In the Roman military a “legion” was the count of available warriors prepared and ready for defense. A single legion was considered to be 6,000. Matthew’s reference to 12 legions is a count of 72,000 angels, symbolic of a massive heavenly force rather than a precise count. On the Day of the Lord we are surrounded to provide Human a Day of Rest.
Faith is the battle born on human shoulders the rest of the week. In the Sanctuary within the Lord’s Day is a Light of Illumination that the battle is won. On the Lord’s Day the Truth flows as Living Water.

“Lightning in the Blood” is the Mayan description of the Quickening of Spirit. The Sixth Sense of the Heart is awakened by the in-dwelling of the Holy Spirit. The Quickening is a Force of Spirit that grabs our Heart in response to a Divine Revelation. The Hebrew calls it the Yod – the Touch of God’s Hand. Our Heart and Mind is opened by the Holy Spirit to Feel the Truth of the Living Word.
The Serpent is a symbol of the Light of Illumination for the Highest Application. The Greek “Staff of Hermes” carries on as the symbol of the Healing Arts. It appears in the ancient language of Runes as WYRD – a State of Oneness with all that was, is, and ever shall be.
The Offering of the Holy Spirit is a power to “See Clearly” by Feeling the presence of the Holy Spirit. All our Spiritual Gifts are ignited by the Hand of God.
