The Changing Seasons of Life
Life on Earth changes with every Season, each the beginning of a New Journey through Time. We’re prepared for the future by the Light of the Sun. June introduces the season for growth that will multiply the Seed of a New Life that will yield a Harvest. As we sow, so shall we reap.
Galatians 6:7-9 KJV
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Seeds planted in the Name of the Father are guaranteed a Harvest of Love that overflows. Seeds of Love are tended by the Father and the Son.
Mayan Calendar Time and Synchronicity
THE THIRD SEASON
In the First Season we discover the Power of the Seed from the last harvest. The first priority of life is discovering who we are and what we Love. In the Second Season we discover the Creator’s Mission for our Life. We begin the Third Season fully grown with the responsibility to think for our self. In the Third Season of Human’s calendar we become the Creator of a New World for the Seeds that will follow.

The Dog and the Monkey represent the 2 that when united as 1 hold the Power to Create whatever our Heart Desires. Together they share the 10th and 11th Positions of the uinal pyramid that reflects the Highest Order of Time.
They represent the Creator’s Unconditional Love, and the Faculty of Consciousness to Create the Beauty of Love. Beauty is the signature of the Father who always completes the end aligned with God’s Will.
TRECENA OF MONKEY/CHUEN: THE DAWN OF OUR CREATION
MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
1 Monkey/CHUEN, Cherokee, Raccoon/KVH’LI, Kin 131, Position 11
June 2, 2026, 06/02/2026; Times Before: 09/15/2025, 12/29/2024, 04/13/2024
Greetings Beloved Kin,

This Time around the Human calendar falls in synchronicity with the Earth’s peak season of growth. We were empowered by the Word to hold faith in the end. The Unconditional Love of the Father will be our Divine Inspiration. Monkey is the Master Artist with the Consciousness to create the Masterpiece of our Life.
Monkey/CHUEN holds Position 11, the Master Number that represents the Source and Substance of Divine Inspiration. We were given an Eye for Beauty, the Light to See, and the Heart to Love every “next thing” we will be inspired to do.
The Monkey reminds us that the Creation of Love is intended to be fun. We don’t have to take our self so seriously. Humans will always fail to Love Perfectly. Only One can do that. It’s the Intention to Love that matters. Our mistakes are Human monkey business. We call on the Lord to Love us through to the end. We’ll learn to forgive and forget.
The Cherokee Racoon is the trickster like the Monkey. The Raccoon steals the treasures we throw away. After the Raccoon applies a little water, it shines like new. We clearly see the value of something we discarded, after someone else claims it as a treasure.
A CYCLE OF LIGHT
Blue and Red Day signs represent a Day or Cycle of Light. The Time is ordered for the Incoming Light of Divine Inspiration. We claim our Divine Reality by Faith in what the Lord shall do. A Door is opened to see the Bright Side of Life. Our Higher Self can see beyond what the “Truth appears to be.” Blue is the color of Water and Spirit, the Living Water that flows through the Heart.
THE GUARDIAN OF THE CYCLE
The end planned from the beginning is 13 Night/AKBAL – “the Dreamer that believes in the Dream.” The One who tends our Heart promises the Answer every prayer that is aligned with the Creator’s Plan. We can look forward to 13 Night/AKBAL as a Day of Mystical Experiences, Ascension, and the Truth of Answered Prayers.
The “Butterfly Effect,” rooted in chaos theory, describes how a tiny change in the initial stages of a system can cause huge, non-linear consequences elsewhere over time. (Source: The Decision Lab)
It takes a lifetime to manifest our Highest Creation. When we discover what a good time it can be, we won’t need Patience. Every new Day will be worth the Time we were given to Love. The Truth of Love will always speak for itself to the One who knows the condition of our heart. If we can only change our course by 1 degree, we’re bound to reach a new destination. We only have to stop and smell the roses, and laugh at ourself. Afterall, we’re living in a paradise of Beauty with signs of Love all around. The Lord will open our eyes to see it.
The Dog represents the faculties of our 5 senses. They are combined as the gift of spatial discernment, the Consciousness to see where we are and where we want to go. The Monkey represents the genius of the Dreamer, to imagine what could be. We can believe in the Dreamer that believes in the Dream. The Divine Creator has no doubt about the end.
Jeremiah 29:11 KJV
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Hebrews 12:2 KJV
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
We have nothing to fear but the Lord. Our Seed will multiply Darkness or Light. We were given the right to choose.
Proverbs 1:7 KJV
7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
It’s wise to be a Fool for Love. The Monkey is described as the Creator who hardly finishes a thing, before it moves on to the next shiny thing. It’s good to turn to something we Love. We can always return when we leave the door open for another Day.
A Dog doesn’t hold a grudge when an offering of Love is turned away. The Dog understands that at times we have too much on our mind. When we remember Love, someone else remembers too.
May we call upon the Lord and kneel in humility with each failed attempt. We can Count our Blessings for the Only One who Loves us perfectly in evert Time and Place.
love, in lak’ech, i am another you

Another Time to take Flight!
Sunny fledged the last June 2nd, and Gizmo followed days after. This year it’s about time for Sandy and Luna. The photos before are a sign of things to come. Sandy and Luna are still missing a few feathers. Like their predecessors, there is a bond of love between them.

