The Truth that Sets us Free
The “crown of thorns” is a symbol of the sacrifice and the suffering that Jesus endured for humanity’s salvation. Our hearts are woven together as One, when we share the suffering of the Truth.
The suffering of our own sins is the sacrifice that transforms our Heart and Mind. The last Truth we want to see is “our own fault.” It is easier “to go along” with the idea that someone else is to blame. When we face the Truth, we real-ize it is the open door to our Salvation through Forgiveness. No matter what the Truth may be, when we face the facts the Sacred Exchange will be the Truth that God still loves us the same as he loved us in the beginning. Through the confession of our Sins, they no longer exist in the Mind of God, forgotten as far as the East is from the West. All God sees is the Light of the Holy Spirit that is transforming us into the image of the Christ Spirit who bore the suffering of Humiliation on display for everyone to see.
Symbolism of the Crown:
- Suffering and Humiliation: The crown of thorns, made of thorns, symbolizes the pain and suffering Jesus endured for the sins of humanity.
- Redemption and Sacrifice: It serves as a reminder of Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice and the path to redemption through his suffering.
- Love and Compassion: The image of Jesus bearing the crown of thorns evokes a sense of deep love and compassion for humanity.

Flint/ETZNAB is a symbol of the Truth as it is seen from Above. The Sacred Flint Knife pierces the Heart with the Truth that is hidden or covered up.
We deny our sins to cover up the Truth that we are unworthy by God’s standards of Divinity. The Truth of our unworthiness is the point of Salvation, and the measure of God’s Grace. The Truth of the Highest Order sets us free to real-ize the Beauty seen through God’s eyes when we are humbled by the Truth.
DAVID’S CALL
Psalm 51:17
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
God doesn’t despise us for the Truth we reveal. The darkness of our sin will never be reflected back to us in God’s eyes. The Compassionate Love of Christ only sees Faith through our Humility when we lay our burdens at the cross.
TRADITIONAL PRAYERS FOR LENT
Prayer for Forgiveness
“Heavenly Father, I’m truly sorry for the harm I have caused and for the blame I cast on another. Thank you for making me accountable to the Truth. I’m sorry for the moments every day where I missed the mark. I ask for your forgiveness and the strength to better follow Your call tomorrow. I’m grateful for the Love that always shines in your eyes. Amen.”
Prayers for Daily Reflection
- Morning Prayer during Lent: “Heavenly Father, As I rise this day, I offer You my heart, my thoughts, and my steps. Help me walk this Lenten journey with a spirit of humility and devotion.”
- Night Prayer for Lent: “May your holy angels dwell with me and guard me in peace, and may your blessing be always upon me, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. In peace I will lie down and sleep; for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”
- Prayer for God’s Presence: “God, may Your light guide my day, and your spirit bring me peace. Amen.”
May every prayer be offered with gratitude and appreciation, as we pause (Selah) before the “amen” to real-ize the magnitude of the blessing.

Galactic Tone 10: Manifestation. What were once intentions or ideas, hopes or fears become physically present with the energy of Ten. What is focused upon with attention and intention becomes real with Ten. Ten is a powerful energy that carries a great responsibility.
Flint/ETZNAB: Mirror of reality. As a struck flint, these persons are the divine sparks of intelligence. Flint’s innate abilities are utilized to discriminate emotions from fact. Flint persons stand tireless to protect, defend, or cure others by personal sacrifice. By courageously wielding the sword of truth, falsehoods are cut away. Flints, it was said, can receive information on inter-personal troubles or evil plots of others by reflecting in an obsidian mirror. Their valiant service as warriors of the truth must be impeccable or they will experience sufferings of accidents, misunderstandings and gossip.
A GOOD DAY TO: Spend time in reflection and introspection.
Cherokee, Flint/DAWI’SGALA: Flint’s symbol is Chawa’ or Castor of the Castor and Pollux Twins in Gemini. Castor appears in the evening personifying darkness. Pollux then appears in the east at dawn to end the night. Totem is a Flint Knife. Flint spirit shone a light like the sun and gave the people the Sacred Venus Calendar, fixed the days and promised to watch over the earthlings. A flint person endeavors to keep that covenant. Opener of the Way, a creator, innovator, stretches the mind to outside limits of capabilities. Changes the static to the dynamic. Brings about change, often through separation and destruction. Beams the Stellar Ray of Truth to Earth as a crystal sword cast down along the path of a lightning flash. The transformer brings things to a head and wipes the slate clean.
