of our own sins on behalf of the whole. Only the Christ was perfect. All humans are subject to a life of sin in the world.

The Sign of the Holy Mission as the Watchman is an Order repeated in the Solar Year of the Haab, under the year-bearer 2 Deer/MANIK.

“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” John 17:17 KJV

Peak Energy of Momentum

Greetings Beloved Kin,

We are guided to think twice about what we say and do in the Name of the Lord. The eternal life of our Soul depends on it. Those who are quickened by the Holy Spirit will be drawn to remember.

By the Power of the Holy Spirit, we will always be there. The Holy Spirit intercedes for us and will pray for us without ceasing.

Romans 8:26 KJV
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

In the perfect balance of a Divine Trinity times 2 (6), the Holy Spirit reminds us of every Word that was Spoken. In the silence at an altar we’ll remember the Truth that’s worthy to share.

Human’s path wanders back and forth between our consciousness of the world’s illusion, and the Reality of Spirit. That’s the way it will always go.

At the Last Supper, Jesus shared the Truth with the Apostles. Though they declared that they would never-ever betray him, he insisted that they would be scattered. He shared the Truth with Peter.

Matthew 26:34 KJV
“Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.”

Jesus wasn’t admonishing Peter. He was prophesying the Truth. The Word was a blessing for the future. God knew we would fail, and still, God would save us from our sins. In a choice to follow the Lord, our fate was sealed by the Quickening of the Holy Spirit. The Shepherd is charged with the Mission to Remember, and share the Promise of the Word with the whole.

John 6:35 KJV
35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Deer/MANIK shares the Spiritual Tools to stand. The Staff is the one leg to stand on. The Word holds the integrity of the Truth. We don’t have to explain what it means. The Word will speak for itself. And, the Holy Spirit will remind the whole of every Word that was spoken.

If we do explain, it’s important to share that human words will always fall short. Our truth doesn’t mean a thing. We must seek the Truth for our Self to real-ize the Truth by our own experience. The Deer holds the Power of Harmonic Resonance. God’s Word draws discordant tones into perfect Harmony.

We can turn away every worldly doubt and fear. The Word shares the Truth that God offered a Divine Provision for every Human limitation.

The Mission is the choice every Human must make to return to the place we Remember. The Deer stands in silence. It doesn’t defend the Truth. By the Power of the Holy Spirit the Truth will speak for itself in God’s Time.

John 14:20 KJV
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

In fear of the Lord, we are set free from the fear of the world. Peter thought more than once, when he denied knowing Jesus 3 times. Our Time will come in the hours of the Day when we Know we are turning our thoughts away from the Lord. Even then, the Holy Spirit will call for us to return to life again and again. Momentum is created by a rhythm and pattern of movement.

love, in lak’ech, i am another you

The Jewish month of Elul: The King is in the Field

Chabad.org Daily Schedule – Prayers and Psalms for Sunday, 24 Elul, 5786, September 6, 2026

Jewish History
Preparations for Second Temple Construction Begin (353 BCE)
Inspired by Haggai’s prophecy on the first of Elul (see entry for that date), Zerubavel son of She’altiel, ruler of Judah, and Joshua son of Jehozadak, the High Priest, began the preparations for the construction of the Second Temple (Haggai 1:15). The actual construction began exactly three months later, on Kislev 24 (see entry for that date).

Link: The Second Temple Is Built

On the Lord’s Day, we are reminded that we are building the Temple of the New Jerusalem, the Holy City where the body of Christ shall rule forever. By Jewish Time, Sunday began on Shabbat at sundown on Saturday.

Christian Calendar Time

Twenty-third Sunday in Ordinary Time, Lectionary: 127

Reading 1, Ezekiel 33:7-9 – The Watchman

Thus says the LORD:
You, son of man, I have appointed watchman for the house of Israel;
when you hear me say anything, you shall warn them for me.
If I tell the wicked, “O wicked one, you shall surely die, “
and you do not speak out to dissuade the wicked from his way,
the wicked shall die for his guilt,
but I will hold you responsible for his death.
But if you warn the wicked,
trying to turn him from his way,
and he refuses to turn from his way,
he shall die for his guilt,
but you shall save yourself.

Reading 2, Romans 13:8-10
Brothers and sisters:
Owe nothing to anyone, except to love one another;
for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery;
you shall not kill; you shall not steal; you shall not covet, “
and whatever other commandment there may be,
are summed up in this saying, namely,
“You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Love does no evil to the neighbor;
hence, love is the fulfillment of the law.

Alleluia, 2 Corinthians 5:19
R. Alleluia, alleluia.
God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ
and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.

As the Watchman and the Shepherd, it is not our place to judge, or to tell another that their Soul is condemned to hell. Our Mission is to share the Words of the Lord. Our living testimony of Love will shine as the Truth of our own Salvation.

PRAYERS FROM THE SIXTH WATCH (11:55 AM) – PRAYERS OF THANKSGIVING

The Bible refers to Watchers from Above (‘iyr in Hebrew) in Daniel 4:13, 17, 23. We are called to our prayers by high-ranking angelic beings sent from heaven to observe and execute divine decrees. Take note of the Time when you are inspired to turn to the Lord. May we remember all those who pray as one when we say Amen.

THE EIGHT WATCHES

Night Watch

First Watch: 6 pm – 9 pm – Contemplation and laying foundations in prayer.
Second Watch: 9 pm – 12 am – Intercessory prayer for protection of ourselves and those around us
Third Watch: 12 am – 3 am – Spiritual warfare
Fourth Watch: 3 am – 6 am – Prophetic prayer because you are commanding your morning with prophetic decrees and declaring God’s word

Day Watch

Fifth Watch: 6 am – 9 am – Petitions. Ask for strength and surrender. Ask for the Holy Spirit to help you before you start your day
Sixth Watch: 9 am – 12 pm – Thanksgiving prayer
Seventh Watch : 12 pm – 3 pm – This is the seventh watch of rest. 7 Biblically represents that. This is a time to seek God in the secret place
Eighth Watch: 3 pm – 6 pm – This is the eight and final watch of the night and a time for prayer for revival and renewal. Symbolically, Christ died at 3 pm.

Matthew 24:36 NIV
The Day and Hour Unknown
36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

6 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi) – Day 6 of 13 of the 1 Wind/IK trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.

Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.

A GOOD DAY TO: Be of service to others.

Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi: Symbolized by Constellation Galagina, the Stag, known as Taurus, the Bull. To feed, gatherers of food and supplies, they enjoy rituals, ceremonials, feasts, the souls of hospitality, sociability. Freedom versus security issues often inspire leadership and unique solutions.  Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. The calendars of every tradition of Faith are ordered by the lunar cycles. Totem-Deer: A person of Spirit who holds the power of influence to create harmonic resonance.
