Home Base: Jackie and Shadow’s Nest

Sandy and Luna, 07/03/2026 – Jackie and Shadow’s nest with a view of the rising Sun and the Big Bear Valley Solar Observatory

Facing the Morning Sun

The Eagles favorite view looks toward the East where the Sun rises. Sandy and Luna may have fledged 2 weeks earlier than sisters Sunny and Gizmo in the last brood. Sandy was accidentally knocked off her perch by little brother Luna. Then Luna had to spend the night alone and fledged the next day.

The timing may have been turned to the highest good. They both made their way back home where they can use the safety of the nest as their base of operations. Eating fish on a branch is a little tricky. They only have to call on Jackie for home delivery.

They have the best accommodations (with room service). They know they can fly and make their way back, so they are free to come and go.

Sandy and Luna are prepared to begin a new life with the freedom of choice. The video update from yesterday offers a good view of how BIG they are. They may be closer now than they were before, and they navigate the limbs above the nest together.

Fireworks are more restricted in big city limits… and only “legal” on the 4th of July. Here in smalltown Kansas they started last night. My neighborhood sounded like a war zone last night – where the only rules appear to be to launch “in your own yard” unless you set the trees on fire.

It’s been rumored that President Trump has planned a 40 minute fireworks display in the capitol. Most fireworks displays are good if they last 15-20 minutes. Animals in nature and pets at home generally hate it. From a safe distance, maybe we’ll get a good nest view from their territory.

Meanwhile, the Goode Solar Telescope at the Big Bear Valley Observatory takes clearer images of the Sun than telescopes in space. It’s a perfect landmark for the eagles to find their way back home. All eyes will be on the Light above and below. On Night/AKBAL we can “clearly see” a Light we’ve never seen before.

Mayan Calendar Time and Synchronicity

4 Night/AKBAL represents the Dream of Life that the Father Intended to be. AKBAL is the Voice that speaks in our “dark nights” and the “Dreamer who believes in the Dream”. On Night/AKBAL we’re given the vision to see the Light Beyond the Veil.

July 4th Auroras could be the backdrop of a fireworks display… a spectacle that draws our attention to the Light Above and Light Below.

7 Night/AKBAL (Cherokee, Hearth/O’YA) –  Day 7 of 13 of the 1 Earth/CABAN trecena

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Free Calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 7: Reflective; 7 stands as the mirror to divide light and dark and reflect all that is and is not. 7 is associated with the source of creation and the flow of divine will. 7 establishes the purpose to current and future goals.

Night/Akbal: Bringers of the Dawn. Dreamers who bring the new sun to clarify and illuminate the road of life. Thus the insecurities and doubts born of darkness of the sub-conscious mind are dispelled. These persons travel the Void… a place where nothing yet exists but all potential dwells, the womb of creation. From this void, Night persons bring forth new solutions and artistic inspiration. Night’s voyages of dreams build confidence and happiness with a sense of well being. If night does not bravely journey into the void they may find themselves wandering the darkness of self doubt and insecurity.

A GOOD DAY TO: Spend some time contemplating the stars.

Cherokee, Hearth/O’YA: Hearth’s symbol is the fire pit in the Center, velvet black as the night. The triangle in Orion. The M42 nebula (home of the Central race from the WingMakers) in the center of the triangle of Orion is the fire in the Hearth, also matching the Mayan. The Hearth is the Torchbearer who holds the light and warmth throughout the night.
