Greetings Beloved Kin,
Peak Tone 7 marks the end of Human’s climb at the Center of the 7 days and 6 nights of Creation. Tone 7 raises the Intention of Reflection. We are offered a Higher Perspective to see “all that is” and “all that is not.”
The Deer’s Mission was to lead us to an altar where we kneel in Humility for all our Human limitations. Even with the best intentions, we never complete the Mission of Love in the Highest Way. Through every Offering we’re promised the an Atonement to see what the Creator sees from the Up Above. “All that is not” carried to its highest end is what the Creator will complete for us when we are United as One for a Divine Cause. The Creator loves us for reaching beyond our limitations to the investment of our Heart.
Reed/BEN offers the symbol of an altar with two channels of Light descending from Above. Below are two thatched prayer mats, the place for two to kneel as One. The cross-hatch design on the Mayan glyphs is a symbol of the veil over Human’s Consciousness. The Creator sees the Faith we invested to carry on.
Reed/BEN exists as the Guiding Light for Family and Home for the sake of the children. BEN shares the God-given perspective we hold when we become the leader of a family. We learn to walk the walk for the children who will be watching everything we say and do.

Greetings Kin,
Tone 7 raises the Intention of Reflection. We complete the Human climb on Tone 7 to reach the top of the pyramid. Above the canopy was the Highest Altar with a view all around. We can see “all that is” and “all that’s not” in a place that can draw us to the Truth of the Balance.
The Number 7 represents Human’s power to create our own reality. The “reality” of our Life is built from the framework of the Truth We Believe, about our Self, Others, and Life as a Whole. Tone 7 offers a view from Above, to see the Truth in the Reflection, Below. The climb to Higher Consciousness IS Human’s way to See the Truth from everyone’s perspective. We can’t invest our Self in the Divine Work without being change by the experience, when we see the burdens we share. Empathy will raise our Love to Compassion, Love that Feels.
Reed/BEN is the Guiding Light for family and Home. Holding the Element of Fire, we are transformed by our Love for One Another, when we’re guided by Ben – the nahaul that Ties the Binds of Belonging. BEN is said to be a Good Day to Bless the Home. The Maya also observe BEN as a day to check in on the neighbors. BEN raises the family by leading them to an altar.
BEN holds very high expectations for integrity, believing in its own Highest Way. BEN guides us to lead with a “garden hose” and not a “steel pipe.” BEN’s beliefs are NOT the Blessing. We don’t raise intelligence with a steel pipe. We can never tell someone else what to believe, when the WHOLE REASON for the climb is to know WHAT WE BELIEVE. We can be a Divine teacher, when we remember the point of the lesson is help the next generation believe in their own Truth.

This photo was taken 8 Monkey/CHEUN (the New Year, 8 B’atz), the day I completed my commitment to 260 days. I took a picture for any signs in the sky – and the Deer appeared with its antlers.
DEER Beloved Kin,
In the 2nd uinal, we are just the little Bambi, with big dreams for the future.
You can sing on High to all things “less than” in the Down Below. Or, you can claim the Whole and Sing with all the Angels.
Deer/MANIK led us to the altar of Reed/BEN, the guiding Light for Family and Home. There are two place to kneel shown on the glyph – one for us, and one for “the other.” Differences are resolved when we are both kneeling at an altar. A Way was all we ever wanted to know from the beginning.
We were born Sages. We witnessed everything and we saw what people say and what people do. We witnessed the darkness and the light. Which was the Truth? If our thoughts and feelings “didn’t matter – if things were just the way it is” – if no one else felt what we felt, how could we ever know if Love was REAL to last? What if WE could become “the other?” We were born seeing both sides.
Our friend, Jen, near Lake Atitlan says it’s still a tradition to look in on the neighbors on days marked by Reed/BEN. The most important Light for the Children to SEE is BELONGING – as they are. And, “the others” belonging, too.
It’s been hard/easy so far. Yesterday was a very hard morning – the kind of resentment, you can’t shake off with the wisdom of consciousness. At least I knew I didn’t want to claim it. And, all it took was to ASK – please take this away. It was taken away. It was “finished.” May we bring everything we can “finish” to the altar of the Holy of Holies.

