2 Jaguar / IX – A Divine Sign of God’s Will

Divine Signs and Wonders

Greetings Beloved Kin,

It may not be pretty YET, but I give another vote to the idea that God’s WORD is written in everything from the micro to the macro, above and below.

This was the corner of my house where I intended beauty as the end. I was imagining pink plumed ornamental grass that would be SURE to grow. It doesn’t matter whether my intention was to create beauty for the whole, or if it was to have the “best yard” in the neighborhood. Without knowing it, at least the end was aligned with  God’s intention from the beginning for beauty everywhere.

I haven’t checked it out for a few days, so was surprised to see what’s in the works now. I couldn’t kill this woody-invader no matter how hard I tried. Left alone, it’s being carried to its highest end. It’s hard to see, but this is the weed I finally discovered is Crepe Myrtle – one of my favorites seen around homes in the neighborhood – and about the only flowers blooming through the summer’s heatwave. So far, NOTHING I planted along the front of the house can be seen from the street – EXCEPT a pink Day Lily that was also a happy accident.

So, BEFORE this season is through – there WILL BE pink that shows up on this corner. And it will be seen from the street. The truth will also be revealed that the only outdoor beauty this gardner could create in my first try, was what God created in spite of me.

God is always ONE WAY – LOVE. Humans are two ways. And, in spite of our ignorance, SOMETHING good we don’t see in our self, will shine through at the end.

Even Google is good for some divine things:

What is myrtle in the Bible?
The references in Isaiah (Isaiah 41:19 and 55:13) refer to the divine establishment of the people in the land in subjection to Jehovah. As an evergreen, fragrant shrub associated with watercourses, the myrtle is a fitting symbol of the recovery and establishment of God’s promises.

Here’s what the Crepe Myrtle WILL look like one day, if I wait long enough and leave it in God’s hands. And the cool thing is, it became what I wished I’d planted, after seeing it around. It took Michele at the rabbitpatch to tell me what it is.

Proof again that God’s Will is more powerful than Human’s will, in ALL things.

love, in lak’ech

Debra

2 Jaguar/IX (Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI)

Walking a balance while making choices of all kinds, light/dark, male/female, good/bad, Yin/Yang, is the energy of this number. Experiencing the differences between one and another is the use and purpose of this number.

Jaguar/IX: Born with a deep love of the Mother Earth, Jaguar or shaman is directly tied to the source of all Earth magic. They possess great power of intellect and strength or character through integrity. Jaguar energy is feminine in nature and is the ruling spirit of jungles, plains, and mountains. The spirit of Jaguar inhabits the Mayan temples and is called on to assist in spiritual as well as in material ways. Jaguar is also the god/goddess of gratefulness. By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources. Who are you? What do you want?

That’s the truth we want to know from the beginning, but we’re afraid to ask. We’d save a lot of time if we did.
