Pink: The Spectrum of Nitrogen

SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 10/04/2025

THE PINK NITROGEN FRINGE: Pink is not an easy color for auroras to make. Nevertheless, Karsten Berger saw it twice this week from High Level, Alberta. Here it is on Oct. 2nd.

This “nitrogen fringe” appears only during strong storms with extra-penetrating particles from space. The 5-day geomagnetic storm of Sept. 28th – Oct. 3rd includes several episodes of suitably strong storming. Did you see pink?

“The northern lights came out very early during sunset and turned bright pink,” says Berger. “They didn’t stop shining for several minutes.” Berger also saw pink two nights earlier in a display she called “the brightest auroras ever.”

Pink is hard to make because it requires particles from the sun to penetrate unusually deep into Earth’s atmosphere. Most auroras are green, a color that comes from electrons hitting oxygen atoms 100 km to 300 km above Earth’s surface. Pink requires those electrons to burrow even deeper, below 100 km, where they can find molecular nitrogen. N2 produces the pink.

A MINOR CME IS APPROACHING EARTH: An M1-class solar flare from sunspot 4236 hurled a CME into space on Oct. 3rd. A NASA model predicts it will strike Earth on Oct. 8th. Although it’s only a minor CME, it could spark a geomagnetic storm thanks to the Russell-McPherron effect, which links the magnetic fields of the sun and Earth around the equinoxes.

Mayan Calendar Time and Synchronicity

7 Dog/OC is the Love that penetrates our heart and soul. Lightning changes Air (thoughts) into Living Water. Nitrogen offers the “building blocks for life.”

Baker-Miller Pink is claimed to “reduce hostile, violent or aggressive behavior.” It was developed in 1979 for a naval correctional institute in Seattle to study the impact of pink prison cells on prisoners. Although it can cause the opposite effect after 15 minutes.  (The Psychology of Colors)

Rose-colored glasses are good for the short-term. Dog/OC teaches the lessons of Love as the perfect demonstration of God’s Highest Priority for Life.

TRECENA OF SEED/KAN: THE FACTS OF LIFE

The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.

It only takes 13 days to see how Faith is always raised to Knowing the Truth of Answered Prayers. You only have to track your thoughts. Record the matters on your mind in a journal to see how your perspective is changed by a Divine Order of Thoughts.

Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th to the end of the Tzolk’in round.

Seed/KAN is the second trecena in the 3rd Season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 2.

NOTE: Tone 1 reflects the 1st Light of Divine Inspiration as the “legend” of this chapter of Time. If you forget where you are, return to Tone 1 to see the “First Light” of Divine Inspiration. You can use the Tzolk’in calculator to gain insight on any date in the future or the past.