PS – We ARE Bambi’s children. At least, most of us heard of Bambi when we were children. We’re just starting out. We could do better, remembering how children love the first discovery of Beauty.
MASTER NUMBER 2,222: Today is the day that would have been 2,222 days counted from the dedication of this journal on 8 Monkey/CHUEN, October 18, 2015. Every Daykeeper that marked the Mayan New Year (8 CHUEN/8 B’aatz) as a beginning, will reach the same count on their journey. It’s Here and Now on the scale of ALL Time. “The First are Last, and the Last are the First for the Whole.” We ASCEND as One. No one “finishes” early. The Time is only the difference of a single breath. Life.
I was moved by Deer/MANIK to STOP my count of journals before I perfectly completed 2,222 in a row. I changed before I reached the end. I didn’t want to do anything perfect anymore. I just wanted TO BE me, and for THAT to be enough. So, this became – is becoming – the journal, AFTER. I don’t know what it will be, but for now – I don’t have to think anymore. I can read along and see what changed – what I can see, that I didn’t see before.

Greetings Kin,
On Peak Tone 7 we complete Human’s climb of Spiritual Growth. Deer/MANIK inspires a Divine Meaning and Purpose for our Life. MANIK guides a way of Vigilant Consciousness to carry out a Mission of Love. From the top of the pyramid we have a 360 degree view of “all that is” and “all that is not.” On Tone 7 we have the Vision of Hindsight to look back and see a Divine Meaning Purpose.
As we approach the Zenith Hour, we have the Light to see what we might accomplish by the end of day. It’s the natural Time to stop working to take nourishment. How many times can you remember the thoughts? You now have a system in place, an assembly line for the creation at hand. You think about the flow and what you expect to accomplish. We see the truth of progress and the future of our creation. If you look even closer, you’ll see that you choose the end. Unless we are interrupted by extraordinary circumstances, we stop at the ending we imagined.
Tone 7 is a Day of Divine Illumination, marking the Great Law of Creation, “As Above, So Below.” It means that whatever is created in one realm of Consciousness will be balanced in all others. The Highest Altar at the top of the pyramid lies above the canopy as the threshold between the Above and the Below. Our climb of Divine Intention is the Offering of Atonement, the Highest Consciousness of a Sacred Exchange.
Deer/MANIK has led us to the Light of an Altar. Reed/BEN is the guiding Light for family and home. Reed/BEN is observed as a day to offer a Blessing for Home. On Reed/BEN, the Maya acknowledge community as extended family. It’s a day to check in with the neighbors to lend a hand. Reed/BEN guides a way of Belonging.
Reed/BEN illustrates an altar with 2 channels of Light descending from Above, and 2 prayer mats Below where Human kneels in Humility. Reed is a channel through which Human enters into Divine Communion with the Creator. The Elders say that to open the channel, Human must become the “hollow bone.” To see the Truth of Divine Possibilities, the “human flesh” must be burned away.
Reed/BEN elevates our thoughts to Higher Expectations. Human’s journey toward a Dream of Creation ends in the place defined by Human limitation. Just like we stop at the end of the day, we defined the future by what Human was able to accomplish. On Tone 7 we are given the Reflection for a Leap of Faith. At the threshold, the Maya imagine a Reflection Above and Below. We could follow the stairs that descend back into the illusion of our Human limits, or we can Leap across the dimension of Spirit to for even Higher Ground of a Sacred Exchange.
The Jaguar guards in stealth the threshold to the Holy of Holies. Expressing our Gratitude for what God can do, we’ll receive the Divine Inspiration of Answered Prayers. There is a Time for every Purpose. There’s a Time for Faith, and a Time for Human to See, Feel, and Believe.
