A Resurrection: Gaining Holy Ground (9 Deer/MANIK)

We’re Getting Somewhere

Greetings Beloved Kin,

When you don’t know where you’re going, it can be hard to see if you’re getting somewhere. It’s Time to stop and look to see the Big Picture.

In the 2nd Season of a New Life, we are gaining ground from all the work we’ve invested into a new way of living. We’re getting familiar with a new and uncharted territory. When we see the Truth it means we’re being Empowered to Change. The 5th uinal holds the Intention of Empowerment and Change.

We are empowered by a new rhythm and pattern of movement. We’re accelerating. Deer/MANIK represents the Mission to change and to become the personification of the One who’s Love never changes. MANIK is the Destiny Kin of the Mayan priest, dedicated to a Daily Practice of Communion with the Lord of Unconditional Love. It takes Time to see the Effect.

9 Deer/MANIK

Tone 9 holds the Intention of Patience to see the Big Picture. It’s said that there is suffering to bear when we fail to take this step. 9 is the symbol of a Divine Trinity times 3. We never stop growing, but sometimes we need a break to see where we’ve been, and where we’re going.

“The work” gets easier with practice. God didn’t intend for Faith to be hard.

The Deer is a symbol of Vigilant watchfulness. The Deer takes in the Truth of the whole landscape standing perfectly still. In the Silence the Truth will speak for itself. We don’t have to prove our self to God. He knew everything we would be from the beginning.

Our biggest challenge is to not be moved by the thoughts of the world. When we don’t spend all our time wondering what the world thinks, it can feel like we don’t care. It’s another Hungry Ghost. We DO care and that’s the reason we are learning to separate our self from the negative thoughts that have convinced everyone that they are not enough.

The Deer is empowered to push away negative energies. It sees or hears trouble coming from far away, and simply leaps to higher ground.

Have Faith in your prayers. We are preparing to see the Truth in the 6th unial, when we feel the effects of a Force of Momentum. Major Transformation begins when we feel the Wind at our back. We’ll see that small steps engaged every Day, are accelerating change.

Finding our new Familiar means we will begin to see what always comes after we Invest our Faith in God’s Time. Faith is not a leap anymore. We’re beginning to realize the Truth that God’s Word is the Truth and we have all the proof we need to let go, and let it be.

When I was carrying my first child I looked at the charts that illustrated the changes by month – every day. It’s harder to see the Truth of incremental changes. That’s one reason God’s Face shines upon us when we are simply carrying on in Faith. God knows the condition of our Heart and how we Long to see BIG things happening in our life.

We’re prepared for Bigger things, when we learn not to leap right in without the Time we need to see it clearly. We won’t have to learn the “hard way” anymore. One of the cache phrases spoken by Jesus in “The Chosen” is, “Get used to different.”

We’re different. We have changed enough that we don’t have anything to prove to our self anymore. When we engage the Lord in a personal conversation every day – sharing our Confession of the Truth, we’ll learn that all the “busy work” we create can be turned to a Divine Purpose. God will change our experience when forgiveness becomes “everyday.”

We have our ups and downs so we don’t have to be a workaholic anymore, trying to prove all we’re capable to do. We don’t have to be smart or funny. You know Unconditional Love, when you’re happy, and you don’t have to say a thing. Love speaks volumes for itself.

Earth is standing up and in Aphelion. From the farthest distance from the Sun, we are positioned to see the Big Picture.

LORD, Thank you for being the One who always completes what you started. Your Love is Peace beyond Understanding. I have everything I need for this Day. Thank you for my life.

AMEN. SO SHALL IT ALWAYS BE.

I love you, in lak’ech, “i am another you”

Debra, 9 Eagle/MEN

PS – Hungry Ghosts, thank you for reminding me. I see you, so the gig is up. Tell your friends you received a blessing when you came to my door, and that God blessed me times 10.

TRECENA THE  OF STORM/CAUAC – A RENEWAL AND REGENERATION OF SPIRIT

The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.

It only takes 13 days to see how Faith is always raised to Knowing the Truth of Answered Prayers. You only have to track your thoughts. Record the matters on your mind in a journal to see how your perspective is changed by a Divine Order of Thoughts.

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th to the end of the Tzolk’in round.

Storm/CAUAC is the 1st trecena of the second season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 1. There’s something more to see when you discern the meaning of Time for yourself. The meaning of time is revealed by the thoughts on your mind.

NOTE: If at any time you get lost in the chaos and forget what you’re doing, Tone 1 reflects the 1st Light of Divine Inspiration as the “legend” of this chapter of Time.

9 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi)  – Day 9 of 13 of the 1 Storm/CAUAC Trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and FREE Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com

Use the Tzolk’in calculator to find the meaning of a Day that marked a major change in your life. Or, the date of an historical event. The Mayan calendar is ordered in synchronicity with the meaning of Time. (Humans named the Days by their own experience of Time. Everybody agreed on the Harvest Moon.)

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.

Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.

A GOOD DAY TO: Be of Service to Others

Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi: Symbolized by Constellation Galagina, the Stag, known as Taurus, the Bull. It does not include the Pleiades and Hyades clusters which in Cherokee are viewed as separate. To feed, gatherers of food and supplies, they enjoy rituals, ceremonials, feasts, the souls of hospitality, sociability. Freedom versus security issues often inspire leadership and unique solutions.  Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. Totem-Deer:  A priest or shaman, a powerful person in general, to overwhelm an individual with one’s personal power, divination; inclined to become a teacher, healer, guru, civic leader, or politician.  Ability to create harmonic resonance.

[Text in italics was the primary source of inspiration for my journal. These are the sources that started my journey and they are the reference for interpretation each day. By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
