MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S BLOG
On Tone 13 we Ascend to a Higher Consciousness. From the Wisdom of our Own Experience, we see ourselves in a New Way. We were given the Keys to Enlightenment in the Unconditional Love of the Creator and the Wisdom of the Ancient Ones. We are transformed by a New Light to Overcome our Darkness.
Star/LAMAT reminds us we are made of stars as the Personification of Light. Like the Sun, the symbol of our Creator, so are we capable to shine the Transforming Light of Love and Happiness. The glyph marks the 4 directions to illustrate that we were created to Shine our Light equally in all directions. We can see that our Highest Power is held when we share the Creator’s Intention of the Justice of Harmony and Equity.
On Wisdom/CIB’s Path to Higher Learning this is the day of our Commencement. This is a major milestone on our journey of understanding and a day meant to celebrate our accomplishment… an important day to remember. Just as a new graduate sees they are destined for greater things, so can we see how our Wisdom would carry us to a New Horizon.
This is an important day to Count our Blessings. LAMAT’s totem is the Rabbit, a day of “pure luck” that multiplies to abundance whatever we focus on. This is a day to see our Self in our Highest Light and to hold our Highest Affirmations. Whatever Vision we Hold will be multiplied to abundance.
LAMAT, the Rabbit, embodies the energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. Rabbit is overflowing with the Energy of Love in all areas of life. LAMAT is perfectly aligned with the Divine Justice of the Creator, sharing an Intention of Harmony and Equity. This is the Way given by the Creator to easily accomplish our Spiritual Growth, offering everything we need to Manifest the Gifts of Love and Happiness. We hold the Key to Illuminate our own path, and the paths of those who follow.
A Light that Shines Equally also holds an Unconditional Love for each experience of Living. Our new Divine Wisdom elevates our Power to transform Darkness into Light. There is no longer anything to Fear knowing that every experience holds an equal opportunity as a Blessing. We now hold the Wisdom that our darkest challenges can be transformed to our Brightest Light.
Rabbit’s gift of multiplication is a Blessing of Responsibility. By holding gratitude for our Gifts of Love and Light, they can be multiplied to abundance.
LAMAT is a Day of Boundless Energy that I would describe as sensitive and “jumpy.” I’ve found my thoughts can easily drift from Gratitude to Fear on Lamat. There is some Sense of what is possible and what is at stake. My Spiritual Tool for LAMAT is to state my Intentions early, calling on the Help of Divine Agency to hold this Intention on my behalf. Then if I discover my focus has drifted, I can stand in the strength that my Real Intentions have already been made known.
Today is a day to Hold our Wisdom as a Divine and Perpetual Gift. A Day of Commencement is a celebration attended by our Ancestors. We might imagine their Joy that we are carrying on in their footsteps, holding the Same Intention to become the Light for the Next Generation. As they Acknowledge us, may we equally Acknowledge their Accomplishment. As Humans, they carried the same burdens, knew the same Fear of the Ego, and carried the same Sorrow of Disappointment. Yet they carried on and their Wisdom still endures. May we see our Future in their example and the Truth that our own Light will be carried on.
To all my relations, may we Hold the the Intention of Gratitude and Love, knowing these are the Gifts that would Multiply our Happiness. May we Honor the talents we were Blessed with by the Creator, knowing we were each given a unique talent that would become our own Special Light. May we Consider the Possibilities from Gifts we didn’t earn, but were offered as a Divine Inheritance. May we be grateful that the Old Ones who led our journey, didn’t withhold their Wisdom, favoring one over the other. They became the Ascended Masters because they Shared their Light Equally with All. In their example, may we have the courage to carry on. May we claim the Promise of Possibly of another beginning from a new and Higher Ground.

13 Star/LAMAT (Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA)
Galactic Tone 13: Ascension; Thirteen assists us to go to the next higher step, propels us to try something new or to try again. Thirteen energy takes us over the next mountain just to see what is there. Thirteen carries the last success to the newest effort. Thirteen is a number associated with the Ascended Masters, creation, expansion, and manifestation.
Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. As each sun in the sky, Star persons shine equally in all directions. This natural tendency of harmony and balance can become compulsion, motivating Star to be too agreeable and too generous, rejected gifts cause fear and resentment. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.
Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA: Symbol-Venus, The Morning Star cycle of 260 days and Evening Star cycle of another 260 days, inspired the 13 numbers, 20 Day sign Sacred Calendar. Rabbit is the Trickster of Cherokee culture, matching the Coyote in other nations. The personification of Light and New Life, Sunrise, the scion of the Moon-Father of earth children, the Rabbit is fertility, be fruitful and multiply. Represents softness, gentleness and vulnerability. LAMAT– Totem Rabbit. Energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. This person is overflowing with love energy in all areas of life. Spiritual growth is natural and with ease due to the unconditional love energy that flows.
