THE TRECENA OF DEER/MANIK: LIGHT FOR A NEW LIFE
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 2 raises the Intention of Duality. MANIK inspired a way of Vigilant Consciousness. Tone 2 presents the choice, “to be or not to be.”
The 2nd uinal raises our Consciousness to the Sacred Right of Choice. Knowing Who and What we are capable To Be, we still need Our Own Reasons. Human discernment is a binary system. Tone 1 inspired the first human thought, a possibility for creation. Tone 2 engages Human’s imagination to compare our will and the way.
On Tone 2 we confront our Human limitations. Star/LAMAT holds the Element of Earth, to face the tangible truth. There are many dreams we know “we can.” The question is, “why bother?” Tone 2 can feel like we’re grasping for a bolt out of the blue. Building Faith is the Divine Reason for every climb. The work of the Cause always comes first.
A “bolt out of the blue” IS coming at our Ascension on 13 Storm/CAUAC. The Seed of our new harvest is making its way through the dark. CAUAC is the midwife that will birth us to the Light of Sun/AHAU.
Star/LAMAT is a symbol of Venus, a heavenly body associated with Human by 260 days it spends in the Darkness and the Light. LAMAT relates to Human’s identity as the Scion, a cauldron of Creation and Light that multiplies to infinity. We were created to be the Personification of Light.
LAMAT guides the Intention to shine our Light equally all around. The symbol that looks like a Star is also the shape of the hole made in the ground for the planting of the Seed. A planting implement is drawn north/south, east/west, and the Seed planted in the center to send roots out in all directions.
LAMAT’s totem is the Rabbit, a cauldron of sexuality and reproduction that multiplies to abundance what it holds as the “object of affection.” LAMAT marks a day of “Instant Manifestation.” Whatever we focus on will be multiplied to abundance. DON’T think about what you DON’T want. And, whatever you do, DON’T think about rabbits. That’s how it can go on LAMAT, in starts and stops. Tone 2 will help us consider the Truth and a Reason that will keep us on course to our Dream.
Master Number 22: Tone 2, in Uinal 2 represents the Master Number 22. The Master Number 22 relates to our Life Path and resonates with service and duty, balance and harmony in our lives and relationships. 22 is a Sign from the Angels that no matter what the circumstances, Trust that everything will turn out for the Highest Good of All, and that everything happens for a reason. The Master Number 22 guides the Intention to Master our lives and to help change the lives of others in a practical and tangible way. 22 guides you to Keep working diligently on your Spiritual path, Keep the Faith, and Stand Strong in your personal Truths. [Sacred Scribes]
LAMAT resides in the South, the direction that guides a way of Right Relationship with one another and with the Natural World. Holding the Element of Earth, LAMAT relates to experiences that we consider “REAL.” Relationships are a real influence on our effort to shine equally all around. We don’t have to shine more for one than another when our Light is Unconditional Love. Love is our Offering and Happiness is a Choice. Love will find its own way to the end.
Venus is a symbol of Divine Timing. All the calendars are said to be synchronized to the exact time when Venus transits the Sun. The Elders taught us to look across the Medicine Wheel. What was on your mind 6 months ago? The Mayan priest guided the Times for family planning, calculating the End for the Beginning. From the beginning date, there was a Divine Intention known for the End. The approaching Equinox is a major milestone like that – a Holy Day at a Beginning and at an End. With the Tzolk’in, we really could tie the end of a Dream on the Star that multiplies Love to Abundance. The Star/LAMAT Galactic Week marks the Ascension of the Tzolk’in round.
To all my relations, may we find a tool, a strategy, that will help us remember to see one another in our Best Light. The Elders say that all things desire to be Seen and Acknowledged. Unconditional Love will always leave a Divine Thought that someone can choose to follow.
May we remember the Key of Forgiveness and the “earth magic” of Gratitude. May we make a Wish for Time in the future, and a Dream that will come True on a Holy Day.

You might feel the stress building to the release on the Global Burner day, 4 Dog/OC. This is an important time for personal care, tolerance, and forgiveness.
HOLDING THE WAY OF THE JAGUAR: The Power of Gratitude
I’m grateful for the guardian of this cycle, 13 Storm/CAUAC, that promises a Renewal and Regeneration of our Spirit.

2 Star/LAMAT (Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA)
Galactic Tone 2: Mysterious as the question ‘to be or not to be?” Two is the recognition of the separation of self from all else and the desire to be rejoined. Walking a balance while making choices of all kinds, light/dark, male/female, good/bad, Yin/Yang, is the energy of this number. Experiencing the differences between one and another is the use and purpose of this number.
Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. As each sun in the sky, Star persons shine equally in all directions. This natural tendency of harmony and balance can become compulsion, motivating Star to be too agreeable and too generous, rejected gifts cause fear and resentment. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.
Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA: Symbol-Venus, The Morning Star cycle of 260 days and Evening Star cycle of another 260 days, inspired the 13 numbers, 20 Day sign Sacred Calendar. Rabbit is the Trickster of Cherokee culture, matching the Coyote in other nations. The personification of Light and New Life, Sunrise, the scion of the Moon-Father of earth children, the Rabbit is fertility, be fruitful and multiply. Represents softness, gentleness and vulnerability. LAMAT– Totem Rabbit. Energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. This person is overflowing with love energy in all areas of life. Spiritual growth is natural and with ease due to the unconditional love energy that flows.
