Memorial Service for Human Love: May 18, 2019

Greetings Kin,

Lehua flower

The Seed/KAN trecena a Spiritual Climb to a Higher Consciousness of our Divine Identity. At the New Moon, the pain of Human Love was our Offering, with the prayer that it be transformed by Divine Love. I saw our Human love burned in the Fire that changes things, and stabilized the contents that would be held for a Divine Time and Place.

I’ve been dreaming of the Full Moon, May 18, 2019, and how it might look to see Human love change drawn into the Bigger Love of the Whole in the waters of Puget Sound. I imagined it would be right and good to bring some flowers as a memorial as well as a Gift to Mother Earth.

I was choosing colors and thought of our Sister Elena on the Big Island in Hawaii and has witnessed the Fire of Mother Earth, in the place where the Goddess of Fire is known. The Big Island’s color is red, and the flower is the Lehua flower. I asked Elena if she there were any of these flowers nearby and if she was near moving water. These flowers are around her and she is present at the ocean shore every day. Elena has agreed to prepare for the Offering on the Full Moon, May 18, 2019. (As it turns out, it’s known as the “Flower Moon.”)

MEMORIAL SERVICE INVITATION:
I would like to extend the invitation to anyone who would like to share in Sacred Ceremony as a Memorial for Human Love. We could Honor all the ways our Human love has served us so well, even when its broken. We could See and Acknowledge all the wounds it’s born. The Human love we’re willing to let go for something more Divine will always be Sacred. As a manifestation of the Creator, it will always hold its Divine Meaning and Purpose.

4 Deer / MANIK – Journey of Realization: Day 4 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

4 Deer / MANIK

Greetings Kin,

Tone 4 holds an Intention of Stability. The energy of 4 relates to the cube, the most stable of forms. The cube defines dimension by its boundaries and parameters. Tone 4 intends to establish an orientation and the directions of thought that will serve as a foundation for our journey of creation.

Deer/MANIK holds the Meaning and Purpose of the Mayan priest who carries on a Mission of Love on behalf of the Whole. MANIK dedicates itself to a Service of Remembering. Deer/MANIK holds all the Spiritual Tools and carries out a living demonstration of using them. The Mayan priest accepts the responsibility to be watchful of the Time and to carry out the Sacred Ceremonies as they are marked on the calendar.

The Deer/MANIK holds the Gift of Harmonic Resonance. A Divine Movement naturally draws others to follow. MANIK offers a Living Symbol and Demonstration of Love that both Spirit and Human eyes will see. Human is naturally drawn by Love when their Spirit sees the Divine Symbols. Human is more likely to follow what others do, than what they say.

Deer/MANIK holds the Divine Truth that we don’t have to push Love for it to be born into the world. Everyone is already watching and waiting for the Signs of a Possibility. Divine Love holds its own Power of Attraction. Human knows Divine Love when they see it for themselves. Deer/MANIK offers a demonstration of they Way that Symbolizes Divine Love.

10 Deer / MANIK – A Gift of Truth: Day 10 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

10 Deer / MANIK

Greetings Kin,

Tone 10 holds the Intention of Manifestation. On Tone 10 we manifest the Truth of Higher Consciousness. Manifestation is a Blessing that holds a responsibility. Manifestation requires us to See and Acknowledge that the Creation is Real.

The Manifestation of our Dreams always presents a challenge. Every creation begins as a Dream in our Imagination. We must claim the Dream that exists “in waiting” for it to be delivered into a material world. We have to Believe it Before we can See it.

Deer/MANIK is the Day Sign of Spiritual Tools. MANIK embodies the Vigilant Observation of the Deer. MANIK upholds the Pillars of Faith with one foot firmly planted in each of the 4 directions.

The Deer uses its Vigilant Observation to Call on Love in the Moment. Deer stands on its own Truth of Love, Believing it will find whatever it looks for. The Deer doesn’t have to explain how it knows, others See the Truth as Deer goes through the motions of Love.

Deer/MANIK is the bringer of Spiritual Tools. As the Destiny of the Mayan priest, MANIK carries out the rituals and sacred ceremonies on behalf of the Whole. The Deer follows its own Truth with Vigilant Observation in all the 4 directions. When we see One light the candle of a prayer, we want to light one too. Believing their prayers can be answered, we believe in our own.