Sandy and Luna – Watching them Grow
Eagles typically fledge between 10 to 14 weeks after hatching. In weeks 9 to 10 they begin “branching”. They flap their wings and jump from branch to branch to build their flight muscles. In weeks 10 to 14 they begin first flights away from the nest. Males often fledge a few days earlier than females. Comments have suggested that Sandy is a boy, and Luna may be a girl. I can’t tell them apart, but Sandy is leading the way.
They both hatched on Easter, April 5, 2025, 8 weeks ago. The official fledge watch should begin by the middle of June.
PRAYERS FROM THE SIXTH WATCH – PRAYERS OF THANKSGIVING FOR THE WHOLE
The next time you’re drawn to Pray, refer to the 8 Watches by the Time of Day, AFTER. The Bible refers to Watchers from Above (‘iyr in Hebrew) in Daniel 4:13, 17, 23. We’re called to our prayers by high-ranking angelic beings sent from heaven to observe and execute divine decrees. You may find synchronicity in the Time when you look, after your prayers.
THE EIGHT WATCHES
Night Watch
- First Watch: 6 pm – 9 pm – Contemplation and laying foundations in prayer.
- Second Watch: 9 pm – 12 am – Intercessory prayer for protection of ourselves and those around us
- Third Watch: 12 am – 3 am – Spiritual warfare (We are covered by the blood of Jesus.)
- Fourth Watch: 3 am – 6 am – Prophetic prayer because you are commanding your morning with prophetic decrees and declaring God’s word
Day Watch
- Fifth Watch: 6 am – 9 am – Petitions. Ask for strength and surrender. Ask for the Holy Spirit to help you before you start your day
- Sixth Watch: 9 am – 12 pm – Thanksgiving prayer (on behalf of the whole)
- Seventh Watch : 12 pm – 3 pm – This is the seventh watch of rest. 7 Biblically represents that. This is a time to seek God in the secret place
- Eighth Watch: 3 pm – 6 pm – This is the eight and final watch of the night and a time for prayer for revival and renewal. Symbolically, Christ died at 3 pm.
Mark 13:33 KJV
33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
TRECENA OF MONKEY/CHUEN: THE DAWN OF OUR CREATION

The “Tzolk’in Field Guide” is my gift to download that includes the Count of Days with the aspects for each Destiny Kin and highlights for a personal practice with each trecena. It’s designed as a companion for daily practice.
It only takes 13 days to see how a Divine Intention set at the beginning, always end with the Truth of Answered Prayers. You only have to track your thoughts to stay on course. Often the matters on your mind follow the divine order of Time as the meaning of every Day.
Visit the 13-Day Trecena Guide. to download a free copy. Volume 1 covers the first two seasons of the Tzolk’in, and Volume 2 covers the 3rd and 4th seasons to the end of the Tzolk’in round.
Monkey/CHUEN is the first trecena in the 3rd Season of the Tzolk’in round, found in Volume 2.1 Monkey/CHUEN begins at the Center of the “core days”, the 7th uinal of Creation.
NOTE: Tone 1 reflects the 1st Light of Divine Inspiration for this chapter of Time. If you forget where you are, return to Tone 1 to see the “First Light” of Divine Inspiration.

CORE DAYS
The 7th uinal represents the “Core Days” of Creation. In the Chrysalis of the “galactic butterfly” we become co-creators with the Lord. The Core Days are a time of personal mystery and a transformation on the scale of a caterpillar that is reborn with Wings.
1 Monkey/CHUEN (Cherokee, Raccoon/KVH’LI) – Day 1 of 13, the 1 Monkey/CHUEN trecena of Creation
Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), who’s wisdom and Tzolk’in date calculator is preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 1: Unity. One is the beginning of all things, the first, the whole and the all in one. One’s are assertive and self-guided and give a good push to whatever project they are associated with. One persons work best when meeting a challenge. Do not expect One-persons to be attentive to details or to put the finishing touches on things.
Monkey/CHUEN: Monkey is known to the Maya as the Weaver or Weaver of Time. Monkey takes ideas as threads of vines and weaves them into the fabric of our reality. New patterns or inventions are also woven into our lives by Monkey. Amiable, intelligent, generous and a jack of all trades, Monkey’s innocent curiosity leads to artistic expression and constructive solutions. Many Monkeys become highly respected merchants or speakers. They love performing practical jokes and crave attention, so much so that they may over-act or play the fool to get the spotlight. Monkeys have a short attention span and find it difficult to stay with anything long enough to master it.
A GOOD DAY TO: Begin anything new in your life.
Cherokee, Raccoon/KVH’LI: Star Symbol: Algol, a star in Perseus. Restless energy yearning for long-lost love. Algol was named DEMON STAR or MISCHIEVOUS ONE by the Ancients because it winks and fades at times. Raccoons are full of friendly mischief, eager to swap kisses for candy; magnetic leaders, full of humor and gaiety. Favorite food is corn, the mainstay of the Cherokee. Very artistic while being the “masked bandit” who steals your heart.
[Text in italics was the primary source of inspiration for my journal. These are the sources that started my journey and they are the reference for interpretation each day. By providing the original text, I hope to offer a way to see what inspired my thoughts and by including all the aspects – allow for something more to inspire you. Mayan descriptions are those written by Ian Lungold. Cherokee descriptions came from multiple sources.
