Our Place Defines the Experience of Time
Greetings Beloved Kin,
Earth/CABAN relates to the Forces of Nature that define a New Place where we long to be. Time flows when we find the place we want to be. But then, there’s never enough Time for the experience we want to last forever.
Our experience of Time depends on the Moment of Time and Place. CABAN is a Clarion Call that it’s Time to Move on. Every migration on Earth begins from a desire for change and a new place where a journey of Time can begin again.
Revelation 22:13 NIV
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

The Cherokee Day sign is the Heron, a living creation that lives a life of perpetual movement. The Heron is a symbol of the Phoenix that is always rising from the ashes of “the past we leave behind.”
The glyph illustrates 3 thoughts that lead to Divine Discernment. Human’s first thought originates as the straight line from the East. Our linear thought of objective reason defines “what it is.” By our own definition of what the Truth may be, thoughts turn to our imagination to consider “what it means.” The Divine 3rd thought is represented by the rising circles. Faith reaches beyond what we can see to endless possibilities that Only God knows. We don’t have to see, when we can Feel the Truth.
Psalm 139:7-12 NIV
7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,”
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.
We experience our perfect place in Time when we know God is there. No matter the place, the Time is waiting in every moment. It’s Time to move on from thoughts of the future to the Time that’s always here and now.
The Aztec Calendar
Day Ollin (Movement, known as Caban in Maya) is governed by Xolotl as its provider of tonalli (Shadow Soul) life energy. This is an auspicious day for the active principle, a bad day for the passive principle. Ollin is a day of the purified heart, signifying those moments where human beings may perceive what they are becoming. A good day for transmutation, which arrives like an earthquake that leaves in its wake the ruins of rationality, order and the preconceived.
The thirteen day period (trecena) that starts with day 1-Malinalli (Grass, known as EB in Maya). These are 13 days of intoxication, infatuation, excitement and passion: it is a time of excesses, when moderation is impossible, and so is often a time of disastrous consequences. This trecena signifies those times when we are incapable of protecting ourselves from high emotions. It is a time when affairs of war and affairs of the heart are born without thinking. These days are clouded in confusion: only the most self-disciplined warrior can suffer an excess of success without incurring sudden loss. These are good days to bind the community together; bad days to sow discord and discontent.
Tuesday of the Nineteenth Week in Ordinary Time
Lectionary: 414
Reading 1, Deuteronomy 31:1-8
When Moses had finished speaking to all Israel, he said to them,
“I am now one hundred and twenty years old
and am no longer able to move about freely;
besides, the LORD has told me that I shall not cross this Jordan.
It is the LORD, your God, who will cross before you;
he will destroy these nations before you,
that you may supplant them.
It is Joshua who will cross before you, as the LORD promised.
The LORD will deal with them just as he dealt with Sihon and Og,
the kings of the Amorites whom he destroyed,
and with their country.
When, therefore, the LORD delivers them up to you,
you must deal with them exactly as I have ordered you.
Be brave and steadfast; have no fear or dread of them,
for it is the LORD, your God, who marches with you;
he will never fail you or forsake you.”
Then Moses summoned Joshua and in the presence of all Israel
said to him, “Be brave and steadfast,
for you must bring this people into the land
which the LORD swore to their fathers he would give them;
you must put them in possession of their heritage.
It is the LORD who marches before you;
he will be with you and will never fail you or forsake you.
So do not fear or be dismayed.”
It’s Time to be brave and to move forward by all we’ve learned the Truth to be by the Word of God. God is Love. In the place where we abide with him, we’ll know peace in every moment.
We’re called to be reconciled through the Intention of Divine Trinity. We are always in the Place where we were called to be, and to know that just as we are, God will always be wherever we go.
The Truth will be known when we carry on. Time reveals the Truth.
Peak Tone 6 holds the Intention of Flow. Momentum is created through a rhythm and pattern of movement. We set our new course by being present in the Moment when Time stood still, long enough for us to find our way, going with the flow of God’s way. It’s taken all the Time we’ve known to Dream the Dream of tomorrow.
Today is the tomorrow we dreamed of yesterday. We are exactly where we were intended to be. This is a Day to give thanks for Earth. The Love between Heaven and Earth carries us to every Time and Place. The God who went before is waiting for us to arrive, to be together in Divine Trinity. God creates tomorrow by what we realize today.
We can count the days to the Season of Harvest. The Harvest Moon in 2025 will be on Monday, October 6th – 55 Days from today. The Time we invested in Faith will be Empowered for Change (5). In the Year of Jubilee, the harvest will yield a double measure (55).
It’s Time to apply the Truth in Faith of Divine Possibilities. If you think you know where Time is leading you, think again. Remember that nothing is impossible for the Lord of all Creation.
Truth empowers change. God reveals himself when “the King is in the field.” The Hebrew calendar defines the Time as the month of Elul. Elul in 2025 begins at sundown on Saturday, August 23rd and ends at nightfall on Monday, September 22nd. God is always with us. In the month of Elul, God reveals the Truth.
It’s always Time to be grateful for yesterday, today, and tomorrow. We can end the way we started, being watchful to remember God in every Moment.
love, in lak’ech, “i am another you”

TRECENA OF ROAD/EB: HUMAN’S ROAD TO DESTINY
The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.
It only takes 13 days to see how Faith is always raised to Knowing the Truth of Answered Prayers. You only have to track your thoughts. Record the matters on your mind in a journal to see how your perspective is changed by a Divine Order of Thoughts.
Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th to the end of the Tzolk’in round.
Road/EB is the 2nd trecena of the 2nd season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 1. There’s something more to see when you discern the meaning of Time for yourself. The meaning of time is revealed by the thoughts on your mind.
NOTE: Tone 1 reflects the 1st Light of Divine Inspiration as the “legend” of this chapter of Time. If you forget where you are, return to Tone 1 to see the “First Light” of Divine Inspiration for this climb of Faith.
6 Earth/CABAN (Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI) – Day 6 of 13 of the 1 Road/EB Trecena
Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold, 12 Sun/AHAU. His wisdom and Free Tzolk’in calculator is preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.
Earth/Caban: Earth/Caban: Keeper of the garden of Earth. Profound synchronistic connections to Earth’s natural cycles and energies provide power of creations and memories of ancient wisdom. Earth persons help dispel bad intentions, habits and ideas. This makes them very good counselors and masters of all arts. Studious and intelligent, Earth persons endeavor to bring a flow of natural order to all aspects of life. Being connected to the dynamic forces of nature, Earth persons need much liberty to facilitate their expression of migration or the sending of long distance communications such as the whales, elephants, birds and many other creatures. Sometimes Earth’s delicate sensitivities are upset resulting in quakes of emotion even the display of volcanic temper.
A GOOD DAY TO: Give thanks to Mother Earth for all her gifts.
Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI: Sign of movement, of perpetual motion, recycling, regeneration; environmentalists fighting for the underdog. Heron is mentally alert, rational, yet opinionated; has a great faith in people and in the divine plan, holding the magic of ministry, medicine, marketing and matchmaking; healing abilities, especially with crystals; negotiation and mediation energy. Heron is symbolized by Deneb, located in the Northern Cross beside the Milky Way. The Heron is a symbol of the Phoenix.
