THE BEST PERSEID SHOWER IN YEARS: Why is this year’s Perseid meteor shower so good? Two words: New. Moon. When the shower peaks on the night of Aug. 12-13, there won’t be a single photon of moonlight to spoil the show.
The shower is already underway. Sky cameras operated by NASA and others have detected more than a dozen fireballs every night this week. Dan Bush captured this one over Missouri, 08/08/2026.
It takes Time to process grief. The Time it takes depends on our willingness to enter the Darkness. We have to move through each of the stages of grief. They follow a Divine Order of Denial, Anger, Depression, Bargaining and Acceptance for Sorrow to be turned into Joy. Each step takes its own Time, though they can also happen at the same time.
We prayed for Jackie’s recovery and the Day she could return to the nest. Acceptance began when we had to face the loss. At the end we can remember Jackie Lived and she fulfilled a Divine Purpose. An Eagle would prefer to be remembered that way.

RARE ‘POINT METEOR’: The Perseid meteor shower is underway, but this was no Perseid. On Aug. 9th, Dan Bush’s night-sky camera in Albany, Missouri, recorded a rare ‘point meteor’:

APOPHIS IS COMING–A FRIDAY THE 13TH COUNTDOWN: When astronomers discovered asteroid Apophis in 2004, they felt a jolt of fear. Early calculations gave it a 1-in-37 chance of hitting Earth on April 13, 2029–then the highest impact probability ever for a sizable asteroid. Naturally, it would arrive on Friday the 13th.

SUNSPOT TOO BIG FOR WEB PAGES: New sunspot 4493 is so large, only a fraction of it fits onto the page. Click to view the entire sunspot in a state of turmoil on July 21st:
“Just ust 40 minutes of data reveals how fast AR4493 is evolving, increasing in total size, with many vortices, signs of the magnetic flux tubes emerging and rotating,” says photographer Maximilian-Vlad Teodorescu of the Institute of Space Science in Romania. “What a show! “
Since yesterday, this sunspot has more than tripled in area. Moreover, it has developed a ‘beta-gamma-delta’ magnetic field in which opposite polarities are crowded together in explosive proximity. Earth is squarely in the strike zone if an X-flare occurs today.

A HOLE IN THE SUN’S ATMOSPHERE: A canyon-shaped hole has opened in the sun’s atmosphere, and it is spewing a stream of solar wind directly toward Earth. G1-class geomagnetic storms are possible when the solar wind arrives on July 22nd.
THE RAZOR-THIN DUST TRAIL OF COMET 10P: On July 20th, Earth passed through the orbital plane of Comet 10P/Tempel. During the crossing, the comet’s dust trail narrowed like the rings of Saturn. Michael Jäger and Gerald Rhemann photographed the phenomenon using an 8-inch telescope:
“The comet’s prominent dust trail was clearly visible,” says Jäger.
Note the distinction: trail vs. tail. The narrow structure in this photo is a trail–a pancake of gravel-sized debris that has settled into the comet’s orbit over thousands of years. This differs from a tail, which is a young spray of fresh gas and dust in many directions.
Comet 10P’s razor-thin trail was discovered by NASA’s Infrared Astronomical Satellite (IRAS) in 1983–one of the first ever found. Catching it with a backyard telescope is a rare feat.

The Truth was revealed by the Father on 11 Sun/AHAU. Comets, Meteors, and Fireballs were acknowledged by the Maya as the Sign of the Holy Spirit moving in the up above. Only a crescent of the Moon can be seen, the symbol of our emotions and the compassionate heart of the Mother. This is a dynamic lunar cycle — the month of the Full Thunder Moon.

Galactic Tone 12: Twelve is a gift of great capacity of retrospection. It is this ability that allows Twelve to connect disassociated parts into a (new) functioning whole. The energy of Twelve is that which presents a new piece of understood information or accumulated experience to be applied.
Crocodile/IMIX: Crocodile receives messages of primal creative force; simply the beginning of all things. Crocodiles who follow their hearts are seen as genius. There is no order to the primal messages, so Crocodile persons should direct their energies toward practical and cooperative efforts to bring productive results. Crocodiles have a strong nurturing energy and will work hard to provide security to family and friends. Being extremely territorial, Crocodiles must watch not to be over protective or too dominating. While in these states, Crocodiles are insecure, indecisive and emotionally volatile.

Turtle is the Energy of Creative force at the one-on-one, personal level; dawn, awakening, birth. The beginning of each new era, this star in Orion appears with the rising Sun, heralding the creation of a new World cycle. Totem-Dragon. The energy to understand all things sacred; creation energy, connection for visions, to learn the mysteries of the Universal Knowledge. The dragon carries the source energy of life, revered in ancient cultures for power and wisdom.

Jackie in the News
An eagle was rescued at Big Bear Valley, thought to be Jackie who has been missing from the nest for the past 10 Days. Father, Shadow has taken over care of the family in her absence.
This has been an unusual season after Sandy (big sister) and Luna (little brother) returned to the nest after they fledged. It’s been a whole-family affair at the nest. Jackie has lost weight, but is responding to treatment. It appears she may have been in a fight over food before she was unable to make her way home.
Another clip from the FOBBV live stream shows Shadow defending the nest from a sub-adult eagle intruder with Luna lending a hand. Jackie is in good hands and able to eat on her own. Jackie may be realizing the friends who have been watching over the family, and know her name — while human’s get a closer look while she’s under their care.
The Female Crocodile is a symbol of the Primordial Mother – the essence of Compassionate Love AND Discernment. It may not be a woman’s strongest side, but the Mother providing care must act on behalf of both the Father and the Mother. The Crocodile lays eggs in a sandy nest and comes to them when she hears the hatchlings chirping. She carries them in her mouth to their wetland home. She’s a loving Mother and you should never mess with her children.

When Our Father speaks, the Compassionate Heart of the Mother, lays down the law. The Mother is the witness who must discern “who did it first”. The 2 as 1 are the perfect parents in Divine Trinity.
Names passed down from Times before were tied to the trade or location of our Ancestors. Malmos is a paternal family name based on Danish family that originated in Malmö, Sweden. My maternal family name was based on a trade. Mayan names were based on the Day, an expression of the Father’s Divine Intention for our Time. But, only the Father knows the plan.
We’ve hoped for a family reunion. This morning Jackie, Sandy and Luna were together again… in the nest and out and about in the neighborhood.
