Connecting with the Holy Spirit

Greetings Beloved Kin,

The Elders on the indigenous path enforced the rule of silence when they carried out the rituals and sacred ceremonies of Spirit. To make an offering to the Fire we were first required to ask the Fire Keeper, “Permission to feed the fire?” Those were the only words permitted at the Sacred Fire Ceremonies. A talking stick was passed around from one to another at the Medicine Circle gatherings, indicating the one person given the time to share their thoughts.

There was often an Elder Moon Mother assigned to the purpose of holding the peace. You only had to be called out once to remember. That was the big difference I noticed, when I attended non-indigenous ceremonies that were carried out like a social event. The same rules apply in church.

Isaiah 30:15
15 For thus said the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel, “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.”

Silence is required to connect with the Holy Spirit. Silence has been stolen by the world in so many ways, yet that’s the only way to hear our own thoughts and to be present to hear the Answers to our prayers.

Matthew 6: 6-8
6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

Quieting the mind is a challenge for me. Focusing on our prayers is easier and more tangible when we engage all our senses in the experience. Through ritual and sacred ceremonies we are more easily drawn to the Time we need to create a relationship with the Creator. Mother Earth can be our sanctuary when we turn to the place of beauty to be alone. Earth was the place for the Vision Quest Ceremony, spending time alone in a circle that defined the boundaries of a Sacred Time and Place.

This Lion’s Gate portal is aligned with the Tzolk’in round in the 8th uinal that is guided by the presence of Divine Agency. The Creator speaks to us through the dynamics of a Living World. This is a Time of Signs and wonders on a universal scale, in a Haab year that holds the Intention for Humanity to comprehend the Truth of Love and the Promise that the Creator is always with us in the here and now. The Truth of comprehension is an Offering from Above. We can know, when we look to the past in the “ah ha” moment and see we’ve witnessed the Truth many times before.

The Voice of the Creator speaks to us through the Wind and the Light that shines on Earth. The Wind can carry the smell of the roses that makes us stop to see, and through the rustling of the leaves that direct our eyes heavenward to the trees. The Creator can speak to us through a blade of grass. This time, our eyes are drawn to the heavenly vault and all the stars above.

Matthew 6 shares the words of the Lord’s Prayer. There are one-word prayers just as powerful. When we say “thank you” or “help” the Creator knows the condition of our Heart and everything we need to hear to carry on in a good and worthy way. The Creator knows when our thoughts are turned to the One who knows all and holds the Power of Love to speak to our heart.

It takes time alone, away from video games, tv, the news, and the chatter of Human thoughts to hear what we long to know. God will answer when we are listening and looking to see the Truth that only a Divine Creator can share about the mysteries of everyday life – the means and the way to manifest the Dreams of our Heart’s Desire.

Time is an Offering that always returns the Answer to our Prayers. The Creator deserves an offering of our Time, dedicated to the purpose. We were created for the purpose of a Divine Relationship.

Psalm 46:10-11
He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The LORD Almighty is with us;

The Creator is always with us and always waiting for the Time to speak to our heart.

love, in lak’ech, i am another you

Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.

A GOOD DAY TO: Ask for Abundance in all relations.
