Change in Progress: A Path to the Light (2 Deer/MANIK)

Truth is a Gift of Sacred Exchange

Greetings Beloved Kin,

2 Deer / MANIK

The Discernment of the Truth is a Divine Offering fulfilled by the Holy Spirit. Deer/MANIK represents a Hand dedicated to a Communion of Spirit for the Highest Purpose. To learn the Truth as the Wisdom of our own experience requires a Daily offering of blood, sweat and tears. The Truth is revealed to those who are willing to be humbled by the Truth of our Human limitations.

Every Revelation of Higher Truth is a Divine Offering that opens our eyes to see and our ears to hear the Truth that brings the Word to Life as a blessing of Living Water. We are tested in a trial by fire to insure we are worthy to hold the Truth as a Sacred Offering.

The Deer is a symbol of Stability with a leg to plant in each of the 4 directions. The Deer stands in silence knowing the Truth shall be revealed in God’s Time for a Holy Purpose.

When we share the Light beyond the veil, the author of lies will use it for an evil purpose. The Truth exposes what the evil one does not intend for us to see. Our ego is tempted by our pride to reveal how we saw through an illusion. Though, we only arm the enemy to do a better job of covering it up.

Knowing the Truth is the foundation of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. The Truth is not ours to share. Only God knows the condition of our Heart. The Sanctuary within is a place where we can share the Truth of our limitations, without fear that it will ever be used against us. We invite evil when we share our strengths and limitations with anyone other than the Lord of our Creation. God exposes the Truth when the evidence already speaks for itself.

MANIK is the Destiny Kin of the Mayan priest, one who is dedicated to a Mission to Love the whole. We are not worthy to judge another. A Hand dedicated to God’s purpose only shares the Light.

Only God can share the Truth that changes us. We had to choose to know and seek to understand the Truth about our self. Truth is the Gift that guides us to Holy Ground. Through Divine insight, we can navigate beyond and around the lies of the evil one who plays on our emotions to destroy our Faith that the Truth Shall Be Revealed. Defending our Truth is a lack of Faith. We all have to learn the hard way to know the Wisdom by our own experience.

We don’t want the Truth to be revealed by another Human Being. To realize the Gifts of the Holy Spirit we have to guard and protect the Truth that was a Gift of Sacred Exchange that was offered, after we revealed our self to God. Silence is an offering to leave the Truth and the Gifts of Knowing in God’s hands.

Only God knows the reason why we hide the Truth. God shares the Truth that is aimed at the heart of the matter to heal the wound by God’s Grace and Unconditional Love. When someone challenges your discernment of the Truth, stand in silence and allow an arrow to the heart pass right through. No one has to understand when God is the Source of the Light we hold within.

Not every question deserves an answer. Silence speaks volumes when we resist the temptation to defend our self. Don’t be surprised by questions that are raised when we’re reborn and bear no resemblance to who we were before. Honor the Time you invested and the trials you faced to receive the Gift of Knowing.

Share the Light of Faith for others to follow. Hold Faith that everyone who chooses to follow will experience a Divine Revelation of the Truth. “God loves you” and “I love you” are the Truths we are intended to share.

But for the Grace of God and the Holy Spirit, there go I.

1 Corinthians 15:10
10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

love, in lak’ech, i am another you

THE EARTH MAGIC OF GRATITUDE: A Sacred Ceremony
21 Days of Gratitude is a Sacred Ceremony. 10 Offering/MULUC (June 25, 2025) is the beginning to the end,  4 Offering/MULUC (July 15, 2025). The Offering is Counting our Blessings every Day, along with our sincere Gratitude and Appreciation. When we are in Good Standing (4 MULUC) Jesus said we can ask for anything that complies with God’s Laws and Order.

TRECENA OF TRANSFORMER/CIMI: Transition from Death to a New Life

The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th to the end of the Tzolk’in round.

CIMI is the 1st trecena of the second season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 1. There’s something more to see when you discern the meaning of Time for yourself. The Truth is revealed by the thoughts on your mind. The Human calendar is written within as Humans course of Migration, thoughts in a Divine Order that lead us back to the place where we belong.

2 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi) – Day 2 of 13 of the 1 Transformer/CIMI trecena.

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and the FREE Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 2: Mysterious as the question ‘to be or not to be?” Two is the recognition of the separation of self from all else and the desire to be rejoined. Walking a balance while making choices of all kinds, light/dark, male/female, good/bad, Yin/Yang, is the energy of this number. Experiencing the differences between one and another is the use and purpose of this number.

Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.

THIS IS A GOOD DAY TO: Be of Service to Others

Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi: Symbolized by Constellation Galagina, the Stag, known as Taurus, the Bull. It does not include the Pleiades and Hyades clusters which in Cherokee are viewed as separate. To feed, gatherers of food and supplies, they enjoy rituals, ceremonials, feasts, the souls of hospitality, sociability. Freedom versus security issues often inspire leadership and unique solutions.  Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. Totem-Deer:  A priest or shaman, a powerful person in general, to overwhelm an individual with one’s personal power, divination; inclined to become a teacher, healer, guru, civic leader, or politician.  Ability to create harmonic resonance.

[Text in italics was the primary source of inspiration for my journal. These are the sources that started my journey and they are the reference for interpretation each day. By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources. 1. Hi Debra,  “Jesus said we can ask for anything that complies with God’s Laws and Order“.

I’m more and more of the view that Jesus’ often spoke indirectly about the Natural Order which incorporates mysticism and direct nature experiences as one might have on Deer days. As we progress into the New Earth phase in decades to come we will return to mystic experiences of God in and as nature. Our relationship with both will merge as one.

Thank you for highlighting that Gratitude on a daily basis is all important and that the Tzolkin brings that into our awareness again acutely. Being thankful for all we have and receive on a daily basis reconnects us to the sacred in everything and within ourselves. We are worthy as beings in our Gratitude to the Divine Source who brought is into being here on Earth.

PS: Thanks for the very tranquil soundtrack, I’m enjoying it.

    • Thank you Jean-Jacques. The real beauty of life is all around us expressed through every living thing that responds to Light and Love. If only we could only realize we are living in paradise… and that our Spirit lives on. Have a blessed day. Debra
