When we Praise God first, before we Ask in prayer, we magnify the Sound and Reach of our prayers. Something I haven’t been able to do for myself is finally on the schedule. Now that I have the way to move forward, I’m afraid to go. From the big picture it looks like the author of lies is working overtime.
My answer before I tackled a step I needed to take, I prayed the Lord’s Prayer 3 times. By the 3rd Time I could feel the surrender that restored my Faith.
Matthew 3:11 KJV
John the Baptist says,
“I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire”.
The Apostles received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost, 50 days after Jesus’ resurrection. Pentecost was an existing 5-Year Celebration by Jewish tradition. 5 is the Power of One Hand. Now Pentecost is the Celebration of the fulfillment of John the Baptist’s prophecy. He dared to wield the Power of God’s Word. And, he couldn’t hold a candle to the One that followed. And, was everything the “one who came before” was intended to be.
John the Baptist was set apart as different that the whole. Jesus was a Human Being that was related to as the Perfect One of us. The One that came before us leads the way back home.

The Elders say that tracking our mind is the critical Resource for Transformation. Our mind of Reason is influenced by our Emotions. Tracking our thoughts and emotions brings the Truth beyond the veil to Light. Beyond the trauma there’s a reason that had nothing to do with us, yet everything to do with who we were reaching to be.
The last 2 trecenas of the Deer and Sun/AHAU were Initiations of Watchfulness. Deer guided us to a dedicated daily path of Divine Communion that offers the eyes to See and the Ears to hear trouble coming from a mile away. Sun/AHAU Initiated the Truth that God is, was, and will always be on our side. The Light will shine for us in a Sanctuary within. Reed/BEN is the Guiding Light that leads our heart back “home” to the place of Reason and Peace Beyond Understanding.

We Ascended from the trecena of Sun/AHAU, holding the Intention to know God is with us in a real way, and God Remembers. By the Christian calendar it was a Time of Remembering the Apostles who followed a living God. Sun/AHAU is the symbol of the Supreme Lord of Creation and a cycle to Real-ize that he is with us every Day.
They were the first students of the Divine Savior. As heirs with Christ they were the 1st descendants of a Royal Family, charged with sharing his Light with the world. In the end the next question was, “What, happens when he’s gone?
John 14:15-31 NIV – Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit
15 “If you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”
At first the Apostles didn’t understand. They chose to follow Christ, then they hear another will take his place. “Who will it be? How will we know him and where will we find him?
Reed/BEN represents the Time to know the Answers of who, how, where, and when. The glyph illustrates an altar in the Sanctuary within. Above are two channels of Light shining down on the altar. Below are the thatched prayer matts for 2 to kneel as One. The cross-hatch design represents the veil of Human Consciousness. The veil before the Holy of Holies was torn from top to bottom when Jesus died. Those who knew him and followed would see Christ again as an Unseen Power of Spirit.

The meek and humble are the creators of everything in the world. They are the ones who dig the foundation and lay the brick and mortar, and provide the greatest service of love to one another. The rich may make larger donations to charity, though the humble bear the full burden of taxes on the whole of their unsheltered income.
It appears that most intelligent people on Earth are the ones who care for their neighbors. The people who do the work are the ones that don’t receive payment and can do little about it without the means to pay for their legal defense. (Others have to cut corners somewhere to buy the toilet.)

The Offering of Redemption is the path that carries us back to the beginning. Reed/BEN symbolizes a channel for the Communion of Spirit as the “hollow bone.” To open the way, the flesh must be burned away from the bone.
The glyph illustrates the altar of a Sanctuary within, with 2 channels of Light. Below are the thatched prayer mats for 2 to kneel as 1. We are in position to receive the highest blessing when our prayers for the highest good for our self and one another.
We are redeemed by the Light when we kneel in humility to our Human limitations, and reach for a Power Greater than our self. 1 Reed/BEN falls in synchronicity with the celebration of Yom Kippur that is completed at sunset, October 12, 2024. We can take heart that millions are down on their knees.
By Mayan tradition BEN is a Day to bless or repair our home and to check in on the neighbors. BEN is the Blessing of a Place where we always belong. “Charity begins at home.” When we offer the Service of Love to our neighbor, a door will be open where we treat others like family. It only takes a call to ask, “how are you?” “Family” doesn’t have to be entertained when we drop by to lend a hand without any expectations.
Reed/BEN reminds us to lead the family with a “garden hose” and not a “steel pipe.” BEN is the intention to walk the walk when we create a family and love someone else more than we love our self. We want to share the wisdom we’ve learned along the way. The Truth of the Highest Order is the promise of Answered Prayers.
We can’t beat our Truth into someone else’s head. If we truly believe in Answered Prayers we can stand in Faith for the Prayers we offer for those we love. Times change. Children are our hope for the future. They will face a new set of circumstances and we can pray they’ll find a better way. We can learn as much or more from the children, when we listen to the Truth they share without a filter.

In the beginning all things were created in the perfect Balance by a Creator of a Divine Design. The Truth stands for every new beginning. January is the 1st month and the beginning of beginnings, in the Year of Divine Justice, the Balance that multiplies Life and Love in Abundance to Infinity (2+0+2+4=8).
Our treasures are stored in Heaven. What the Creator intended from the beginning will be the Balance in the end.

1 Reed / BEN
Reed/BEN is the 5th trecena that completes the 1st Season of the Tzolk’in round. Human’s gestation cycle is calculated as Human’s orbit. Earth’s identity was completed by her first orbit. The identity of our “I Am” is defined by Movement. The Intention sets the Tone and Frequency of each Human’s Sound. In Divine Trinity we create Harmony with the Uni-verse.
The 1st Season completes the Balance of the Tree of Life. Reed/BEN is the tap root, symbolized by the Reed as a “hollow bone.” Reed/BEN holds the Element of Fire to burn the flesh away. Tapped in to a Power Greater than our Self, we’re being prepared to branch out, Above and Below.
BEN is the Light that shines at an altar, the channel through which our Spirit is connected to the Supreme Lord of Creation (Sun/AHAU). There’s a place for 2 to kneel as 1 on the prayer mats before the altar. BEN is the Light for Family and Home. “Home” is a place where we belong. In the realm of Spirit “Home” is a Sanctuary within where we hold the Authority to enter in and close the door. We’re called by Ben to build a Sanctuary for the Body and the Spirit.
The Sun/AHAU trecena was the New Seed’s first introduction to the Light of Life. Through the Choice to serve as a Hand below, we are building a Relationship that’s Real. El Castillo was the sanctuary below that acknowledged the Creator of Time, a foundation for the experience of Life. The “top of the pyramid” is the Divine Perspective that sees from all directions to the apex of Time, As Above, So Below.
The Jaguar Spirit is the vibrations of our Spirit that accumulate in a place where we always go for the same Intention and Purpose. The Jaguar represents the Spirit that’s Unseen, hidden in the shadows, and the Breath of Spirit that heals our Heart and Mind. Sanctuary is a place of safety where we know we are welcome and we belong. Reed/BEN is the Light with no darkness in it.
