MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
10 Earth/CABAN is a Manifestation of Movement. Movement is the Sign of Life. CABAN symbolizes the Force of Life we share with our Mother Earth. We are Alive and One in a Living World.
Tone 10 helps us recognize our movement through time. The Manifestation of an Intention of Creation presents us with a great responsibility. Manifestation is facilitated through an Acknowledgement that something is Real.
Our work on 10 Earth/CABAN is to take an accounting of everything we are. The Star/LAMAT trecena can Multiply to Abundance our Manifestation of Higher Consciousness.
Today, our Higher Vision offers an illumination on the truth of our Accomplishment. We will recognize it through a movement or a communication. We may face an old experience and see ourselves responding in a different way. The Earth brings something around again will lead us to a new assessment of our Self. This is a day to draw our own conclusions.
Earth/CABAN reminds us we are a body in perpetual motion. Our transformation is always in progress from one moment to the next. More important than who we are, we must consider who we are Becoming. Our only way to see a change within is to look at ourselves for a time.
The Cherokee Day Sign, the Heron, is the symbol of the phoenix that rises from its ashes to live again. May we leave our old world behind, through a realization that we are creating a new world from a Higher Flight of Consciousness. Today is an important day to take account of the ways we are new.
To all my relations, may we give thanks for the gift of Mother Earth and see her Beauty as a Blessing the Creator prepared for us. May we look up close to see the beauty in all the details. May we see the beauty in our own details and claim the new Consciousness that the Creator sees us in the very same way. May we see ourselves as risen from the ashes of our past, to take on a new way of Being.

10 Earth/CABAN (Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI)
Galactic Tone 10: Manifestation. What were once intentions or ideas, hopes or fears become physically present with the energy of Ten. What is focused upon with attention and intention becomes real with Ten. Ten is a powerful energy that carries a great responsibility.
Earth/Caban: Earth/Caban: Keeper of the garden of Earth. Profound synchronistic connections to Earth’s natural cycles and energies provide power of creations and memories of ancient wisdom. Earth persons help dispel bad intentions, habits and ideas. This makes them very good counselors and masters of all arts. Studious and intelligent, Earth persons endeavor to bring a flow of natural order to all aspects of life. Being connected to the dynamic forces of nature, Earth persons need much liberty to facilitate their expression of migration or the sending of long distance communications such as the whales, elephants, birds and many other creatures. Sometimes Earth’s delicate sensitivities are upset resulting in quakes of emotion even the display of volcanic temper.
Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI: Sign of movement and perpetual motion, Heron is symbolized by Deneb, located in the Northern Cross beside the Milky Way. “The Northern Cross is the Tree of Life, Beside the Milky Way River & Perched atop is Guwi’ sguwi, the Cherokee Heron Spirit Bird, comparable to the Phoenix that rises from the ashes of the past.

By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you.
