A Favorite Kansas Recipe in August

When the Corn is in the Field…

Corn is one “farm to table” entree that demands to be eaten at its prime. There is no better Time or Place to eat corn than in August in Kansas (and Nebraska).

It’s a two-ingredient recipe: Corn cobs boiled in salty water and butter… all the better with Irish butter. I was going to go for Colcannon, but corn doesn’t save well in the refrigerator. It’s wise to eat it ASAP. I wish you were here so I could share the taste of sweet corn straight out of the field.

I guess it was meant to be my lunch today on 9 Seed/KAN.

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine, plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.

Seed/KAN: Family, sexual activity and the magic of germination are the characteristics of this sun sign. Natural net workers, Seed people strive to free themselves and others from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Abundance is gathered by Seeds as if with a cast net. Seed persons are public defenders who work toward uniting community by discovering hidden traps and secret influences of others. To generate true abundance, Seed must learn to appreciate all gifts and lessons received and conduct profound investigations into its self. In the absence of gratefulness and the courage to face oneself, Seed finds itself in less than less fertile environments.

A GOOD DAY TO: Plant, make new contacts, reconnect with others.

Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA O’STO: Dragon’s symbol is Draco winding between the Little Dipper and Big Dipper. Dragon is the Corn Spirit, symbol of dual personality of Corn Mother and Maiden. Fertility and pro-creation from generation to generation. The word dragon means ” eye, to look at, to see clearly”.  Spirit brings energy of Lawgiver, Justice, vigilance and protective, loyal unto death. Ley lines in China are “dragon lines”, energy is sometimes called “orgone energy”, pyramid power or magnetic force. Pyramids and kivas are collector portals for this energy, known as vortexes. Dragon energy beats a path everywhere, stirring things up with a big stick in tune with the beat of the drum, heartbeat of the Earth.

A Divine Intention to “Know Thyself”

Exodus 3:14 KJV
14 And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.

The Word of 3:14 comes full-circle as the symbol of Pi. The Savior comes unto us in the Hebrew month of Elul as the “King is in the Field”. The New Testament raises the number by 2, and magnifies the Power of 2 who uphold the Truth as 1.

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The Seeds of the Sacred Lotus can survive underground for hundreds, if not thousands of years. The lotus flower survived the last Ice Age. Even when the plant’s roots have all been destroyed, the seeds can remain viable.  If conditions aren’t favorable, the Seed will simply wait, remaining dormant until the Time is right to sprout anew.

AIA 171 Å: The Golden Atmosphere (Corona)

AIA (Atmospheric Imaging Assembly) is the camera on board the SDO satellite.
171Å (171 Angstroms) defines a microscopic measure of a wavelength of light.

The 171 filter captures Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) from super-heated plasma at 1 million degrees kelvin. It shows massive, glowing magnetic loops walking across the Sun like giant slinkies. Loops can be seen twisting, breaking, or glowing brightly when there’s a solar flare.

The SDO 171 Image is the Sun’s outer atmosphere (the Corona). The Corona (crown) is the flame, a thousands of times hotter, sitting above the Sun like a crown.

A Holy Celebration of that Day

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

The Tzolk’in, the Maya’s Human Calendar, celebrates this Day, 9 Monkey/CHUEN as the Holy Day of the Initiation of the Mayan Priestess. She doesn’t climb alone, but as the all-in-one of God’s people since the beginning of Time. 144,000 is a symbolic number created as 12 Tribes and 12 Apostles in the 4th place of 1,000 (12 x 12 x 1,000 = 144,000).

The longest Mayan count is the baktun (back toon), a cycle 144,000 Days long. The sum of the whole long-count is 13 baktuns… approximately 5,125.37 solar years. The Mayan Long Count calendar is a base-20 (vigesimal) system based on specific day counts rather than matching the exact length of a solar year.

Even if we tracked every Day since the beginning, we could never know the Time counting Earth’s vague-time Solar Year of 325 Days. But the Signs are clear to see that all the numbers have to be symbols if there is no way to count them.

When the Lord reveals the Light of Divine Inspiration, we clearly see the Truth was ever before us, and now we See it Clearly. Today we Celebrate an Honor the Time we cannot know when the Highest Place calls us to enter in. The Initiation of Divine Wisdom is knowing we are counted among the Chosen Ones from the Beginning of Time to the End.

We are Initiated by the Truth. From this Day Forward we are the Church of the New Jerusalem.

One Truth and Answer to Every Prayer

The 7th month of Completion is devoted to Remembering God the Son who reconciled us by Faith in God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Every Human’s climb of Faith is focus on what we see as the prayer that needs to be answered in our life. We fail to see the Big Picture.

Earth is position in Aphelion, its farthest distance from the Sun. It doesn’t change the sunlight we receive every Day, though we do see a wider view of the universe around the Sun. Changes on a nan-scale can have exponential effects for all we know. The photons of the Sun’s Light are small enough and forceful enough to pass right through solid matter.

The Energy that creates Light in Intention. Spirit Moves by Intention.

Earth’s Farthest Distance from the Sun

Earth reached Aphelion today, July 6, 2026, at 17:30 UTC (12:30 PM CDT). The Days of Earth’s Perihelion and Aphelion positions are significant astronomical measures, though they are rarely acknowledged in the news.

  • Aphelion is the point of the Earth’s orbit that is farthest away from the Sun. It always happens in early July, about 2 weeks after the June solstice,
  • Perihelion is the point of the Earth’s orbit that is nearest to the Sun. This always happens in early January, about 2 weeks after the December Solstice.

The words come from ancient Greek, in which helios means “Sun,” apo means “far,” and peri means “close.”

At Aphelion, Earth was roughly 94.5 million miles (152.1 million kilometers) away from the Sun, about 3.1 million miles farther than at its closest point (perihelion). Despite being at its farthest point from the Sun, the entire planet actually receives about 7% less intense sunlight, though the distance does not dictate the seasons. Summer in the Northern Hemisphere is caused by the planet’s 23.5-degree axial tilt, which points the northern half of the globe towards the Sun for longer, warmer days.  (Old Farmer’s Almanac)

The Vital Force of Life

Solar storms raise the voltage on Earth’s electrical grid. The Elders said, “Sometimes the only cure for a shock is a greater shock.” Most earthquakes are followed by an after-shock. Only the Father Knows the Highest Good of the whole. Correction is an expression of the Creator’s Love. We all have our own “extenuating circumstances”. The Lord measures every one. His Word promises Love without conditions.

The Road to our Destiny is the Time we’re given to witness the Truth with our own eyes. We realize the Truth when God reveals the Mystery. Every story of life has a beginning and Only God knows the end.
