MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
On the Peak Tone 6 we establish a rhythm and flow of movement. Our Intention gathers momentum. The energies of Tone 6 are compared to the great athlete, one who has practiced every technique until they become second nature. They no longer pay attention to the steps. They only focus on the goal.
Sun/AHAU is the Day Sign of the Supreme Creator and the Lord of Time. Only the Creator Knows the Beginning and the End. AHAU is compared to an Heroic Athlete, a champion, marksman, dancer – a Visionary Leader and a Defender of Wise Judgement who serves the Highest Good of All.
6 Sun/AHAU marks the day of Illumination that brings a New Understanding to Light. Lifted by the Wings of the Eagle, we have a Higher Perspective for a new Revelation from AHAU.
12th UINAL OF UNDERSTANDING: Sun/AHAU is the Day Sign that completes each of the 13 uinals of 20 days. Uinals reflect the context of our Transformation from a Higher Perspective. The Whole of the Tzolk’in is a Human calendar of Transformation. The Tzolk’in offers a way to awaken our Human Consciousness to the Truth of our Divinity. The Higher Intention of the 12th uinal is to establish a New Understanding of Human’s Transformation. AHAU can offer a Revelation of our Spiritual Power, and Motivate our Highest Performance in an Intention of Transformation.
Sun/AHAU is also a Day of the Ancestors. Just as the Ancestors preserved their Sacred Wisdom for us, so is our Wisdom preserved in the Collective Consciousness. Every Human experience is worth remembering, elevating the potential for Divine Discernment by the Whole. Tone 6 is said to facilitate dynamic developments.
Eagle draws Understanding to the Spirit’s Flight of Intention. We have no physical body to move us forward in Spirit. All our Spiritual “moving parts” are Ethereal in Nature. Our Highest Thoughts and Intentions are the way of Movement in the realm of Spirit.
Our incremental steps are an effort of Consciousness directed by an Intention. Intention is the Force of our Spirit. Tone 6 is the final step in a new Human effort of Spiritual Growth. Through the first 5 Tones we learned the incremental steps of Transformation. We imagined a new Dream of our Meaning and Purpose. Eagle showed the way to achieve it was to focus on the Dream in our Future. By imagining the Dream within our Grasp, our Spirit was given the direction to Create. The Power that is needed is drawn from a perpetual Source of Renewal and Regeneration. The only thing that could keep us from reaching our Dream would be to fly away.
Sun/AHAU helps us to stay the course through a Revelation of our Spiritual Power. We test our Power through the effort of our Highest Performance. On the Wings of Eagle we Fly Higher than we’ve ever flown before. 6 Sun/AHAU can reveal how our Consciousness brings Intention to Life to be Multiplied to Abundance.
Sun/AHAU is a representation of our own Divine Identity, the Seed from which we were born as the first generation. Astrology operates on the principle that our personality is influenced by the Sun and the Time and Place where we were born. No two of us would share the same influence of Time and Place.
Sun/AHAU can offer a Revelation of Identity. We hold the Sole Authority to Define our own “I Am.” God gave us the fingerprints with the Freedom to define the identity that went with them. There were no conditions. God would Love us for the simple purpose of sharing our Human experience of Darkness Transformed by Light. We are the Beloved of the Creator.
We return to the Creator what was Most Desired of us when we Acknowledge the Existence of Divine Consciousness. When we seek to Know the Creator, we fulfill the Divine Meaning and Purpose of Creation. We are the Beloved Transformed into the Divine.
Walking in Spirit the Creator can be seen through Mother Earth. Even our Human eyes can recognize what was created by a Hand of Divinity. The more Vigilant we become in listening to our thoughts and feelings, the more we will identify our Spiritual Gifts. Instead of being so common that we overlook them, we’ll see them as Powerful Tools that are ever-ready.
With effort of Consciousness, we are practicing a new habit. Suffering no longer means we are powerless. It only signals that we are back living in the material world. As Spirit becomes our place of Second Nature, we won’t see any reason to seek our justice there. It will be easy to Forgive because from a Higher Perspective we’ll see our own suffering as just one more example of the Suffering of all of Humanity.
