9 Wisdom / CIB

Greetings Beloved Kin,

“Owl is the Mystic Ferryman who guides Earthlings on the return path to the stars holding the torch aloft.” ~Cherokee Sacred Calendar

Greetings Beloved Kin,

The “mystic ferryman” is referenced in many traditions in reference to a passage of life and death. The Egyptians believed the heart had to be weighed as “light as a feather” to cross. Human’s can’t move on from an old life to the new as long as we still carry the baggage. A penny was placed in the mouth of the dead by some as an extra offering to the “ferryman.”

Every New Seed is born free of Karma as a brand new creation. We have to shed the dead weight of the past to be born like new. There’s always a Choice for Human to make. We surrender one by one, day by day, for every time we take back the weight on our shoulders.

CIB represents Human’s Highest State of Consciousness, grounded in the Truth of our own experience. CIB holds the Element of Earth, and Truth known as a tangible experience. Wisdom doesn’t rely on “what somebody said.”

We are offered the Truth in a physical way so we can discern “what it is” with our own eyes and ears. And even then, Wisdom stands on humility in the admission that we “never know it all.”

CIB was the “first light” of the Divine Meaning and Purpose of Time in our next Highest Ascension and Consciousness of the Truth and Love. Peak Tone 9 “completes” a New Seed – everything, we Dreamed of as our Road to Destiny. The Key to the Kingdom is Forgiveness – to leave our baggage behind.

Peak Tone 9 raises the Intention of Patience to see the Big Picture. It’s said there will be suffering to bear for lack of insight if we fail to take this step. We gladly step back when we admire what we’ve done. Our Wisdom is measured by the Truth we’re willing to see. It’s Time to see things in context of the Big Picture. Peak Tone 9 reflects the Universal Law of Cause and Effect.

One thing can look very much like another, when we’ve selectively gathered conclusions from the “truth we look to see.” There is some Truth in every lie, but there are no exceptions to the Law of Love. Love is the Light of Life and Human’s fundamental Reason for Living. Love is a tangible matter of “life and death” from our beginning. CIB is bringing the Truth back around for us to look again at the burdens Human carries for the lack of Love.

The Owl is CIB’s totem and the Cherokee Day sign. The Owl represents the Wisdom to see beyond an illusion. The Owl can “see what’s behind” and see through the “darkness of the unknown.” We are guided to look back to the Truth of our own experience. Adding 2+2 from the Truth we already know will lead to the Truth that speaks for itself. Wisdom/CIB can share “total recall,” as a Divine Illumination of Truth it’s Time to See.

We have to Forgive our Self. And, Knowing the Truth of our Self, Forgive everyone else whose Truth was veiled by a wound to the Heart. Forgiveness is the only way to rise above our Past with the Integrity of “our own Truth” in tact. We’ll never be perfect. Old thoughts will come and go. The best we can do is to remember our Choice to Forgive, and turn back to the Truth of our Heart’s Desire.

Wisdom/CIB is a Day to Honor the “Old Ones” – every Human who’s walked this “hard road” before. There are still some who were never understood or forgiven, haunted by memories of “If only I’d known then, what I know now.” But for the Grace of God, we can know it now.

The Elders taught us a traditional practice of praying 7 generations backwards and forwards. With each prayer you imagine the one who is, was, or will be. It’s easy at the beginning. Something strange happens before you reach the end in either direction.

This is a day to Honor the Wisdom of the Ages, which is Humanity’s first hand witness of the Truth from every Time and Place. The Elders say that every living thing wants to be seen and acknowledged. Being Seen and Acknowledged for who we are is the Dearest Expression of Love. That’s “the work” that makes our life feel complete.

That’s what the Creator has designed for the Ascending Seed of Consciousness to be born again as the Truth from the beginning. At the end and the beginning we Know the Truth of who we are and what we’re created to be. Today, our Highest Illumination of a Truth of our Identity is presented for our own approval. We’re not perfect, but we’re “enough” when we know our Intention is Perfect.

This is a day to celebrate our common battle scars and to let go of our human burdens of resentment and shame. Both are healed by forgiveness.

Number 9 is the symbol of a creation that’s “finished” by a Power Greater than our Self. Love is the Truth of Divine Illumination – a reason for every choice we make that we can Understand, even when we don’t agree. As we Forgive, so are we Forgiven. Our subconscious body of thoughts knows the fare has been paid. The Truth we see in our Self today will be magnified 3 x 3 so we can leave everything behind that has no place in the Life where Love was intended to be.

Our Greatest Accomplishment was learning “we never know it all.” Our best work, like the Jaguar, is choosing to be invisible and lingering in the shadows to witness the Holy Time and Place where the Truth Reigns from Above.

Every Ascension is carried out by a Hand of Divine Agency. We only have to claim the Truth of our own Transformation. 9 Wisdom/CIB gives us the eyes to see the Unseen Truth we Know within. We are Wise when we Forgive and Let Go, depending on the Light of the Creator.

love, in lak’ech, i am another you

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide Page for the “Tzolk’in Field Guide: A Daily Practice for Personal Discernment.” My gift for the Tzolk’in round offers an overview for each 13-day trecena and the aspects of each day of the Tzolk’in round. The page also offers a link to resources for your own practice of counting the days to conceive your own discernment of the Meaning of Time.

4TH SEASON: 1 Wisdom/CIB begins the 4th Season of the Tzolk’in – VOLUME 2: Tzolk’in Seasons 3 and 4 (PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 20, 2020)

NOTE: You can also look at dates from a different direction. What is the Destiny Kin number of your day sign’s 3rd tone? You may have overlooked a life-changing day. Use the Kin Calculator offered on the Daykeeper’s Resource Page for a date six years before or after. If you are just starting to count the days and don’t have a journal from the last round, when something major happens in your life you can look to see if there was a major event on that same date before. You can also look for Signs in the “distance of time” – the number of days between one 13 Eagle/MEN (Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI)Calculator linked on the resources page. Example – 33 days is a symbol of a day that you actualize the Truth from the beginning date.

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine, plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.

Wisdom/CIB: The old ones. Wisdom of the ancients. Wisdom persons are aligned with the ancient memories that wait in the stone of temples and sacred sites all over the world. Wisdom people grow luck like a crop using a balance of prudence and tenacity. The tremendous inner strength of this sign enables silent introspection to discover areas of oneself that contain wisdom more valuable than any trove of archaeological treasure. Wisdom persons are valiant defenders of family and community. They may become hardened to life and sentiment turned cold. In these cases, they need much forgiveness for their uncaring errors. Periodically connecting with nature and or visiting sacred sites will bring great stability to wisdom persons.

A GOOD DAY TO: Sit on a rock.
