SPACEWEATHER: M7.6-Class Flare from Sunspot AR3842

SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 10/01/2024

STRONG SOLAR FLARE: The quiet has ended. Earlier today, sunspot AR3842 produced an M7.6-class solar flare and a shortwave radio blackout over the Pacific Ocean. AR3842 has a delta-class magnetic field that harbors energy for even stronger X-class flares.

A BIG NEW SUNGRAZING COMET (UPDATED): Astronomers are monitoring a new comet discovered just a few days ago by the ATLAS survey. It’s so new, it doesn’t have a name yet. Provisionally designated “A11bP7I,” the comet appears to be a relatively large sungrazer on course to become a naked-eye object in early November. Dennis Möller, Michael Jäger and Gerald Rhemann photographed the new discovery from Namibia:

“We are here in Namibia to observe Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS,” says Jäger. “The new sungrazing comet was discovered not far away, so we took a look. It is already 11th mag with a 2′ green coma and a short tail.”

The orbit and brightness of A11bP7I remind experts of Comet Lovejoy (C/2011 W3), a sungrazer that flew through the sun’s atmosphere in Dec. 2011. Comet Lovejoy emerged from the close encounter intact and put on a spectacular show for amateur astronomers during the Christmas holidays of that year.

Like Lovejoy, the new comet is a member of the Kreutz family. Kreutz sungrazers are fragments from the breakup of a giant comet ~1000 years ago. Every day, several fragments pass by the sun and disintegrate; indeed, SOHO coronagraphs have discovered thousands of them. As a rule, they are very small, but A11bP7I could be an exception–a big fragment that survives the heat and becomes visible to the naked eye.

Experts have also noted a similarity between the orbits of A11bP7I and Great Comet Ikeya–Seki (C/1965 S1). In 1965, Ikeya–Seki became so bright when it passed by the sun that it was visible in broad daylight at magnitude -10. Japanese observers famously saw it at high noon.

Sungrazing comet expert Karl Battams of the Naval Research Lab sounds a note of caution: “While I hope with all my heart for an Ikeya-Seki 2.0, this could be a smaller Kreutz fragment that has simply erupted a little ahead of schedule [making us think it is bigger and brighter than it actually is]. Comparisons with Ikeya-Seki should be treated with extreme caution, but something akin to Comet Lovejoy is certainly not out of the question”

3 Wind/IK is the Breath of Life and Breath of Spirit of the Highest One. IK represents the Power of the Wind of the Creator’s Truth. Like a hurricane, the Truth can change the landscape of our life to change our mind on the scale of an “Act of  God.” This 13-day cycle is guided by Sun/AHAU, Time ordered for the Highest One to make his presence known. We might expect bigger signs from the Sun before it’s through.  Our eyes are directed to see and our ears to hear the Truth by all the Signs Above.

THE TRECENA OF SUN/AHAU: GUIDED BY THE BRIGHTEST LIGHT ABOVE

The Highlights, Peak Energies, and Times of Synchronicity for this trecena are included on the  13-Day Trecena Guide.

The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th to the end of the Tzolk’in round.

1 Sun/AHAU is the 4th trecena of the first season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 1. There’s something more to see when you discern the Truth for yourself.

Galactic Tone 3: Action. Three is basic movement and communication, which begins as a vibration. Three energy is very eloquent in all types of self-expression. Communication is how Three establishes a point of agreement between any point “A” and any point “B”. Three persons are rhythmic to the core and are often restless, as motion is their nature. By working closely with the energy of Three, any person becomes more able to predict motions of all kinds.

Wind/IK: Breath of Spirit, breath of life. Winds embody the power of dissemination and planting of good seeds or ideas. Dreamers and planners with powerful imaginations, Wind persons make great orators and they spread the word of spiritual inspiration as it is carried by the wind. Wind is the power behind the movement of natural cycles such as weather, erosion, and cultural change. As the wind, these persons are extremely changeable and adaptable. They may appear inconsistent or fickle to others. Wind can be destructive to self and others by putting on airs. When Winds strut and boast, expanding on facts and accomplishments, they are building the dark clouds of trouble that may become hurricanes.

A GOOD DAY TO: Send communications of all kinds.

Cherokee, Whirlwind/AGALU’GA: Whirlwind’s symbol is a double spiral helix in rising smoke. Wind brings energy for an Inquiring mind, learning and wisdom. In Cherokee, the constellations are represented by 12 birds (dancers), the 13th bird is the Whirlwind, the lead dancer. This reflects the whirling of life. Wind is the breath of the Universe (matching the Mayan symbol) channel of communication and carries the Sacred Smoke to the Great Spirit (Source- Hunab Ku in Mayan); matches the pulse of the breath of the Cosmos.

By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