The MANIK glyph illustrates the Hand grasping the thread of Light to complete a circuit of Divine Power. MANIK shares a thread of Hope. Human’s LAST Hope is ALWAYS Answered Prayer.

3 Deer / MANIK – A Quickening of Spirit: Day 3 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

3 Deer / MANIK

Greetings Kin,

On Tone 3 we are moved to take action on an Intention of Spirit. When we communicate an idea, or engage a movement toward it, we create a Vibration of Spirit. The frequency of the Vibration will be created by the Meaning and Purpose. Tone 3 establishes Agreement of a point A and point B, and connects the Power of the 2. Greater than the sum of the parts, Human and Spirit in the Harmony and Equity of Right Relationship, engage a Divine Trinity.

Deer/MANIK is an Instrument of Divinity, called the bringer of all Spiritual Tools. MANIK is the Day Sign of the Mayan priest. Like the Deer, the priest fulfills the Meaning and Purpose of observing the calendar and carrying out the Sacred Rituals and Ceremonies on behalf of the Whole. Deer is a Pure Vibration of Love.

The Deer’s greatest strength lies in its Vigilant Observation. MANIK is related to the stability of 4 with 4 legs, 1 planted in each of the 4 directions to uphold the pillars of the realm of Spirit. The glyph illustrates Deer’s connection to Divine Power is a Hand that grasps a thread of the Ether of the Divine. The means to grasp it is the circle on the Hand, the Vigilant Eye of the Deer.

The Deer knows its direction by Remembering the Pillars of its Truth in Spirit. Through its attention to Spirit, the Hand completes a circuit of Divine Power. Deer holds the Power of Harmonic Resonance, a Pure Vibration of Love and Humility. Carrying out a Divine Communion on behalf of the Whole, others are inclined to follow. The priest Remembers on behalf of the Whole.

A Deer can stand it’s ground without the need to defend or convince anyone else to agree. MANIK symbolizes the Hand of God in the world, as a Living Demonstration of a Divine Relationship. Our Spirits are attracted by the Witness of Divine Love. When one person lights a candle for Love, more are likely to follow.

9 Deer / MANIK – Revival of Spirit: Day 9 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

9 Deer / MANIK

Greetings Kin,

Peak Tone 9 completes a new Transformation. Tone 9 holds the Intention of Patience to see the bigger picture. Tone 9 comes with a warning that there could be suffering to bear if we fail to look deeper into the Truth we Know. Tone 9 is all about completion.

Deer/MANIK is the Day Sign of the Mayan priest who brings the Gift of Spiritual Tools. MANIK is a symbol of stability with 4 legs to uphold the pillars of the Spiritual realm – one planted in each of the 4 directions. MANIK maintains the stability by carrying out the prayers, rituals and ceremonies on behalf of the Whole.

The Tzolk’in is the priest’s Spiritual Tool to maintain the stability of Time and Place. Living in synchronicity with Human’s schedule of transformation, every moment will hold an opportunity for our Happiness.

9 Deer/MANIK completes the Transformation for a Major Life Change by marking the Time and Place for Humans to be Happy is always Now. The Creator intended that there would always be a Divine way.  The Creator knew that Human would carry the burden of material limitations. MANIK holds the Faith to Stand on the Provision of Love, and a Truth that for every Human limitation, we would receive the Spiritual Tool we need to overcome it. Today we can see the future that we can create when we hold fast to our Faith and carry on, following the Human path we were given.

2 Deer / MANIK – Birth of a Savior: Day 2 of 13

TRECENA OF TRANSFORMER/CIMI – HAAB: The Wayeb

2 Deer / MANIK

Greetings Kin,

The Reed/BEN trecena offered us a Dream of what Family was meant to be. We saw how all the links, when connected together would be a circle of Equality. The Creator shared a dream of Light in our sleep. CIMI woke us up in the middle of Labor. In the Unknown passage of the darkness in the daylight, we face the reality and walk the walk.

