A Reflection of the Truth, As Above, So Below
THE TRECENA OF STAR/LAMAT: LIGHT MULTIPLIED TO ABUNDANCE
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
7 Jaguar/IX (Cherokee, Panther/Saho’ni), Destiny Kin 254, Position 14
November 28, 2023 (11/28/2023)
Greetings Beloved Kin,
Jaguar/IX (eesh) is a symbol of the Divine Feminine, the Queen of the Jungle, and the Guardian of Life on Mother Earth. IX is the Day Sign of Spirit. The Jaguar moves in stealth under the cloak of invisibility. The Jaguar is an Unseen Presence of Spirit that guards the temples and sacred sites around the world. Divine Powers are multiplied at the altars where Humans bring an Offering.
When the Jaguar/IX appears we’re guided on a journey to the East. The Sunrise is the altar where we turn to receive the Light and Power of Divine Inspiration, a Sacred Exchange of the Creator’s Love.
Peak Tone 7 holds the Intention of Reflection. At the top of the pyramid we see “all that is” and “all that is not.” Number 7 is the symbol of Human’s power to create our own reality. “As Above, So Below” is the “great law” of creation. It means that whatever we create in one realm of Consciousness will be manifested in all others.
All we See is not an accurate Reflection of “all that is.” The Mystery is found beneath the surface, and in reflection the Jaguar sees on the Water. Taking in the Whole View, we exist as One with the Heart of Sky, beyond the stars.
The Beauty of the Creator’s Love is always right in front of our face. Jaguar/IX holds the heightened senses to feel the existence of Life all around. The Jaguar listens to the Heartbeat of Mother Earth. You can hear it at every Sunrise when the world comes to Life. Mother Earth is Conscious of Life. She knows where we are by the Sound of our Feet and is witness to every Offering that Acknowledges her Beauty and Love.
Romans 1:20 – NLT
For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.
The Beauty of the Creation is Love that speaks for itself. We are her children in Spirit. We long to bring life to our own Creation of Beauty. Our Dreams are the Truth of the Identity of our Spirit. Human’s beauty is hidden in Humility. Our Spirit is invisible until you Look to See. Creation is the Highest Expression of Love as the Beauty we would imagine it could be.
The Jaguar’s way of seeing “all that is” and “all that is not” is through a Choice to be invisible. The Ego is the one the makes an appearance when we’re trying to be Seen. The Truth of our Spirit is a Mystery to everyone, except for the Heart of Sky and the Heart of Earth. We’re the Only One on Earth who may ever see who we are. It takes a lifetime to Know Thyself.
What others are trying to get us to See in them is an illusion, configured for a worldly end. Who we are is the Human, Being – the sum total of who we are is what we want.
Our Divine Spirit is in the world, but not “of the world.” The Earth is our Home, and her way is a perpetual exchange of energy. We owe our lives to the Elements of Fire, Eaarth, Water, and Air and the Spirit of a Divine Creator who ignites them all through the Light and Breath of the Universe.
It’s Time to see the Divinity of our own Creation. Beyond the Ego’s personality of “me” is the Higher One, the Silent Witness that can see us from within and knows every Choice we make. Our own “Higher One” is perfectly grounded in the facts from the beginning to the end. The Higher One speaks over our shoulder, when we need to think more than twice. Our Spirit guides us to see the Big Picture and Truth that changes with Time.
The Beauty that lies on every scale all around us is beyond Human’s imagination, though we can see the Truth on the scale of the Big Picture. There’s a scale from which to Know the Truth of any thing. As beings of Duality, we only have to know one thing, to know at least one thing about everything else that’s either the same or different. Human’s perennial Spirit is a Power to Survive, the knowing everything we need to reach our highest potential.
We’ve been raised to the Higher Consciousness of a Truth that our Ego always leads us in the wrong direction, short cuts. The long road isn’t so bad when you know without a doubt you’ll arrive at a destination of Love. Our Highest Hopes reflect who we are. What we invisibly create will be all the more beautiful when an Unknown Truth speaks for itself, As Above, So Below.

