Remembering Jackie: Grieving Death and Celebrating Life

Turning Sorrow into Joy

It takes Time to process grief. The Time it takes depends on our willingness to enter the Darkness. We have to move through each of the stages of grief. They follow a Divine Order of Denial, Anger, Depression, Bargaining and Acceptance for Sorrow to be turned into Joy. Each step takes its own Time, though they can also happen at the same time.

We prayed for Jackie’s recovery and the Day she could return to the nest. Acceptance began when we had to face the loss. At the end we can remember Jackie Lived and she fulfilled a Divine Purpose. An Eagle would prefer to be remembered that way.

Dawn of a New Awakening

John 1:1-5 KJV
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Logos is the Greek translation of “Word” that defines it as Reason, Discourse, or Logic. Logos not just as a static command, but as the beginning of a conversation. “The Beginning” reveals a Divine Order of Time. The Alpha and Omega is the Beginning and the End. The purpose of Communication is Relationship. From the beginning, we were intended to know we are not alone.
