A Journey’s End for a New Beginning
THE TRECENA OF STAR/LAMAT: LIGHT MULTIPLIED TO ABUNDANCE

13 Sun/AHAU
Greetings Beloved Kin,
Sun/AHAU is the symbol of the Supreme Lord of Creation. Tone 13 is the Intention of Ascension. The 260-days of Human’s Calendar of Creation reflects our gestation cycle. In every new “year” of life we wonder what we will grow up to be. We Ascend when we realize the end of one life, and the beginning of another.
We’ve been waiting for something big to happen. Though, the big finale may be very small. The Hummingbird is a symbol of the Sun. “A Mayan legend says the hummingbird is actually the sun in disguise, and he is trying to court a beautiful woman, who is the moon. “ (RubyThroat.org) The Elders say the Hummingbird heals the tiny places in the heart.
The majority of the last round fell in the Haab Year 12 Road/EB – the Rattlesnake Tooth of Spiritual Healing by Cherokee tradition. We healed through big changes. We may look back to see this orbit was more about fine tuning – getting our “sea legs” to stand through the storm.
We’re beginning a new round halfway through the Year 13 Earth/CABAN, the symbol of Ascension and a Clarion Call to live with all our Heart. Instead of waiting for tomorrow, we can begin a new life giving thanks for the Time that’s here and now.

We pray for a Divine Savior that will always be there. We have to choose to be there too for all Time. We’re about to be born into a New Life. We barely witnessed our childhood, always living for the future. If we missed our childhood, it’s Time to relive the experience from a beginning, the way we dreamed it would be.
Good things come to those who wait. This time around, our suit of Armor could look like a kid’s hero costume. After the Creator sees to the finer details we’ll realize it’s safe to open up our Heart and live again.
We can take a few skinned knees when the Brightest Star is watching over our shoulder. We could Love the Voice of our Conscious, if we knew it was our Divine Father steering us around where the enemy camps, and behind us in every tight corner.
The Dog/OC in Position 10 is the 1st Highest Aspect of the Creator as Love that is Faithful and True. Monkey/CHUEN in Position 11, is “equal to the 10” as the Consciousness to Know what it means. Waiting is only for our Highest Good.
The Creator is the Master of Time. When we’re “waiting” on tomorrow, we’re missing all the fun we could be having today. The Creator wants us to be there too. There’s a Time for us.
Our childhood is Time created to be the Center of Attention. A New Seed of our Self will be Born to a New Life. We’re starting all over from the beginning. We can expect some Time for a re-orientation to the childhood we dreamed of before.
This is a Day of Initiation to celebrate the Wisdom of yesterdays and celebrate the Faith we were given to Live without Waiting for tomorrow. We let go of our own Conditions of Love, when we don’t care what tomorrow brings “as long as we have One More Day with you.”
We can wait respectfully for the Time that is part of the plan, when the Mystery will be a Miracle.
John 14:27
27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
love, in lak’ech, “i am another you”

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide Page for the “Tzolk’in Field Guide: A Daily Practice for Personal Discernment.” My gift for the Tzolk’in round offers an overview for each 13-day trecena and the aspects of each day of the Tzolk’in round. The page also offers a link to resources for your own practice of counting the days to conceive your own discernment of the Meaning of Time.
4TH SEASON: 1 Wisdom/CIB begins the 4th Season of the Tzolk’in – VOLUME 2: Tzolk’in Seasons 3 and 4 (PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 20, 2020)
NOTE: You can also look at dates from a different direction. What is the Destiny Kin number of your day sign’s 3rd tone? You may have overlooked a life-changing day. Use the Kin Calculator offered on the Daykeeper’s Resource Page for a date six years before or after. If you are just starting to count the days and don’t have a journal from the last round, when something major happens in your life you can look to see if there was a major event on that same date before. You can also look for Signs in the “distance of time” – the number of days between one 13 Eagle/MEN (Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI)Calculator linked on the resources page. Example – 33 days is a symbol of a day that you actualize the Truth from the beginning date.

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 13: Ascension; Thirteen assists us to go to the next higher step, propels us to try something new or to try again. Thirteen energy takes us over the next mountain just to see what is there. Thirteen carries the last success to the newest effort. Thirteen is a number associated with the Ascended Masters, creation, expansion, and manifestation.
Sun/Ahau: Day of the ancestors and connection to their guidance. The divine face of the sun – lord, musician, singer, dancer, and marksman. Suns are artistic, heroic athletes, visionaries with wise judgement who lead and defend the people. So much is expected from themselves and by other people that unfulfilled expectations are a certainty. An accumulation of these disappointments may lead Sun to evade responsibilities, not accept corrections and even build resentment and disdain towards others. Suns should simplify their lives to be able to rise and shine with unconditional love once again.
A GOOD DAY TO: Ask for the wisdom and continued honored memory of our Ancestors.
Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK: Symbol is the Sun, place of abode of Great Spirit. The Sun creates, nurtures and is the super communicator, the way station that relays messages and energy from other stars in the galaxy; provides energy for channeling information from the Ancestors; speaking the Living Language of Light, which ignites the consciousness in others. Gold is the color of courage and opportunity of wealth. Creative arts, master craftsman expressing divinity and wisdom through their creations. The face of the flower follows the Sun gathering the fire of creativity, illuminating harmony and balance, resonating peace and continuity within the human spirit. This is the Sign of the Chalice of the Infinite, Caldron of Creation.