Chac Mool in the inner room at the top of El Castillo, the calendar pyramid at Chichen Itza
Jaguar/IX shares the Element of Air. To enter the Holy of Holies at the top of the pyramid climb, the altar to Chac Mool lies in the first inner room and reminds us to draw the Sacred Breath from the Solar Plexus to the Crown. The Jaguar’s altar lies before the threshold of the Holy of Holies in the 2nd inner room. The way to cross is on our knees, counting our blessings. The Jaguar’s “earth magic” is Gratitude. What we are Grateful for, we claim as the Truth here and now. The Dream of our Life is coming truth with every step. Look down for the Jaguar’s footprints. If you see the invisible path of Spirit, you’ll always know you’re exactly where you’re intended to be. Reflect on all who walk the Invisible Path. They are the True Masters, leaving the Light of the Truth and a Way for us to follow.
This is a day to bring an Offering to Mother Earth and to Give thanks for the Divine Spirits that surround us in every Living Thing. Our Spirt holds the power to travel to any time and place by our own Design. Only a Creator of Divine Consciousness could conceive the Beauty within our Imagination.
Peak Tone 7 is as far as Human can imagine. On the Holy Day of Communion, 8 Eagle/MEN, we’ll see a Truth beyond our Highest Hopes, an end of Beauty planned from the beginning. The top of the pyramid is the place for a Leap of Faith in the Unseen Truth. There’s more to Life on Mother Earth than Human’s flesh and blood. Kneeling in Right Relationship at an altar, we an Ask to Know.
Honor the Sanctuary of your Spirit, a place we share alone with the Master of our Life. Spirit doesn’t shame us. Our Divine “I Am” shares the objective Truth, shares a way and a reason to carry on. Our Unseen Offerings of Love serves the whole in ways that can only be seen in the future.
love, in lak’ech, i am another you
Debra, 9 Eagle/MEN
We don’t truly appreciate the Beauty of Spring until we’ve Known the Winter. I’m grateful a Divine Creator knows the Perfect Time for everything.

4TH SEASON: 1 Wisdom/CIB begins the 4th Season of the Tzolk’in – VOLUME 2: Tzolk’in Seasons 3 and 4 (PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 20, 2020)
NOTE: You can also look at dates from a different direction. What is the Destiny Kin number of your day sign’s 3rd tone? You may have overlooked a life-changing day. Use the Kin Calculator offered on the Daykeeper’s Resource Page for a date six years before or after. If you are just starting to count the days and don’t have a journal from the last round, when something major happens in your life you can look to see if there was a major event on that same date before. You can also look for Signs in the “distance of time” – the number of days between one 13 Eagle/MEN (Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI)Calculator linked on the resources page. Example – 33 days is a symbol of a day that you actualize the Truth from the beginning date.
7 Jaguar/IX (Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI) – Day 7 of 13 of the 1 Star/LAMAT trecena
Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 7: Reflective. Seven stands as a mirror to divide light and dark and to reflect all that is and is not. Seven is associated with the source of creation and the flow of Divine Will. With a keen sense of ethics, Seven establishes purpose to current and future goals.
Jaguar/IX: Born with a deep love of the Mother Earth, Jaguar or shaman is directly tied to the source of all Earth magic. They possess great power of intellect and strength or character through integrity. Jaguar energy is feminine in nature and is the ruling spirit of jungles, plains, and mountains. The spirit of Jaguar inhabits the Mayan temples and is called on to assist in spiritual as well as in material ways. Jaguar is also the god/goddess of gratefulness. Patience born of strength and skill can turn to pounce of quick decision and action. Both bold and stealthful, Jaguars do not often attack directly and communications from them usually contain some mystery. In the absence of integrity, Jaguars power corrupts becoming a search for wealth and fame.
A GOOD DAY TO : Commune and give thanks to Mother Nature.
Cherokee, Panther/SAHO’NI: Panther is symbolized by comets, meteors, shooting stars, fireballs, and magicians. Meteors appearing around the middle of November are Heralds of the Coming of the Light, the Cherokee New Year. Panther is the Shadow of the Sphinx, Herald of the Dawn, guardian of the night when the sun is traveling through the underworld. Panthers have unlimited imaginations, visualizations, and are spellbinding speakers. The Totem Jaguar is the guardian of the portals to other dimensions; shamanic abilities will open; multi-dimensional magic; healer, leader, way shower energy when used for spiritual growth. Abuse would be for using this power for control or negative purposes; must find a powerful balance.
