Solar Eruption of “S” Shaped Filament
SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 09/05/2025
A ‘SIGMOID’ ERUPTION ON THE SUN: When you see an “S” on the sun, it usually means something is about to explode. NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded this classic example of a “sigmoid eruption” on Sep. 4th:

In the movie, an S-shaped magnetic filament erupts, creating a dark plume of debris more than 500,000 km long. Researchers have long known that sigmoid structures in the sun’s atmosphere herald strong explosions. The magnetic field lines that comprise them are twisted like a slinky; when enough tension builds up, they un-twist explosively.
This sigmoid hurled a faint CME directly toward Earth. NOAA and NASA models agree that it will reach our planet on Sept. 7th. The impact could spark G1-class geomagnetic storms with high latitude auroras.

THE BLUE TAIL OF COMET 3I/ATLAS: The tail of interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS is faint, faraway, and notoriously difficult to photograph. Amateur astronomer Michael Jaeger has discovered the trick: “Use a blue filter,” he says. On Aug. 28th, he and colleague Gerald Rhemann captured a movie showing the comet’s tadpole-like tail pointing almost directly toward the sun.

This is the first time amateurs have made such a clear detection. The idea came after reports that 3I/ATLAS is unusually rich in CO2, much like Comet C/2016 R2 from our own Solar System. “Blue filters had proven very successful with C/2016 R2, which had a similar composition, so we tried the same with 3I/ATLAS,” explains Jaeger.
Comets with a lot of carbon dioxide tend to have blue tails because of photochemistry. Solar ultraviolet radiation breaks CO2 into CO+, which emits blue light. That explains the color, but not the direction. Normal comet tails are blown away from the sun by solar wind and radiation pressure. 3I/ATLAS’s tail points toward the sun–a twist that astronomers don’t fully understand.
The comet’s quirks such as its blue anti-tail and freakishly high abundance of CO2 have added to online speculation that it’s a space probe. More likely, it’s exactly what it looks like: a comet, just a very strange one. Stay tuned for updates!

TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE THIS WEEKEND: For more than an hour on Sept. 7th, the full Moon will pass through Earth’s shadow, turning the lunar disk blood red. It’s a total lunar eclipse. No one in the Americas will be able to see it, but everyone else can. The zone of visibility includes Asia, Australia, Africa, and most of Europe. Maximum eclipse occurs at 1811 UTC.
Mayan Calendar Time and Synchronicity
The cycle of Flint/ETZNAB reveals the hidden Truth like a thunderbolt, changing Static Energy into the Dynamic Energy for Change. Flint’s Truth sweeps the way clear to the future. September 7, 2025 is 6 Night/AKBAL, a balance of Truth that includes the Light beyond the veil.
The Astronomy Page offers details of the Moon phase and the Lunar Eclipse.

THE TRECENA OF FLINT/ETZNAB: TRUTH THAT SETS US FREE
The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.
It only takes 13 days to see how Faith is always raised to Knowing the Truth of Answered Prayers. You only have to track your thoughts. Record the matters on your mind in a journal to see how your perspective is changed by a Divine Order of Thoughts.
Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th to the end of the Tzolk’in round.
Flint/ETZNAB is the last trecena of the 2nd season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 1. There’s something more to see when you discern the meaning of Time for yourself. The meaning of time is revealed by the thoughts on your mind.
NOTE: Tone 1 reflects the 1st Light of Divine Inspiration as the “legend” of this chapter of Time. If you forget where you are, return to Tone 1 to see the “First Light” of Divine Inspiration. You can use the Tzolk’in calculator to gain insight on any date in the future or the past.
4 Crocodile/IMIX (Cherokee Turtle/ DAK’SI I’SB) – Day 4 of 13 in the trecena of 1 Flint/ETZNAB
Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), who’s wisdom and Tzolk’in date calculator is preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 4: Stability; the cube is most stable of all forms and establishes volume by definition of height, length, depth and breadth; 4 directions establish orientation. The energy of 4 sets the parameters, which establish the freedoms and barriers needed to create a game, work, or relationship.
Crocodile/IMIX: Crocodile receives messages of primal creative force; simply the beginning of all things. Crocodiles who follow their hearts are seen as genius. There is no order to the primal messages, so Crocodile persons should direct their energies toward practical and cooperative efforts to bring productive results. Crocodiles have a strong nurturing energy and will work hard to provide security to family and friends. Being extremely territorial, Crocodiles must watch not to be over protective or too dominating. While in these states, Crocodiles are insecure, indecisive and emotionally volatile.
A GOOD DAY TO: Open to new beginnings.
Cherokee Turtle/ DAK’SI I’SB: Turtle Island; direction East. The Turtle Constellation Orion, one of three stars in the Cosmic Egg, to the Maya, the Cosmic Hearth. Turtle is the Energy of Creative force at the one-on-one, personal level; dawn, awakening, birth.
