THE TRECENA OF DEER/MANIK
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 3 holds the Intention of Movement. On Tone 3 we give Life to a new Reason To Be. We create Sound when we share our ideas. We create sound when we take a step forward. When we take action for a Divine Reason, we create the Sound of our Intention. We create a new vibration, a sound wave that will naturally follow its own course to the end. The Tone and Frequency of our Intention will guide our thoughts.
On Tone 3 we are motivated to move for the Happiness that lies in the Future. Happiness in the Future is Happiness we will ALSO experience Now, and ALL the time in-between.
Our circumstances TODAY are the result of choices of movement we made yesterday, or the day before. The Sacred Right to Choose holds the potential for our Divine Justice and Happiness for ALL Time.
Offering/MULUC holds a Choice to Move for a Divine Reason. MULUC guides us to Pay Back and Pay Forward. Through an Offering we acknowledge the Blessings of a Divine Creator. MULUC offers an Atonement with the Creator.
Through the ritual and ceremony of a Sacred Offering we See and are Seen by the Creator. The glyph illustrates a single drop of water raised up above the Whole. The Love receive in the Sacred Exchange will ripple through the Whole.
MULUC resides in the East, the direction of our Light, Life, and Happiness. Holding the Element of Fire, MULUC shares the Power of transmutation. MULUC is a symbol of Water everywhere, from the Cosmos to our Tears. Representing the Moon and our Emotions, MULUC is a day to Honor our Feelings and the Feelings of Others. MULUC is the Fire that burns in our Heart.
The Cherokee call it The River. “The River is the “Fountain of Life” and represents the fluid of the cosmos to fluids in the body, with the energy to clear all karmic debts, personally and on a mass level with fluidity and grace. The Moon controls our fluid cycle, to clear and understand emotional issues. When you take this step to clear the emotional body, then you are ready for transformational energies at the next level.” (See Cherokee calendar links on the Daykeeper Resources page.)
MULUC is a symbol of the Christ Spirit that sacrifices itself for the Salvation of the Whole.
Being who we really are is a Sacrifice of Life or Death. To stand in the integrity of our Truth, we must walk our own path and claim who we are. The Deer stands silently. It has no reason to defend a position. A Deer moves where it needs to be.
MULUC is the Holy Water that is used by the Mayan priest for Blessings, Baptisms, Initiations, and Purification. Our Emotions hold the Passion and the Power of Love. We can Acknowledge a Divine Reason for our Emotions, and be changed by them instead of ruled by them.
When our Emotions Rule we move reach for the nearest thing to a Dream we see at hand. We sacrifice a part of what we want and who we intend to be, making choices for Now instead of for ALL Time. What we are willing to sacrifice today, will offer a brighter Light at the next Sunrise. When we have hard choices to make for happiness, may we sit with the Fire at an altar. Our suffering can be transformed into Compassionate Love. We can bring the Light we always wanted to Receive with the Intention of a Divine Offering.
To all my relations, may we ASK to Be what the Creator Designed us to Be. May we Know we will Find our Self in all the Choices we make. One direction or another, as long as our Intention is Love, our back and forth Human path will lead us straight to Higher Ground.
We only had to choose once to be held in the Hand of the Creator. May we count our Blessings so we can See and Acknowledge what we would Offer as an Equal Exchange. May we bear the ups and downs of Life for a Chance to Know a Dream that will always be beyond our understanding.
May count our Blessings before every Choice we make, and move by an Intention of Sacred Exchange.
May we Bless water everywhere, acknowledging that ALL Water is Holy. May we Pray for the Water on Mother Earth to be Purified and Blessed for the Life and Spirit of Humanity.

3 Offering/MULUC (Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA)
Galactic Tone 3: Action. Three is basic movement and communication, which begins as a vibration. Three energy is very eloquent in all types of self-expression. Communication is how Three establishes a point of agreement between any point “A” and any point “B”. Three persons are rhythmic to the core and are often restless, as motion is their nature. By working closely with the energy of Three, any person becomes more able to predict motions of all kinds.
Offering/MULUC: Also known as the sign of water. Ceremonially, Maya use water as an offering in baptisms and purifications. These ceremonies are done to bring about a collective strength, adaptability and harmony. In sincere appreciation, Offering people gladly give more than they ask for themselves. Offering persons are dynamic communicators with great intelligence making them excellent employers. Like a shaken vessel of water, Offering people regain equilibrium quickly. Also like a body of water, there may be deep undercurrents of emotion and hidden dangers. Others perceive these as hidden agendas in offering people and so extend them little trust and may even slap blame on them.
Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA: The River is symbolized by The Milky Way, the Gihli’Utsun’stanun’yi “Where the Dog Ran” to gather the souls for Heaven. The River is the minion for Grandfather Moon. Long Man is the personification of the River stretching from the mountains to the lowlands, speaking to those who can understand. People of this sign find “sermons in the stones” and good in everything. These souls march to a different drummer, driven by inner volcanic forces. The River is the “Fountain of Life” and represents the fluid of the cosmos to fluids in the body, with the energy to clear all karmic debts, personally and on a mass level with fluidity and grace. The Moon controls our fluid cycle, to clear and understand emotional issues. When you take this step to clear the emotional body, then you are ready for transformational energies at the next level. As humans, our actions are ruled by our emotions, the key is to understand the connection and honor the emotions.
