COSMIC RAYS LINKED TO FLIGHT ATTENDANT CANCER: This summer, a French court decided an issue that scientists have struggled with for years: Aviation radiation is real, and it increases the risk of cancer in flight crews.

Sophie Lainault, 59, flew for Air France for 30 years, logging more than 12,600 hours in the air. In July, judges in Bayonne recognized her cancer as an occupational disease. A new Harvard study agrees, concluding that flight crews die of radiation-related cancers even more often than nuclear workers.

Writing in the Aug. 17th issue of JAMA Internal Medicine, researchers led by Vishal Patel of Brigham and Women’s Hospital examined nearly 13 million US death certificates from 2020 to 2024. Out of 503 professions, flight attendants ranked #1 for deaths from radiation-related cancers, while pilots ranked #2.

The reason is galactic cosmic rays. High-energy particles from supernova explosions and other violent events in the cosmos pepper Earth’s atmosphere from all directions. This radiation percolates all the way down to aviation altitudes. Even a single cross-country flight can deliver as much radiation as five dental X-rays. International flights (especially over the poles) are worse.

Pilots and flight attendants accumulate 3 to 6 millisieverts per year, according to the CDC. This is the largest occupational dose of any workforce in the United States, and roughly ten times what a typical frequent flyer gets.

For years the link between aviation radiation and cancer was clouded by two other potential carcinogens: Working the graveyard shift and breathing secondhand smoke. Both were thought to cause cancer in flight crews. The new study hints that cosmic rays could be the biggest risk of all.

Another photo-op is only days away. On Sept. 14th, the crescent Moon will occult Venus in the daytime skies of Europe. A Parisian with a clear eastern horizon can catch Venus emerging from behind the Moon’s sunlit limb at 10:34 UT, about 8 degrees above the horizon. Will the Eiffel Tower appear as well? Stay tuned.

Portal 11:11 is a Divine Wakeup Call and Code of Activation created from the 11th Day on Tone 11 of the Day that marks Human’s Divine Destiny. The trecena of Wind/IK is a cycle of Ascension that proves the Power of the Word to fulfill its end. Road/EB is a Day of Spiritual Healing offered from the Light of the Savior.

The Lord holds the Power to turn all things to the Highest Good for those who Obey the Greatest Commandment to Love the Lord with all our Heart and Soul, and to Love one another just the same.

Let those see the Signs who have the eyes to clearly see that Time is God’s Creation and there is a Divine Order to every experience of Life. We are healed by our Faith in the Lord, and the Cause and Effect of Human’s Offering of Forgiveness. The Days of Awe begin on September 13, 2026. When Venus appears with Spica close to the Moon, the Days of Awe begin as the 10 Days of God’s Grace for us to choose to mend our ways.

Our fate will be sealed on Yom Kippur, before the Equinox and the Harvest Moon that follows. Light will descend the steps of the Calendar pyramid at the Equinox, when the Sun and Earth are in perfect alignment. The Harvest Moon will multiply the Light to Abundance.

Last night we lost power at the Perfect Time. Temperatures in SE Kansas rose to 106F yesterday, with a heat index near 110F. The rains came at about 8PM and cooled things off before power was lost about 10:30PM CDT. In the absence of street lights outside, and lights inside, it was so dark I couldn’t see my hand in front of my face. It was a quiet night’s sleep in total darkness until the lights came on in the middle of the night. This morning its foggy/rainy morning, hovering at 68F.

There’s a possibility that we could see Auroras tonight. The Cherokee Day sign of the Rattlesnake Tooth represents the Light of a Healing symbolized by an electromagnetic display of the Full Spectrum of Light. Whatever the Sign shall be, on Road/EB we’re destined to see it as One.

Galactic Tone 11: Resolution; 11 assists every new thing to find its place in the universe in the process of ‘fitting in.’ some modifications must occur. Eleven is the energy of dynamic actions facilitating change, simplification and improvement.

Road/EB: The bearer of time and conductor of destiny; also known as Human; these persons open the road and guide to the future groups, communities and individuals alike. Likable, obedient, dedicated hard workers and organizers, Road persons are fortunate in business and travel. Many become care takers of the poor, sick, or old people, where they may make personal sacrifices. Road is sometimes referred to as the sign of grass, which is the most bountiful of all life forms, but is also the most humble. Road persons are affectionate and emphatic; they are easily hurt but slow to anger. Holding in of negative emotions and unexpressed resentment can lead to illness, a poisoned opinion of others and a false bravado for this sun sign.
