Releasing What Doesn’t Serve Peace and Well-being

Sage is a fundamental way to clear the residue of negative thoughts and energies. The smoke of Sage kills bacteria.

During the time of the black plague, “thieves oil” was found to be a defense. The name was given to a combination of essential oils known to apothecaries. It was the defense used by thieves who robbed from the dead without dying from the exposure.

The ingredients of the essential blend includes Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary. YouTube offered instructions for creating a candle to kill bacteria in the home. I found it cheaper to steep the ingredients on the stove. Adding lavender can help restore peace of mind.

We are carrying the extra weight of a build-up of negative energy that leads to a release on the Global Burner day, 4 Eagle/MEN. It’s always a good time to clean house. We can prepare in advance for the blessing on the way. I’m using the resources at hand rather than buying oils to make candles. The only extra ingredient to add to the simmering pot is salt to help extract the oil from the slices of lemon.

You can make long-burning candles from shortening, as well as wax candles. Thieves oil is a protection to clear the house of germs from colds or the flu. The “thieves” created sachets to cover their faces.

In these times it’s equally important to wash and bless our food for the benefit of our body. Our body is the “home” of our Spirit that knows when it receives an offering of Love.

Most of the spices in our kitchen were staples of medicinal herbs that found a permanent place in the homes of our ancestors.

Galactic Tone 2: Mysterious as the question ‘to be or not to be?” Two is the recognition of the separation of self from all else and the desire to be rejoined. Walking a balance while making choices of all kinds, light/dark, male/female, good/bad, Yin/Yang, is the energy of this number. Experiencing the differences between one and another is the use and purpose of this number.

Reed/BEN: Reed persons are the spiritual essence, protectors and guiding light for family and home. They are competent speakers who will take up a cause. Very tough and analytical, Reeds endeavor to bring peace, harmony and order to all of their relations. Reeds are blessed with great skill at negotiations and consoling which are very often put to the test. Although Reeds need a lot of appreciation, they may have marriage or business problems because of inflexible vies and high expectations, which erode affinity. The lesson for Reed is to be like a garden hose, not a steel pipe.