Tone 2 represents Duality. We were 1 with the Creator, and now we are 2. It’s like seeing the difference of Night and Day. What was seen in Unity was perfect. Now Human is separated into its own realm to see the differences in a family below, between the One that was family Above. Tone 2 presents us with a Choice of the Dream to reconcile the 2 back into 1.

Deer/MANIK guides the Choice. Deer/MANIK was the Intention for planetary change that would establish the Momentum to bring a family together. We were shown how important the role is of the Mayan priest. Like Don Alejandro, there is always a Peace in Knowing there’s an Elder in charge… someone who knows all the prayers that are needed, someone we can count on to know a Wise Direction, and someone who tells us that we are a family, as close as fingers on One Hand.

THE WAYEB: Day 1
Sometimes Human doesn’t know what it has til its gone. For the next 5 days our Guiding Year Bearers are away from Home, as one has fulfilled it’s Mission, and the next moves into position. We’re in charge of the family. We have to learn to be the Elders. It will be our Mission to Carry on in a Good and Worthy and WISE direction, as the Honored Elders have taught us to do. This Tzolk’in round, the Wayeb falls during our “walk-the-walk” of Family and Home. Deer/MANIK was the one that taught us what to do. We’ll be making a climb of Spiritual Growth through the Wayeb. The destination is 7 Road/EB, the Balancing Time and Place. Drawing a family together is within our grasp at the top, through a New Leap of Faith. The Wayeb is also the time to turn thoughts to Home and to offer Provision for each other.

8 Deer / MANIK – A Revelation of Light: Day 8 of 13

THE TRECENA OF SUN/AHAU

8 Deer / MANIK

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

Greetings Kin,

Peak Tone 8 begins the Transformation phase of the trecena. Our Growth phase was compared to a climb, and Transformation compared to a descent. We powered the way up. An Unseen Power will draw us forward the rest of the way. Tone 8 holds the Intention of Divine Justice. Our “descent” illustrates the Unseen Power of Divine Intervention.

When we move into Tone 8 we’re engaged into higher gear. The Human effort of Will receives its Sacred Exchange. The steps we take will carry us farther through the collaboration of a Divine Agency. (The Peak Tones of every trecena are the Times we are operating at Peak Performance. Mayan teachers leaned toward Tones 8 and 9 for scheduling events. The Peak Tones 6, 7, 8, and 9 are days human can seize for important actions and communications.)

Each of the Tones reflect hours of Sunlight from 5am to 5pm. Human was born to Create in the Light. Through the human circadian cycle, our bodies are designed to perform in synchronicity with the Light. The hours of Light from Sunrise to Sunset reflect 12 hours, 12 Tones, Vibrations of Creation. The 13th Tone of Ascension represents the completion of 7 days and 6 nights. On the 13th Tone of Ascension, “the 7th day” we are connected to see what we’ve created together. The 7th day we rest and celebrate, “This is good.”

Every Ascension is built on the Higher Ground of the last trecena. Deer/MANIK was the Day Sign that guided our last journey. MANIK returns on Tone 8 to complete its Meaning and Purpose. We’re reminded on the Holy Day that the Truth we see will never be Unseen. We never lose the Higher Ground we’ve reached by Intention. We will never go back to seeing things as they were before, once we are Conscious of the Truth. Each new Truth is a permanent Light to our path.

The Maya see Tone 7 of Reflection as the threshold of Spirit, their closest place to the sky. Though the energy is one of a descent, the Maya reflect on a mirror image of the stairs that continue upward into the realm of Spirit.  Tone 8’s “gravity” of an Unseen Divine Power is actually drawing us to a Higher Place.

HOLY DAY OF THE TZOLK’IN
Most of the Mayan celebrations, ceremonies and festivals are carried out on Tone 8. On Tone 8 the Intentions Above and Below are in Balance with each other. The zenith hour is the zero point between darkness and light. Deer/MANIK is the Day Sign of the Mayan priest, given the Mission to serve as the Hand of God on Mother Earth. MANIK reflects the Meaning and Purpose given to Human. Deer’s Mission is our Reason to Be. The Maya observe 8 Deer/MANIK as a Day to Honor the Meaning and Purpose of our Divine Destiny. Today is the Initiation Day for those who have dedicated themselves into service. 8 Deer/MANIK carries out the Initiation of the Mayan priest.