When we live from Spirit, we won’t have to claw our way to a position of Divinity. Our Highest Choice would be to Volunteer to go to the back of the line. Knowing the Creator we would believe we’d still arrive first, even as the last.
The “I Am” Dreamed for Humanity by the Creator was a Divine Family that identified as One. The Creator Dreamed we’d see our Divine resemblance in each other.
“I Am” are the most important words we ever speak. They define how we identify our Self and define an Intention. As self-defining statements we should be Vigilant in how we use them. There is no reason to use the words “I Am” except in Conscious Communion with the Creator.
As the Lord of the Tzolk’in, AHAU illuminates our Spirit through Time. Time is the Gift of the Movement of Mother Earth and a “Sense of Sight” in Spirit. Through Time, we can see our Spiritual progress. It takes Time to See our Transformation.
One Tone 6 we are encouraged to “give our all” to a new Intention. Eagle/MEN lifts us to see the Truth of our Accomplishment in the Future. We Know we are being led in a direction for a Divine Reason. We ARE Transforming into Something New. The Sun, as a symbol of our Creator, shines the Light for us to see.
Through Intention we also establish a point of agreement between our Higher and Lower Self. Dreams stay dreams until we make a Choice to Create. Intention demonstrates our Sacred Choice by our Human Consciousness that engages with the Consciousness of our Spirit. Our Lower Self is the “me” in the world that lives by Human Nature. Our Higher Self is the Divine Authority that observes the “me” and holds the Unlimited Power of Spirit. Through Intention they work together to serve a common purpose.
The Bible explains, “Again, I tell you Truly that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven.” (Matthew 18:19) These words hold the Promise of a Truth worth repeating. Intentions Offered unto the Hand of the Creator engage a Divine Trinity of Agreement. 6 Sun/AHAU offers the momentum of Agreement, multiplied by Three.
Sun/AHAU is a symbol of our Guiding Light and the bringer of Life, Inspiration and Happiness. Through a Divine Intention we establish Right Relationship within our Self and with the Creator. Our Job is only to Seek to Know the Creator. Our change won’t be accomplish by our own Power. If we could transform ourselves, our Lower Self would take all the credit. Through Divine Transformation we see the Creator’s Hand.
In a Divine Relationship we’ll be Healed by Unconditional Love. Like a Miracle, we will begin to see changes happening on their own. The more we gravitate toward Spirit, the more of our worldly attachments will begin to fall away.
The Cherokee Day Sign is the Flower who’s face follows the Sun across the sky. They instinctively Know the Sun as their source of Life and Happiness. Flowers move in correspondence with the Light. The Creator is their primary focus.
To all my relations, may Sun/AHAU reveal the Truth of our Power in Spirit… the Truth that we are empowered for Transformation. The Creator Intimately Knows who we Are and Dreamed of our Happiness and Freedom to Be. May we keep our eyes trained on the Source of our Life, Light and Happiness. May we hold the vision of the Divine Destiny that waits in our Future, Knowing our Divine Intention will naturally lead us there.
in lak’ech, i am another you

6 Sun/AHAU (Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI)
Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.
Sun/AHAU: Day of the ancestors and connection to their guidance. The divine face of the sun – lord, musician, singer, dancer, and marksman. Suns are artistic, heroic athletes, visionaries with wise judgment who lead and defend the people. So much is expected from themselves and by other people that unfulfilled expectations are a certainty. An accumulation of these disappointments may lead Sun to evade responsibilities, not accept corrections and even build resentment and disdain towards others. Suns should simplify their lives to be able to rise and shine with unconditional love once again.
Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK: Symbol is the Sun, place of abode of Great Spirit. The Sun creates, nurtures, and is the super communicator, the way station that relays messages and energy from other stars in the galaxy; provides energy for channeling information from the Ancestors; speaking the Living Language of Light, which ignites the consciousness in others. Gold is the color of courage and opportunity of wealth. Creative arts, master craftsman expressing divinity and wisdom through their creations. The face of the flower follows the Sun gathering the fire of creativity, illuminating harmony and balance, resonating peace and continuity within the human spirit. This is the Sign of the Chalice of the Infinite, Caldron of Creation.
